I ordered a tour to Baku from this company.It was disgusting.From the very beginning to the end. The hotel room was dirty.When I saw the pillows, I was shocked (photo attached).The bed was right next to the door, there was a constant banging of doors and a fuss in the hallway + on weekends, corporate parties are booming in the hotel until about 23:30.The food is worse than in the cheapest eatery.For breakfast (which I paid for) I just decide not to go.For a second, living in this delightful place costs just over $100 per night. You need to be careful with the hotel staff.They are cunning and cunning people.You should always use a currency converter and calculator before you buy or change money from them. The guides rearrange the tours at the last moment without warning.They may also not respond to messages if they have any questions. The driver makes money by offering to buy a SIM card for 50 €. I have never used the services of a travel agency before and I won't do it anymore.It's siphoning money out of you.No one will worry about your comfort.You can have a great rest without an intermediary, for that kind of money for sure.
