It's a great place where you can always grab some of the best burgers in town. We have been to this institution several times, including at a birthday celebration. Always wonderful service, polite waiters and the administration. They always take into account the suppressions, they are ready to tell you about the menu and help you choose what is right for you.
The menu is rich in different burger and meat items. Burgers are beyond praise, you can definitely take any one and you will not be disappointed.
Atmosphere: a spacious room with lots of seats, there is a wardrobe and a wonderful lady who greets every guest in the hall. There are sofas for gatherings with the company, high tables and a bar counter. There is also a game room and board games in the establishment to help lighten up the wait.
I definitely recommend this place to visit.

In order to at least somehow communicate about any problems in the institution, or at least just an even understanding of the waiting time, they were fed soon all the time, and they also began to communicate in raised tones, as if this was the norm and we were to blame for coming and ordering. In parallel, there were refusals after refusals of orders, the guests simply turned around and left. When, in the end, we finally got the complaint book, they presented it to us as if with pleasure, I ask you to review the work of the institution. And if, by expanding the number of seats, you cannot serve a full room with high quality, then it is worth reviewing the system and working on customer orientation.

You don't need to heat fresh food - it should be hot!!!! It seems that it is not fried from the moment of ordering, but simply preheated blanks. We didn't like the taste at all, it was tasteless. Only the French fries were hot. The beans and slow salad weren't delicious either. We ordered kiwi-lime lemonade 1 liter = 24 rubles, they brought it to us, and it had ice under the lid and tasted like water with a faint hint of mint and lime. We ate practically nothing except potatoes, we took the meat with us-we will heat it up))). The music is loud, heavy rock, and the place is not suitable for a family dinner with children. The most important thing in the establishment is delicious food, but they didn't bring us that. I am very sorry for the money and time spent, it is sad that they do not appreciate the customers.
