Yes, I bought chairs for promotions, but the operator said that if they were not for promotions, they would be shipped in the same way by colors at random. I.e. 07/27/20 I wanted to place an order, before that I had to consult with the operator about the choice of color. It is impossible to reach them, then they simply do not pick up, then they are unavailable. No one was going to call back on the request for a callback. No one answers the chat on the site either, only the message hangs: -"Everyone is busy, they will contact you."
I really hope that the staff's salary is tied to the client's NPS. Customer service couldn't be worse.
