The service couldn't be worse. It was 07/18/2024. We really needed a serving table for an elderly person. After studying the issue, it was decided to go to the Stolitsa shopping center in Ami Mebel, on the way. Unfortunately, the store in the Stolitsa shopping center has closed. Next, we arrived at the store on the Logoi tract. The evening time is about 19, but there is still about an hour left before the store closes. And so, opening the door and not having time to ask the seller a question, she began her monologue in raised tones: "the store is closed, I will not serve you, I need to go take the goods" and all the same. We still managed to ask a question about the availability of a table in the store and we told the girl that we had seen the information on the website. And here something happened that we did not expect at all. The seller's ingenious answer is "These tables have been missing for a long time, and in general, do not believe our site." I would like to draw your attention to the fact that all this dialogue took place on the part of the seller, not that in raised tones, she just screamed at us. Of course, we turned around and left.
After calling the short number, we still found a table available in the store on Dolgobrodskaya and successfully made a purchase, pre-booking in the store and with a more pleasant service than on the Logoi tract.
The strange thing is, why does such a person even work in your largest retail if he is not interested in his job for a second?
Whether we will return to this store again, definitely not.
HR companies, however, pay attention to your future employees from the side of their communication with potential buyers.
