We rested in the Hills, two-storey cottages a little higher than the Challe. There are 3 restaurants on site. We rested for a week, the service is excellent, the staff are all very responsive. I was vacationing with a small child, so there were several things that got in the way - very high audibility in the rooms, you can hear all the "details" of the bathroom, a conversation in the next room. The crying of a child is also natural. That is, they "interfered" with each other's neighbors in this regard. Also, there are no entertainment elements for children under 8 years of age, approximately, I would like this point to be taken into account, because children aged 3-8 simply have nowhere to climb except the pool. The pool is gorgeous by the way

A great place to relax. The chalet is cozy, comfortable, the beds are high with a swan's down bed, well, very soft, it's a pleasure to sleep in them!)) there are masking nets on the windows, which is important in nature with young children. Each chalet has its own barbecue, veranda, kitchenette, and more for a comfortable stay, there are also four restaurants, a market, a swimming pool, and a spa on site. In a word, it's great!

The resort is young and excellent! Beautiful trails, cozy chalets, delicious, healthy and inexpensive food, good-natured, sweet and humble local population. The impression was not spoiled even by the service, which now leaves much to be desired. I think management will learn everything over time and everything will get better. We were vacationing with families and friends. I definitely recommend it to everyone who loves downhill skiing as an inexpensive alternative to western resorts and Krasnaya Polyana! I will definitely come back here!

A modern chalet with 2 steel rooms, each with its own toilet and shower. The bedrooms are small but cozy enough with good beds and comfortable down blankets and pillows (these are the best pillows I've ever seen) The living room has a beautiful wood-burning fireplace and a dining area with a small kitchen. Each room has air conditioning and underfloor heating.
There is a veranda with a barbecue area.
The whole area is well maintained and there is a lot of greenery. The price is also appropriate.

We rested in winter . A good place, very atmospheric with magnificent views of the mountains from the window, ideal for lovers of skiing. Breakfast is included (buffet) , everything is very tasty and varied , a violinist played for breakfast in the restaurant , it impressed. The price tag is higher than the average accommodation for 4 people in the range of $ 400.

Very poor service! For such a lot of money, everything is somehow not very good: the quality of service, the lack of animation, leaking plumbing, non-working toilets at the top of the cable car. In general, if you come for a few hours, still back and forth, but I do not advise you to spend the night, there is nothing to do. The price for such a quality of service is very much overestimated.

The place itself is not bad, all the advantages are obvious. I will write about what I have noted from the negative.
1. Very high prices! Get ready for the fact that this is not the usual Turkey, where everything is included, in Amirsoy you need to pay for EVERYTHING! There are no discounts or bonuses for equipment rental.
2. Mediocre service. I didn't like it, I got the impression that the cleaning came when it was convenient for them. It was unusual when you come to the chalet tired after skiing, and the room has not been cleaned yet (15.00!!!). And then there's a knock on the door: cleaning! And you wanted to rest.
3. Mediocre service in terms of breakfast service (Until they point out that you have money and you tip! It's unpleasant. If you ask to bring something or remove leftovers from previous guests from the table, they may do it, or they may forget.
4. Breakfast was poor for us. The opinion is subjective. But nothing but cereal, cheese, sausage, bread, two types of porridge and one type of soup, omelette and scrambled eggs caught the eye (
5. Spa. It's a sadness. The price is much higher than average (Practically nothing was included in the price, except for the sauna itself, the hammam, and the "Jacuzzi" on the street (resembling a deep puddle in size).
6. Of the entertainment for children: paid tubing, free Playground, paid ice rink. That's it. There are no animators, no classes for children - there is nothing.
7. In the bathrooms, in the bathroom, it was cold, it was impossible to stand with your heads on your feet in the shower - a doofus, in the morning it was also not pleasant (
8. Also a minus for me: the lack of a washing machine in the bathroom. People are also doing sports here…

Nice chalets. The staff is excellent. It's good here either in summer or in winter, there will be entertainment. There is nothing in the fall. Apart from seasonal entertainment, there is nothing like billiards, tennis, a winter pool or a playstation. The air is very clean.

The price is too high. 480 dollars per day, while the underfloor heating in the bathroom does not work, the furniture is shabby, the roads between the chalets are slippery, covered with snow. They asked us to clean the house when we ski, but we were told that it was inconvenient for them, they could only do it after 15 o'clock!!!! As a result, the laundry was cleaned and changed 1 time in 10 days. In general, at this price, the quality of service is lame.

Несмотря на высооокие цены на высооокой точке, сервис соответствует! Очень доброжелательный персонал. Все красиво, удобно и приятно. Правда дороги к Амирсой ужасные, вечно ремонт. Моглиб исправить все таки не малые деньги стоит отдыхать тут.
Кстати шикааарный завтрак!
