We went on 2 excursions with this company.
The first is the Ritsa and the Geghi Waterfall on jeeps.
The second is New Athos.
On all excursions, a lot of time is devoted to tastings. And you can't buy anything there. No matter how much and wherever they take it, they cheat terribly everywhere.
Some teas are shown, others are slipped, the jugs need to be checked on the spot. Cheese is different. Instead of one product, they can put something generally left-handed. In general, do not buy anything anywhere - you will be totally disappointed.
According to all the details, they are transported very quickly. There may be nothing to do there for a long time, but they give much more time for tasting.
Some sights remain visible from the window of a car or bus.
Drivers drive terribly!
To see the natural attractions of Abkhazia is an important point in the journey. But with whom and how...
And I have only one conclusion - it is very beautiful, but I will not go to Abkhazia anymore)

We went on an excursion on August 7, 2024. The Chernihiv-Kyndyg-Sukhum route.
One of the advantages is a comfortable bus and a good guide Inga. That's all.
Cons: literally 2.5 hours were allocated for a 12-hour trip to the sights themselves. The rest of the time we were dragged to all possible tastings. They almost ran along the embankment in Sukhumi, because they allocated 30 minutes of time, they gave 1 hour to the sources!!! and that's when there are 4 pools! 40 minutes were allocated for the gorge. Everyone run! We didn't get any pleasure.

We went on an excursion to Lake Ritsa from the city of Gagra on July 30, 2024. Terrible, wasted money! The tour program was extensive, but we saw very little. The guide, a young girl (I forgot her name, unfortunately), read the printed text all the way. It's like you have to dislike your country in order to conduct an excursion like this! Moreover, if someone asked something again, she whimsically said, "I already told you about this, why do I have to repeat it? Endless tastings - wine, cheeses, meat, honey... All products are at exorbitant prices and of questionable quality....no one bought anything, and most of them didn't even try....but we lost a lot of time. Then the guide offered to visit the observation deck in addition to the main program. Supposedly, we will see Stalin's dacha and an extraordinary view of the lake from above. Everyone agreed, they collected another 500 rubles per person (the tour itself cost 1600) For a long time they were driven uphill along a dangerous narrow road....when we got up, we didn't see any dacha (look, far below, on the lake, the pier is the pier to Stalin's dacha - that's what the girl said. And the cottage is not visible behind the trees). In a word, they divorced us after all for money)) Then we returned to the Ritz - the girl guide first took us to a cafe and strongly recommended us to taste local dishes...why so persistently-it became clear later, when the waiter clarified who brought us? And she was writing something down in a notebook. While we were waiting for the order, while we ate, we had only 20 minutes left for a walk by the lake. It was possible to ride a catamaran (500 rubles for 30 minutes), but we no longer have time for this. We ran around the shore in search of a place where we could take a photo, in a hurry we clicked on something for memory - and that was it. On the way back, the girl no longer read anything, they drove in silence. Sometimes the driver, Yuri Ivanovich (that's his name I remember for some reason!) he defused the situation and began to tell something, he also answered the questions of tourists (honestly, if he had conducted a tour, it would have been much more interesting!)
The result was that we gave 4,200 rubles for a tour for two, we did not hear anything interesting, we spent 1 hour on the lake (of which we spent 40 minutes waiting lunch and lunch. The food was so-so, the prices were high). We spent 20 minutes on the Blue Lake (crowds of people and nothing interesting), 10 minutes on the waterfalls of Women's and Men's tears (there is also nothing to see). The rest of the time was spent on unnecessary tastings. Utter disappointment and nothing more...
Abkhazia is a beautiful country, but only nature is beautiful in it. I do not advise anyone to attend such excursions - neither with this operator nor with others - it's the same everywhere - how to lure more money from tourists and get a percentage of it....

We went to New Athos, the guide does not remember the name, an elderly woman with glasses, blonde (boorish). On the way, she imposed a check-in to the village of Lykhny (she did not ask, but confirmed that a check-in was necessary there, because the temple of the 10th century was there!). It started to rain, my husband and two children stayed on the bus, and the performance began with each person for 300 rubles per check-in. Yes, it's not a pity 300 rubles, but the fact that we didn't even go out! But the guide turned from a cute grandmother with glasses into an evil terrorist and fashionably chewed out 600 rubles from us. Naturally, the whole impression was spoiled! I do not recommend it!

We went on an excursion from staraya Gagra, a woman is sitting on Gagarin Square under the railway bridge, wearing glasses, good-natured, asked where it was better to go with a 10-year-old child,. definitely advised to go to Sukhum, the embankment is very beautiful, persuaded to take the longest trip with a stop at waterfalls, hot springs, well taken, on the bus arrived in the morning (outside +30)about the fact that the air conditioner does not work, they reported on the way, the bus is packed, the heat is unbearable, they lost half a day with visits to digustats and cheese, wine, then hot springs, then a waterfall, running everywhere, there was not enough time for anything, and all this in the heat without air conditioning, as a result, the child became illWe did not get to any embankment of Sukhum!!! we were just exhausted and tired, upon arrival we approached this woman, to which she said: nothing strange happens, the driver and the guide also endured this heat with you, offered to go again because they were just unlucky. We spent 7000 in vain, we didn't rest, we just got exhausted.I do not advise anyone to contact them!!!!!! Choose anyone but them!!!!!!

A great excursion to Lake Ritsa!
The check-in started on time, everyone was picked up at their place of residence. The guide Astavur is a joker and a connoisseur of his region, he told everything very interestingly and in detail! I liked that the departure time at each stop was announced at what time we were leaving, so no one waited for anyone for a long time and the travel time was not stretched. The whole tasting was very organized - wine, cheeses, honey. We were impressed by the beautifully decorated wine cellars, honey houses, the guys talking about their product - everything is very informative! On the lake itself, an hour-long stop gave the opportunity to enjoy the views of the lake, have a snack and drink coffee in an oriental way. I am grateful to the company for the thoughtfulness of the route. Thank you for allowing me to verify the truth of King Solomon's words - So, the best thing I've seen— and it's beautiful! — it is to eat and drink and enjoy the good fruits of all one's labor, which a person does under the sun all the days of his life, given to him by the true God, because this is his reward!

We planned to go on an excursion at 5. One person from our campaign got sick, it was bad. An advance payment was made for all of 250 rubles. In the morning, approaching the gathering place. We were informed that we have minus one person. They said that the prepayment is not refundable. !!!! And they wanted us to pay for the tour for him. Of course I started to get indignant. We paid for one person, but the prepayment was not returned. Referring to the fact that you have a booklet in your hands and it says at the bottom that the money will not be refunded on the day of departure. At the same time, the cashiers did not warn about this. And this is their job. Further. During the route, we find out that check-in to the temple in the village of Lykhny is paid, we were not warned about this either. And that you need to take a warm jacket with you to the cave in New Athos. What do cashiers get paid for? Yuri and Anna sold the tour, next to the Sofia hotel. Teach your cashiers how to work.

We went on an excursion from Amr 96. The guide is Mina)) sights- girls' tears, men's tears, a blue lake looked out of the car window while it was moving. They promised to stop on the way back... but the tasting, and there were 3 of them, each took 30-40 minutes. During the 3-hour trip there were only tastings. When we arrived at the main attraction, they gave us one hour to eat and walk and warned us that they would not wait! And they kept their word!))) we were 7 minutes late, there was no car.... And there was a bag with a phone, money, etc. in it. A memorable trip. To leave tourists in a foreign country.... I do not recommend it, from the word at ALL

battered jeeps, broken roads made of potholes, it was terribly bad, we drove 30 km over rocks barely shaking, for ages. no amount of beauty helped to recover! the driver is absolutely insane. excursions are poorly done, drove over potholes to alpine meadows to stay there for 15?! minutes, and then trudging back, it was unbearably bad. back on the paved road, the driver Jemal was rushing at 120 km per hour, it was dark, cows and horses were constantly on the road, how we didn't drive into them is a mystery. there was a lot more, a detailed review on the feedback.

Having warned in advance that the trip would not take place due to our health condition, we were refused a refund of the prepayment. They said that the prepayment is not refundable. I mean, he's not coming back?! A piece of money is put in the pocket of the "left" aunt-uncle. DECEPTION! DO NOT TRY TO TAKE TOURS FROM THEM ANYWHERE! YOU WILL BE LEFT WITHOUT MONEY.
