It's not the first time we order bouquets from abroad with delivery. There were no problems. But this time we didn't order a small bouquet of 67 roses. After they removed the packaging, they found that the roses were far from the first freshness. Although the flowers were standing in cold water in a cold place. After the seller was informed about this, she blamed us because we did not report the problem on the day of delivery. I doubt that anyone would spoil their mood on the day of the holiday to deal with this problem. The seller has no customer orientation and did not even apologize for this situation. I hope the owner of the establishment will pay attention to the reviews in order to improve the work and, first of all, the service.
I put 2 stars instead of 1 only because there were no such problems before and I hope there won't be.

This is one of the most popular flower shops in Gyumri. I bought two bouquets: red roses (100+ cm) and white roses (80 cm). Exactly 24 hours later, the bouquet of white roses could be thrown away, because absolutely all the roses withered. I kept them in icy water. The red roses are still standing (3 days), but they already hint that they will wither. Flowers in Gyumri are very expensive: red roses 1200 drams/piece, white roses 800 drams/piece. I think that roses should stand for 1 week. Upset by the "popular and best" flower shop in Gyumri…
