It's not the first time we order bouquets from abroad with delivery. There were no problems. But this time we didn't order a small bouquet of 67 roses. After they removed the packaging, they found that the roses were far from the first freshness. Although the flowers were standing in cold water in a cold place. After the seller was informed about this, she blamed us because we did not report the problem on the day of delivery. I doubt that anyone would spoil their mood on the day of the holiday to deal with this problem. The seller has no customer orientation and did not even apologize for this situation. I hope the owner of the establishment will pay attention to the reviews in order to improve the work and, first of all, the service.
I put 2 stars instead of 1 only because there were no such problems before and I hope there won't be.

Это один из самых популярных цветочных магазинов Гюмри. Купил два букета: красные розы (100+ см) и белые розы (80 см). Ровно через 24 часа букет белых роз можно было выкидывать, потому что абсолютно все розы завяли. Я их держал в ледяной воде. Красные розы пока стоят (3 день), но уже намекают на то, что завянут. Стоят цветы в Гюмри очень дорогие: красные розы 1200 драм/шт, белые розы 800 драм/шт. Считаю, что 1 неделю розы должны простоять. Огорчён «популярным и самым лучшим» цветочным магазином в Гюмри…
