I had a rest in Apsara in October 2024. The place is beautiful, the sea, the pines. The service is excellent. The kitchen is wonderful. Baking with the hands of chef Lika is a masterpiece! Very tasty. The room was cleaned daily, thanks to the maid Lolika. I am looking forward to the next season to visit Pitsunda again.

Excellent location of the hotel, 1 minute walk to the beach. Large cozy rooms, cleanliness. Polite, helpful staff. The buffet is excellent, everything is cooked delicious, with a soul. The pastries are just great. There is a guarded parking lot, you can order a transfer and a taxi.

We rested in this place in June of the 24th year. A very nice hotel. Large rooms, comfortable beds. There is a refrigerator, kettle, cups, glasses in the room. There is a large balcony where you can sit and admire the mountains. Yes, there is a TV, air conditioning. Large bathroom. Sub-pizza, soap, shampoos- everything was there. Even a hair dryer. We only had breakfast. The food is great. Two types of porridges, cottage cheese casserole, cheesecakes, eggs, amlet, sausage pastries. In general, the choice for breakfast is considerable and everything is very tasty! The children really liked pancakes and pancakes with jam.
The location is great. The sea is just around the corner. Walk quite a bit through the pine grove. The Pitsunda pine tree is right on the beach. People are located in the heat right under the trees. No umbrellas are needed. One disadvantage of this hotel is that there is practically no territory of its own. A few benches at the entrance under the palm trees and that's it.

We had a vacation with my husband in September 2024, I liked everything. There are not many dishes, but they are all delicious, and every day is different. The disadvantage in my opinion is that there were no drinks for lunch, they gave a tea bag with them to drink in the room. I wanted some compote or juice. The rooms are large, cleaned every day, linen is changed every 4 days. In general, I recommend it for recreation.

We rested from August 7 to August 12, the price-quality ratio did not work out for me.
Positive:
1. Very close to the sea
2. Large comfortable clean room. They write that there was no cleaning in the rooms. We lived in a white building on the 2nd floor, there was cleaning.
3. In general, the cleanliness of the hotel is monitored
4. TV, air conditioning are working properly. There were no blackouts with us. Light, water always
5. The receptionists called a taxi, you could ask something.
6. In the room there is a kettle, a tea pair, glasses
Minuses:
One big one is food. It's delicious, but very monotonous, everything has become boring in 5 days. And not enough for all the guests.
There could be no vegetables and fruits at all in a day. In season! Fruits could run out 40-50 minutes before the end of lunch, they did not take out any extra.
There was a situation at breakfast when sour cream and jam ran out 40 minutes before the end of breakfast. To my request to bring something else into the hall, the answer is: "we don't, it's over." That is, for almost 10 thousand rubles / day, I was offered to go to the store (it is nearby) and buy sour cream for myself.
At the same time, at breakfast: pancakes, pancakes. You cook flour, can you think what it is with?
In general, my son got the impression that there is a shortage of food in Abkhazia, and I have the impression that all Abkhazian hoteliers are outright greedy and goons. I repeat, for 10 thousand a day you can adequately feed, so that there is a desire to return!
But the download is full, so you don't have to worry about the service: they will still buy and eat pasta with buckwheat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That's the logic.
This is not a country of soul and hospitality for sure, it is beautiful beaches and the sea. I will not return to any hotel, especially with meals in Abkhazia.
Only the private sector with a kitchen: I can cook pasta with buckwheat myself, since they don't feed others here in hotels. I can also buy tomatoes and cucumbers, since there is no money for them in hotels.

The best hotel for a holiday in Abkhazia!)
All staff are friendly and helpful. They will always help and prompt you. The rooms are cleaned every day, everything is always clean everywhere. Delicious homemade food, it's a pleasure to go to breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
It's a 5-minute walk to the sea, clean straight. On the way to the sea there are many different small shops with souvenirs, fruits and berries, clothes and much more.
There is a shop near the hotel where you can buy water, ice cream and everything you need. For those who have asked for a first aid kit, there is a Pharmacy near the hotel where you can buy everything you need.
There is a wonderful cafe on site where you can relax in the evening. They also have delicious food and homemade wine☺️

We had a junior suite, to put it mildly, it does not correspond to the declared status, only the size of the room...cleanliness is lame, the waterproofing in the bathroom is blackened, looks like a fungus, although we were lucky with the location and room cleaning on request (not to be confused with unwashed door and doors), pillows and blankets are "tired" very much, our request to provide one large blanket was answered with bewilderment, after several reminders they provided a large sheet) in the dining room they refused to help when I got sick and my husband asked for lunch in the room....beautiful facade, lobby, but there is no service behind it...the vacation was not ruined, but we will not go there again

The food in the dining room is acceptable, of good quality, but monotonous. The buffet. The breakfast is continental. European lunch and dinner. Local cuisine is not pampered.
The hotel is located near the beach, which can be reached both by road and on the territory of the yellow building.
Nearby there is a store with groceries and household items. There is a pharmacy nearby.
The beach is clean, the sea is excellent.

The hotel is very nice, I recommend it.
The food is delicious, buffet style

Applause for the cook, I liked everything I tried. The staff is generally polite, the room is cleaned every day, linen and towels were changed every 3 or 4 days (I don't remember exactly).

The hotel is price-quality compliant. The food is very tasty and varied. Close to the sea (150-200 meters), the beach is the best on the Black Sea coast! Lots of coniferous trees, lots of shade, wonderful smell. A sunbed on the beach is 300 rubles. Changing rooms , toilet and shower are present.The sea is immediately deep 2 meters from the shore already with your head.
There are few shops in the village, a market and a pharmacy.
There is no place to do an evening promenade .

We had a rest with my wife at this hotel and never regretted it.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is excellent. The location of the hotel itself is gorgeous - 2-3 minutes walk to the water through a picturesque park.
I would like to mention the nutrition separately. Everything is always delicious and you want more. They constantly went to lie on the beach full of seals.
We also found a room with a view of the sunset from the balcony. If you meet the sunset in the room, then the balcony and the vinyl are what you need!

Great hotel. For the second time we rest in the yellow building. The perfect vacation. The sea, the sun, the pine trees, the beach and the usual three meals a day at the hotel. I will add a review after 2 weeks of rest. The loud noise of the kercher downstairs around the clock. It is not possible to relax in a room with an open window or balcony. The girl at the counter was told about the noise a week ago, even asked to change the room. They were politely sent.

The hotel is wonderful! The rooms are large, comfortable beds, the bathrooms have everything you need, the linen and towels are snow-white, very clean. The food in the dining room is delicious, but quite monotonous, we were there for 20 days and sometimes I wanted to have dinner somewhere in a restaurant or buy fresh fruit, but the quality of the food is excellent! It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the sea at a lazy pace, a beautiful park on the shore, pine trees and the sea, where there are a lot of dolphins!
The staff is polite and considerate. There is not much entertainment around, suitable for those who want a quiet holiday. We thank Apsara for the warm shelter and a good rest!

Washing for 400 rubles includes complete drying of the laundry. A very cool service, because things dry reluctantly here. There is a reception, all issues are solved. We had breakfast included. In general, I liked the food, we ate a lot, there was something delicious every time. Although the set of dishes is not to say that it is extensive. The only downside is that there was a strange mess with full board. We were told that we could pay for both dinner and lunch at the buffet. On the first day we went to dinner, 450 rubles per person, the child is free. 900 rubles for dinner for a family - we were happy to take it, as we usually had 2+ tr meals in a cafe. We ate, everything is delicious. The next day, after breakfast, we extend 1800, they say, we ask for lunch and dinner. We are told that we can't do this anymore. Only if you buy a fully equipped boarding house. But you already have to pay 450 rubles for the child. We gave away 19 tr, not that it's a pity, we would hardly have found a better alternative here for this money, but these dances with the terms of buying food spoiled the experience. A slight feeling that they are inventing conditions on the go.

Great hotel! Friendly staff. The room is cleaned every day. Air conditioning, TV in the room. Hot, cold water with good pressure. Snow-white towels. Excellent breakfasts. An amazing beach with relict pines and a clear sea. And a lot of dolphins. In the morning, afternoon and evening, the kids are 10 meters from the shore, bigger away. Next to the hotel is Khrushchev's former dacha, as a confirmation of the exclusivity of this place.

We were in early June 2022, I liked the hotel, the food is delicious , the sea is just around the corner , the location itself is also great, a small village, quiet and peaceful. There are nuances : the territory is very small , additional cots are not comfortable, there is often no light , fortunately there is a generator, and this saves, monotonous food, few fruits, vegetables and prices are certainly not very encouraging this year. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. For a three-star hotel, the room should have shampoo, shower gel, bottled water, slippers. We lived in a junior suite, and when we checked in, we found only a piece of soap. The food is super. Everything is delicious and fresh at home. The dining room is always clean. It was a terrible vacation! Let's start with the price - 204 thousand rubles in 15 days. There are 2 hooks in the bathroom and a complete lack of shelves - there is nowhere to put shower accessories. Among other things, there is a fungus in the tile seams. For 7 days of normal rest, there was no hot water for a day.
The lights are turned off regularly, the generator is constantly running, which makes noise like a tractor!
Then it rained, which flooded the street and with it the basement of the hotel to the ceiling, which !!! It is a kitchen!!! The lights were turned off, and with it the hot and cold water. For 1.5 days there was no water, no electricity, no sewerage (there was nothing to flush). Well, accordingly, there was no food either! The administration shrugged at this and said, "we have a natural disaster." I did not provide at least elementary drinking water! Drinking water began to be brought after the scandal. The hotel is full of small children - no food, no water, no evacuation (since they have a "natural disaster"). The hotels in the neighborhood, by the way, provided a transfer for their guests, and the administration of Apsara hid from people in the back rooms. When it became clear that staying at the hotel was becoming a threat to health, we still found the administrator and asked to resolve the issue of a refund for the remaining 5 days. To which they replied, "we will not return the money." A very customer-oriented organization!
It's a pity for those people who stayed there or came after us - cooking in the kitchen under the ceiling with flooded dirty water is a violation of all possible sanitary and epidemiological requirements! I will never return to this hotel and in no case will I recommend it to others!

They picked up the phone with the words "well, what", in response they asked is the Apsara hotel I wanted to book two rooms for the 10th-20th, I definitely got there, she retorted in high tones with an explosion in her voice: "yes, this is the Apsara hotel, and you don't know where YOU are calling, instead of questions you need to say that you need to tell me the dates, I'll take a look," after that I hung up, then an insult message came to the wat sapa chat, but the truth was that this message was immediately deleted. Yes, I have not yet met such a thing in hotels, even the cheapest ones, as I wanted to go and I didn't want to, let them rest there and be rude to each other.
