I had a rest in Apsara in October 2024. The place is beautiful, the sea, the pines. The service is excellent. The kitchen is wonderful. Baking with the hands of chef Lika is a masterpiece! Very tasty. The room was cleaned daily, thanks to the maid Lolika. I am looking forward to the next season to visit Pitsunda again.
Excellent location of the hotel, 1 minute walk to the beach. Large cozy rooms, cleanliness. Polite, helpful staff. The buffet is excellent, everything is cooked delicious, with a soul. The pastries are just great. There is a guarded parking lot, you can order a transfer and a taxi.
A pleasant hotel on the Black Sea coast and next to a pine forest. There are three meals a day, but it would be nice to add variety to the menu. In general, the food is delicious, except for some meat dishes. There is a cafe on the territory of the hotel.
We rested in this place in June of the 24th year. A very nice hotel. Large rooms, comfortable beds. There is a refrigerator, kettle, cups, glasses in the room. There is a large balcony where you can sit and admire the mountains. Yes, there is a TV, air conditioning. Large bathroom. Sub-pizza, soap, shampoos- everything was there. Even a hair dryer. We only had breakfast. The food is great. Two types of porridges, cottage cheese casserole, cheesecakes, eggs, amlet, sausage pastries. In general, the choice for breakfast is considerable and everything is very tasty! The children really liked pancakes and pancakes with jam.
The location is great. The sea is just around the corner. Walk quite a bit through the pine grove. The Pitsunda pine tree is right on the beach. People are located in the heat right under the trees. No umbrellas are needed. One disadvantage of this hotel is that there is practically no territory of its own. A few benches at the entrance under the palm trees and that's it.
The photo shows the view from the balcony. The sea is right behind the pines. And the beach.
The junior suite is very spacious, a little tired. Daily cleaning, linen change every 4 days. The food at the hotel is good, delicious, especially pastries, I would like to expand the range a little. The staff is polite and friendly.
We had a vacation with my husband in September 2024, I liked everything. There are not many dishes, but they are all delicious, and every day is different. The disadvantage in my opinion is that there were no drinks for lunch, they gave a tea bag with them to drink in the room. I wanted some compote or juice. The rooms are large, cleaned every day, linen is changed every 4 days. In general, I recommend it for recreation.
We rested from August 7 to August 12, the price-quality ratio did not work out for me.
Positive:
1. Very close to the sea
2. Large comfortable clean room. They write that there was no cleaning in the rooms. We lived in a white building on the 2nd floor, there was cleaning.
3. In general, the cleanliness of the hotel is monitored
4. TV, air conditioning are working properly. There were no blackouts with us. Light, water always
5. The receptionists called a taxi, you could ask something.
6. In the room there is a kettle, a tea pair, glasses
Minuses:
One big one is food. It's delicious, but very monotonous, everything has become boring in 5 days. And not enough for all the guests.
There could be no vegetables and fruits at all in a day. In season! Fruits could run out 40-50 minutes before the end of lunch, they did not take out any extra.
There was a situation at breakfast when sour cream and jam ran out 40 minutes before the end of breakfast. To my request to bring something else into the hall, the answer is: "we don't, it's over." That is, for almost 10 thousand rubles / day, I was offered to go to the store (it is nearby) and buy sour cream for myself.
At the same time, at breakfast: pancakes, pancakes. You cook flour, can you think what it is with?
In general, my son got the impression that there is a shortage of food in Abkhazia, and I have the impression that all Abkhazian hoteliers are outright greedy and goons. I repeat, for 10 thousand a day you can adequately feed, so that there is a desire to return!
But the download is full, so you don't have to worry about the service: they will still buy and eat pasta with buckwheat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That's the logic.
This is not a country of soul and hospitality for sure, it is beautiful beaches and the sea. I will not return to any hotel, especially with meals in Abkhazia.
Only the private sector with a kitchen: I can cook pasta with buckwheat myself, since they don't feed others here in hotels. I can also buy tomatoes and cucumbers, since there is no money for them in hotels.
The best hotel for a holiday in Abkhazia!)
All staff are friendly and helpful. They will always help and prompt you. The rooms are cleaned every day, everything is always clean everywhere. Delicious homemade food, it's a pleasure to go to breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
It's a 5-minute walk to the sea, clean straight. On the way to the sea there are many different small shops with souvenirs, fruits and berries, clothes and much more.
There is a shop near the hotel where you can buy water, ice cream and everything you need. For those who have asked for a first aid kit, there is a Pharmacy near the hotel where you can buy everything you need.
There is a wonderful cafe on site where you can relax in the evening. They also have delicious food and homemade wine☺️
Cool, beautiful. The food is super, the buffet, everything is sooo delicious. Breakfast is only early... I want to sleep in the morning.... Cleaning every other day... It's not noisy after 22:00 ... The audibility between the rooms is average.... The sea is nearby, 5 minutes.
We had a junior suite, to put it mildly, it does not correspond to the declared status, only the size of the room...cleanliness is lame, the waterproofing in the bathroom is blackened, looks like a fungus, although we were lucky with the location and room cleaning on request (not to be confused with unwashed door and doors), pillows and blankets are "tired" very much, our request to provide one large blanket was answered with bewilderment, after several reminders they provided a large sheet) in the dining room they refused to help when I got sick and my husband asked for lunch in the room....beautiful facade, lobby, but there is no service behind it...the vacation was not ruined, but we will not go there again
The hotel is ideally located, 3 minutes to the beach. The staff is polite. The room is spacious and
clean, bed linen is changed every 3 days. The breakfasts are not very varied, but delicious.
A wonderful hotel. The rooms are very clean. The view from the balcony is excellent. It's not the first time here. Good lunches and dinners. It's not a great choice, but they won't leave you hungry. Parking is nearby. The cleanest sea in Abkhazia
A magnificent family-run hotel.
The comfortable rooms have everything you need: TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, kettle and refrigerator.
Cleaning is daily with replenishing shampoo and gel. Towels and linen are changed every three days.
A huge balcony allows you not only to dry things, but also to spend a pleasant evening in the company of wine and fruits.
View of the mountains and neighboring houses.
The food in the dining room is acceptable, of good quality, but monotonous. The buffet. The breakfast is continental. European lunch and dinner. Local cuisine is not pampered.
The hotel is located near the beach, which can be reached both by road and on the territory of the yellow building.
Nearby there is a store with groceries and household items. There is a pharmacy nearby.
The beach is clean, the sea is excellent.
We rested from 14.08 to 25.08 in the WHITE Apsara
The hotel is very nice, I recommend it.
The food is delicious, buffet style
The rooms are spacious, the linen is changed often, the bed is comfortable. The air conditioner is working. Cleanliness on the floors, daily cleaning in the room. The room was on the second floor, the maid, well done, thank her very much!
The sea is 3 minutes away
There are several small disadvantages: weak Internet, a very strange valera hair dryer, works every other time, and I understood the activation mechanism.
I recommend the Apsara Hotel
How friendly are the girls at the reception, exactly as angry and ill-mannered in the dining room, (except for the manager) who not only behave rudely, but try to show with their whole appearance: I am the hostess here! Although, in fact and in rank, they are ordinary servants! The hotel itself is in a great location, the beach is purely rustic, without,,frills,, and,, buns,, in terms of entertainment.
A good hotel, for Abkhazia in general at the highest level. Spacious room, wi-fi, large balcony. 5 minutes to the sea through the pines. In general, the location is very good - a good beach, a pine grove, there are shops and a pharmacy. Quiet and peaceful. The food is very tasty, for breakfast scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, pancakes, omelette, porridge, cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, there are plenty to choose from; for lunch 2 soups, a couple of side dishes and a couple of meat dishes, salad, oranges; dinner - similar to lunch, but without soup, add salad (olivier, puff pastry with chicken, etc.) and pastries (very tasty, hot). Applause for the cook, I liked everything I tried. The staff is generally polite, the room is cleaned every day, linen and towels were changed every 3 or 4 days (I don't remember exactly).
The hotel is price-quality compliant. The food is very tasty and varied. Close to the sea (150-200 meters), the beach is the best on the Black Sea coast! Lots of coniferous trees, lots of shade, wonderful smell. A sunbed on the beach is 300 rubles. Changing rooms , toilet and shower are present. The sea is immediately deep 2 meters from the shore already with your head.
There are few shops in the village, a market and a pharmacy.
There is no place to do an evening promenade .
The food is delicious, but does not change throughout the rest, the hotel itself is generally normal, the cleaning is 50-50, the administrator goes somewhere all the time, and you have to wait, go to the sea quickly for 3 minutes, I put 2 stars, I can't give more,
The hotel was completely satisfied. Polite staff, daily cleaning. Delicious, homemade cooking. The sea is just around the corner. When there is a power outage, which often happens in Abkhazia, no discomfort, the generator immediately turns on. It is enough for light and air conditioning.I'm evaluating the hotel for the first time. A solid five!
We had a rest with my wife at this hotel and never regretted it.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is excellent. The location of the hotel itself is gorgeous - 2-3 minutes walk to the water through a picturesque park.
I would like to mention the nutrition separately. Everything is always delicious and you want more. They constantly went to lie on the beach full of seals.
We also found a room with a view of the sunset from the balcony. If you meet the sunset in the room, then the balcony and the vinyl are what you need!
I recommend
I definitely recommend it! The rooms are lovely and spacious. Polite and calm staff. Cool girls serving dishes. The kitchen is without complaints. Cheesecakes are magical! Cottage cheese, porridges, pancakes..., vegetables, meat dishes!!! Girls, you're doing great!
Wonderful hotel, great location. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Varied and delicious food. For the first visit to this paradise in the beauty of nature, Abkhazia, this hotel was a pleasant surprise. I boldly recommend it for a good rest.
Thanks to the Apsara Hotel, for the beauty! We'll be back! The hotel's territory is very beautifully decorated!
It's a pity that the cafe didn't work in May, but the food there is very tasty!
A wonderful place! Clean, cozy, delicious! The staff is polite. I would especially like to mention the waitress of the restaurant Milana. I wish there were more such positive people! A smile never leaves her face! Huge greetings to her from her doppelganger from Moscow!
Great hotel. For the second time we rest in the yellow building. The perfect vacation. The sea, the sun, the pine trees, the beach and the usual three meals a day at the hotel. I will add a review after 2 weeks of rest. The loud noise of the kercher downstairs around the clock. It is not possible to relax in a room with an open window or balcony. The girl at the counter was told about the noise a week ago, even asked to change the room. They were politely sent.
Two buildings of the hotel and its own restaurant, delicious; near the beach, bike rental, mini market, pharmacy and shop. The room was cleaned, the staff was friendly. In general, I would recommend it. They would also like to make their pool warm, it would be super cool.
The only (in Lidzawa, and perhaps in the whole of Pitsunda) beautiful newest hotel with excellent food!!!!!!! Lots of vegetables and fruits. Purity. Responsive staff. Well done! Thanks!
The hotel is wonderful! The rooms are large, comfortable beds, the bathrooms have everything you need, the linen and towels are snow-white, very clean. The food in the dining room is delicious, but quite monotonous, we were there for 20 days and sometimes I wanted to have dinner somewhere in a restaurant or buy fresh fruit, but the quality of the food is excellent! It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the sea at a lazy pace, a beautiful park on the shore, pine trees and the sea, where there are a lot of dolphins!
The staff is polite and considerate. There is not much entertainment around, suitable for those who want a quiet holiday. We thank Apsara for the warm shelter and a good rest!
We just returned from a vacation from Apsara on 08/5/12, spent a relaxing time here, enjoyed nature, beautiful views from the room. So, knowing that many people want a detailed review of the hotel and location, I hasten to write that our vacation with my daughter was a success, we will come here again! *We arrived before 2 p.m., but we had to wait for the room. The administrator of the white building politely told us everything, registered us and offered to leave our things in the waiting area near the reception, where the cameras are safe.We walked to the beach, it's a 3-minute calm walk through the park of Pitsunda pines. In the heat, it's just comfortable to walk in the shade of the pines and feel the wonderful, healing aroma of them. The beach is medium-sized and wide. The sea is always calm, because in the bay.The depth is sudden, almost next to the shore, which for children is only under the strict supervision of adults.Sun beds for 200 rubles per person.Natural awning-rest under the pines, super! There are a lot of people, I'll tell you right away. But you will always find a place. At 14h, her room was ready, the receptionist invited her to have lunch before check-in.There are several in the dining room. dishes, there is a choice. Soups of 2 types, several side dishes, meat dishes too. The food is of high quality, to choose from, although small. Everyone has enough, there are no queues. The dishes are removed from the tables on time. It's all clear! Respect to the administrator Ekaterina and the staff of the dining room! By the way, I had to ask Katya for help in feeding my daughter immediately after the rotovirus, we cooked rice for my daughter on the water, on the trail.A day of mashed potatoes on the water, which was very pleasant. The room was taken as a junior suite family 508, large. Everything you need in the room:refrigerator, kettle, cups with dishes, spoons.Large balcony. There are ropes with clothespins on the balcony. The bathroom is comfortable. There is a hairdryer. Cleaning by the maid, Tiona, every day, no complaints, clean. Change of bed linen, towels as stated.I read reviews, someone wrote that they did not change on time, poor cleaning... I don't know, we didn't have that.I know by myself that everything is always solved in a friendly way, not by conflict or pressure. If something bothers you or there is a question, the problem is always solved in a calm tone.Of course, I think there are nuances everywhere, and in 5 *, here 3*, but very decent! Here, which is nice, adequate management who values the reputation of the hotel- all rooms are sold out in advance-there is a great demand and this is so, we will come again! ****The place chosen here is quiet and peaceful. We slept with an open balcony-silence, no screaming music and it's super! We thank the hotel administration and staff for the rest, Success and prosperity! I recommend the hotel.
The room is large. The bathroom doesn't smell. Cleaning, frequent change of towels. They smoke on the balconies, of course, but all Russian smokers gather in Abkhazia. Washing for 400 rubles includes complete drying of the laundry. A very cool service, because things dry reluctantly here. There is a reception, all issues are solved. We had breakfast included. In general, I liked the food, we ate a lot, there was something delicious every time. Although the set of dishes is not to say that it is extensive. The only downside is that there was a strange mess with full board. We were told that we could pay for both dinner and lunch at the buffet. On the first day we went to dinner, 450 rubles per person, the child is free. 900 rubles for dinner for a family - we were happy to take it, as we usually had 2+ tr meals in a cafe. We ate, everything is delicious. The next day, after breakfast, we extend 1800, they say, we ask for lunch and dinner. We are told that we can't do this anymore. Only if you buy a fully equipped boarding house. But you already have to pay 450 rubles for the child. We gave away 19 tr, not that it's a pity, we would hardly have found a better alternative here for this money, but these dances with the terms of buying food spoiled the experience. A slight feeling that they are inventing conditions on the go.
It is not organized with the arrival, the cleaner sweeps the floor with a broom, buy mops that are already normal for cleaning with a spin, there is a view of the construction site from the window, they were on the third floor in a yellow building, shower accessories are put here once disposable upon arrival, Wi-Fi is constantly disappearing, the TV must be constantly switched to watch -the volume disappears, there is a refrigerator, kettle, corkscrew, glasses, cups, air conditioning! A TV, a sofa, a bed with a good mattress, a table, chairs, a mirror, curbstones, a wardrobe with hangers, a hairdryer in the bathroom, towels are regularly changed, there are no bathrobes, toilet paper is there.A balcony with clotheslines for drying clothes and not so many clothespins. There is an elevator! The food is a buffet, there is no fish on the menu at all, only chicken and pork, cottage cheese is bitter, the waiters are laughing, the air conditioner works so that it is cold to eat.The hotel is located close to the beach, asphalt is not everywhere, there is no parking at all. There is no entertainment except for the sea and excursions at your own expense, it is completely boring for children, no animators, no playgrounds. Everyone has rotavirus.
A magnificent hotel. Within walking distance to the most beautiful seashore. The view from our room was simply amazing. Mountains, mountains, mountains. But this view is not from all rooms.
The food is delicious, varied and for slaughter (i.e. you can take it without restrictions). The room is spacious with a balcony, but there is no table on the balcony. The TV needed repair (it was constantly on and off). There were no bathrobes and slippers. Located in the village, no entertainment or attractions, 3 km to Pitsunda.
Great hotel! Friendly staff. The room is cleaned every day. Air conditioning, TV in the room. Hot, cold water with good pressure. Snow-white towels. Excellent breakfasts. An amazing beach with relict pines and a clear sea. And a lot of dolphins. In the morning, afternoon and evening, the kids are 10 meters from the shore, bigger away. Next to the hotel is Khrushchev's former dacha, as a confirmation of the exclusivity of this place.
We were in early June 2022, I liked the hotel, the food is delicious , the sea is just around the corner , the location itself is also great, a small village, quiet and peaceful. There are nuances : the territory is very small , additional cots are not comfortable, there is often no light , fortunately there is a generator, and this saves, monotonous food, few fruits, vegetables and prices are certainly not very encouraging this year. As a result, I will say, a family hotel, for a quiet and relaxing holiday with children 👍

We were at this hotel for the first time, we really liked everything, and a chic spacious room, and a wonderful kitchen in the dining room (watermelons every lunch!!!😍) calm, well-groomed territory, I will make a small remark to the management anyway... Set up a Wi-fi router in a yellow case that is unbearably lagging. We will definitely come again!!! I'll check how you set up wi-fi)))
We had a rest in August 2022. Great hotel. Responsive service staff. Delicious, homemade-like food. There were minor power outages, but since they were short-lived, they were not a hindrance to our rest.
Not far from the hotel is the beach (100 meters), as well as cafes where in the evening you can listen to live music and dance under the moon in close proximity to the sea. I would like to come back here
We had a rest a week ago at this hotel. It is located in the village of Ldza. I must say right away, there is no embankment or parties here. A hotel for a quiet and relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. For a three-star hotel, the room should have shampoo, shower gel, bottled water, slippers. We lived in a junior suite, and when we checked in, we found only a piece of soap. The food is super. Everything is delicious and fresh at home. The dining room is always clean. The territory is well maintained. I recommend the hotel.
Sun beds 300r. From morning to night on the beach. And the hotel is great. The carriage is decent. The room is great, the balcony is super, five meters if you want to walk, if you want to go to bed.
It was a terrible vacation! Let's start with the price - 204 thousand rubles in 15 days. There are 2 hooks in the bathroom and a complete lack of shelves - there is nowhere to put shower accessories. Among other things, there is a fungus in the tile seams. For 7 days of normal rest, there was no hot water for a day.
The lights are turned off regularly, the generator is constantly running, which makes noise like a tractor!
Then it rained, which flooded the street and with it the basement of the hotel to the ceiling, which !!! It is a kitchen!!! The lights were turned off, and with it the hot and cold water. For 1.5 days there was no water, no electricity, no sewerage (there was nothing to flush). Well, accordingly, there was no food either! The administration shrugged at this and said, "we have a natural disaster." I did not provide at least elementary drinking water! Drinking water began to be brought after the scandal. The hotel is full of small children - no food, no water, no evacuation (since they have a "natural disaster"). The hotels in the neighborhood, by the way, provided a transfer for their guests, and the administration of Apsara hid from people in the back rooms. When it became clear that staying at the hotel was becoming a threat to health, we still found the administrator and asked to resolve the issue of a refund for the remaining 5 days. To which they replied, "we will not return the money." A very customer-oriented organization!
It's a pity for those people who stayed there or came after us - cooking in the kitchen under the ceiling with flooded dirty water is a violation of all possible sanitary and epidemiological requirements! I will never return to this hotel and in no case will I recommend it to others!
A good place, the rooms are clean and comfortable, we had a semi-gloss corner room with two huge balconies. The staff is friendly, everything was fine.
The food is good, there are no complaints. The rooms are clean, cleaning is done every day, linen is changed often. The beach is 200-300 meters away. I liked. The place is calm and cozy
I tried to book two junior suites by phone (via wat sap), but I haven't heard such negativity and rudeness for a long time. They picked up the phone with the words "well, what", in response they asked is the Apsara hotel I wanted to book two rooms for the 10th-20th, I definitely got there, she retorted in high tones with an explosion in her voice: "yes, this is the Apsara hotel, and you don't know where YOU are calling, instead of questions you need to say that you need to tell me the dates, I'll take a look," after that I hung up, then an insult message came to the wat sapa chat, but the truth was that this message was immediately deleted. Yes, I have not yet met such a thing in hotels, even the cheapest ones, as I wanted to go and I didn't want to, let them rest there and be rude to each other.
Good location, 5 minutes to the beach, the rooms are large, clean, there is a balcony. But the rooms themselves look sad - old bed linen, towels, mold in some places in the bathroom and the very furnishings in the room. There is practically no territory, but there is Parking for cars nearby. The breakfasts are edible, but nothing more. There is no entertainment around except the sea.But the beach in those places is just wonderful.
