There were 2 times. The first one waited for the waiter for half an hour to place an order. Although it was lunch and there weren't many people. When they heard that half of the dishes on the menu were missing, they turned around and left.
We decided to give a second chance, as this particular restaurant was recommended to us by the locals. We came in the evening, we wanted to eat khinkali.
The menu was brought immediately (which was encouraging). After 10 minutes, our order was accepted. Here's a surprise, but this time there was no Khinkali either. Well, all right....we ordered 600 grams of shish kebab, a portion of French fries and potatoes, still rustic, 2 vegetable salads, a kettle of tea and a cocktail. The cocktail arrived 20 minutes later. We are waiting for half an hour, we are waiting for an hour, tea has been brought. We are waiting for an hour and a half, a woman who looked like the owner of the establishment passed by, she was very friendly. We complained to her about the very, very long wait. The woman referred to the fact that in the kitchen all the dishes come from under the knife and the kitchen does not have time. Soon our waiter remembered about us and brought salads, apologized, referring to the same trouble as the previous lady. They bring a barbecue, passable, but nothing special. The vegetable salad is ordinary, like everywhere else, only the vegetables look like they were chopped with an axe. At the end of the 2nd hour of waiting, they brought potatoes, which were not impressed, but edible. We ate, we look out for our waiter for 20 minutes. There is nowhere and there is not. I got up and went into the restaurant building, asked for the bill and wrapped the remaining uneaten food. After about 15 minutes, the girl brought the bill and left a container and a bag on the table for us so that we would not be bored while waiting for her, we got busy and collected our leftovers, the person is busy, she is not up to us! The account came out at 3186 rubles. We put 5000 and wait until the attention is back on us and the bill is taken away to bring the change. Another 20 minutes pass, my patience is bursting, I grab the bill, go back inside the institution, turn to the woman, the employee who is sitting inside at the table, they say, give us the change. We are given 1800 rubles in change, rounding up the bill in our favor, although 10% for the tightening service is included (only for what?). Disgusting service!

The food is delicious 3 out of 5 times. For some reason, almost every restaurant in Pitsunda in Caesar has over-dried chicken. We went here 15 times +-. Liked it more than not. Special thanks to the chef for the beef medallion with mushroom grotto. The Singer Is A Hack!!!!!!!!! It takes a very long time to wait for an order when there are a lot of people. But the waiters warn about this. I will return to this place later.

It's a disgusting place! Firstly, they waited about 20 minutes to accept the order, and secondly, the order itself was delivered an hour later!! And then after I went to the waiters inside the room. One waitress was just sleeping, the other was on the phone. Sluggishly and reluctantly, she said that the cutlet certainly takes a long time to cook. Before ordering, I clarified that there are greens inside, they said no, only butter. And of course it turned out that there was a lot of greenery inside. The table was not cleared until we left. The company of 5 people ate both the first and the second and it all stood there. As in many establishments in Abkhazia, tips are included in the bill. That's probably why the staff doesn't care about the guests. Well, the food itself was not very tasty! Avoid such "restaurants". It is better to go up to the high-rise and have a meal with a beautiful view of Pitsunda. We really liked it there!

A great restaurant. Everything is very tasty, friendly waiters, tables outside, in the shade of trees and under umbrellas. The prices for the restaurant are very affordable, for 1500-1800 for two you can have lunch with a glass of wine.

They came with a family of three to have lunch, chicken soup looks like with the addition of cubes and it's disgusting, pasta carbonara with bacon in their understanding is soup small noodles that swim in something incomprehensible, fried bacon floated there and it was impossible to eat, but they were most impressed by the fact that the child was cooked potatoes with meat for an hour and as a result, the potatoes were raw!!! They returned everything and did not pay for this stuff! I do not recommend it at all! We would like to leave our feedback about this restaurant. When we come to Pitsunda, we constantly go to this place, as the locals advised us. Very tasty khachapuri, solyanka in Abkhazian, for lovers of spicy, with adjika and fresh string pepper.

We were in the institution twice. The first time we celebrated a birthday. I liked everything. The next time we arrived, we decided to stop by for lunch. We ordered "solyanka in Abkhazian". They brought us a thin soup. We were a little shocked. I visit Abkhazia 5 times a year. Having traveled all over the country for the first time I saw such a hodgepodge. I do not recommend ordering this dish in this institution.

A great cafe. The waiter is a young man who is very fast, polite and attentive to every customer. I immediately warned that it would take longer than usual, a full landing, and helped with the selection of dishes.
