It's terrible! We arrived on Monday at 5 o'clock, 3 tables were occupied by families. The menu was waited for about 5 minutes. It's dirty around, there are streaks on the tables, the cushions on the chairs are stained, there is garbage on the neighboring tables, the fountain on the street is all shabby. Okay, we chose a coffee glass, pasta and tiramisu. Of all this, only pasta was available, there was not a single dessert! There was coffee, but we didn't have the coffee we wanted! They got up and left because there is nothing to do in this institution!

According to the manager, tourists are nobody to them, the main thing is that you should be a representative of the authorities, then you have the right to speak. The music volume mode is violated after 23.00, they do not decrease, it is not comfortable to talk at the table, you can not hear each other. The food is not delicious, the reviews are purchased. Very tasty khachapuri and boats, divine ajapsandal, but the kebab is a little dry. The undoubted advantage of the Apsara cafe is a very decent toilet. Not every cafe in Pitsunda has one)
We have been visiting this restaurant since 2017. They considered it the best place in Pitsunda. But something went wrong. This time we ordered: lula, trout, grilled vegetables, a boat and pickles with vodka. Vodka was brought immediately, without any food. They politely asked to bring it with the whole order at once. Forty minutes later they waited for the boat, then they brought "pickles" (actually turned out to be almost fresh cucumber and pepper), then 15 minutes later - trout, which was divided into two, I already wanted to eat. We didn't dare to wait for the rest. They asked for the bill for the trout and the boat. The waiters did not hesitate to include in the bill a percentage for the service, which we did not see in our case. I will not recommend this place to anyone else(((
The place itself is not bad - a little away from the hustle and bustle, a large space in front of the restaurant with tables and a fountain in the middle - it is very pleasant to sit in summer!
At the same time, the quality of the food is average and they cheat on the bill.
The food is not bad, but for this money you expect more - the kebabs were badly overcooked, the food was brought in the following order: side dish, then soup, then snacks, then the second, and at the end drinks. When asked why, they said that there were a lot of orders, if you don't want to wait long, eat as we bring it.
Well, a deception by weight - they ordered "trout in a royal way" - 250r / 100g, it seems. They brought a small fish, as always and everywhere they bring - 300-350 grams. The bill says 600, respectively 1,500 rubles. It is not possible to prove anything - we agreed to the point that we consider the weight not of fish but of dishes, along with vegetables, sour cream and foil!

We were here in May 2021. Not a bad place with delicious cuisine. The menu is varied, but it does not differ from other cafes. There weren't many people, but the waitress had to wait..
So-so cafe. We went to lunch, sorry for the details, but I wanted to go to the toilet. So they were not allowed to pass until the order was made. The order was waited for a very long time. The food, in principle, is not bad. It cannot be said that it is very tasty, let's say I would put 6-7 in a 10-point school. They say that there is Wi-Fi, but it seems that they are not distributing it. The signal is weak, from the word at all. But aside from it, the Internet flies with the same password.
I highly recommend this place! I've been there several times, it's always very tasty! I tried several different dishes and compared them with other restaurants. I can say with confidence that Apsara has no competitors! They cook very tasty!!!

GENERAL INTRODUCTION:
A tip is a payment to the waiter for his efforts. Even if the food "suffers" and the waiter "takes out the program", then there should be a tip.
But when the food is RASPBERRY, and the waiters are "passing by", then including the service bills is too much, guys.
Obviously, it is strange to expect haute Cuisine and super service in Abkhazia. But the comfort of home, delicious and simple food is exactly what you want to see when visiting any cafe or restaurant in Abkhazia.
A restaurant is a catering establishment where there must be service and delicious food.
Sometimes a restaurant can be forgiven for not very tasty food (if the service is just on top) or poor-quality service (if the food is undeniably good).
A cafe is something simpler.
Cafes in Abkhazia are at least very tasty food with adjustments for service, which no one really expects here (unfortunately).
We've definitely been to some very tasty places in your area. And despite the worn tablecloths, they received only praise.
There were 9 of us (6 adults and 3 children)
I usually leave a 10-30% tip. It's very nice to reward a person for their efforts.
Waiters who try hard get good tips, and their management supports them and creates comfortable working conditions, puts the cash register closer to the tables, reduces the distance for "extra running", hires the right number of employees so that they do not rush in a hurry. Also, the management at least somehow teaches (and requires the Kitchen) well, at least some kind of observance of the order of preparation (and therefore serving dishes), so that the waiter does not look stupid when he takes out the hot first, then the salad, followed by the soup.
Dear management, you would like to change the system of the kitchen and service. I do not offer my services - it will be expensive - but I think there will be such specialists in your city.
WHAT WE RECEIVED /EXPECTED TO RECEIVE:
- We saw a rating of 4.4 out of 5 in Yandex - We expected at least delicious food and hospitality.
- We saw a large open-air area with tables, a fountain.
- We definitely did not expect "sit wherever you want" when we said the number of guests
- We definitely expected that the "10% Service" would be removed from the bill at the end of the evening (because tips are when the guest is satisfied), but RASPBERRIES are there.
- The waiters do not know how to talk at all, they did not "present" the dish to us - they stupidly put it on the table and ran away. As a result, I had to wait for the next arrival to ask for the name of the dish.
- The kebab was obviously over-dried. The meat is good, but the cooking is disgusting. I did not think that Abkhazians do not know how to cook Meat - it's in the blood!!! Part of the barbecue was safely fed to a local dog, who did not hesitate to come straight to the table.
- Pizza for children remained untouched - children complained about "tasteless pizza" - have you ever seen children who would have refused pizza from hunger??? - this is definitely an indicator.
- Fortunately for the cafe, the spoiled dishes have been removed from the bill.
- Another hot dish (potatoes with Meat) was brought semi-ready (raw potatoes with ready Meat), they asked to finish it, they finished it, but when they brought it, they didn't even want to eat. As a restaurant process engineer, I was surprised by this combination-obviously the ingredients were prepared separately. It's not supposed to be like that.
- The waitress girls complained to me when I came to talk about what we didn't like, about the "lack of understanding from customers," although the lack of food and service - this is a real surprise for us - did not cause anyone questions except us.
- The so-called "boats" were disproportionately different in size (which means they are being prepared by eye) and were not boats at all, but a dry piece of dough in which there was a small open window in the middle, in which there was a yolk. The boat should be savory, open, juicy, cheesy and seasoned with fresh egg!
What did we get in the end:
- Hungry children who only came up with the idea of playing with local cats and a hefty dog
- Disgruntled adults who eventually went to drink wine in another place. And they were happy.

- Food for 2
- For tips in the account "minus 2"
- A total of 1.
- I do not recommend visiting, because it is tasteless and unserviceable.

Service is something of course. Ordered a dish - a local frying pan, waited 1.5 hours - did not wait and left. All this time we were plentifully fed with promises - another 5 minutes, another minute. A very long wait, The food is plus or minus delicious, but as for me, there is a cafe nearby that is better there and the food is tastier and there is less time to wait. The staff is not very good for me. I give 2 - 3 stars
We waited for the simplest dishes for almost an hour, and eventually took everything with us to the hotel. This is a problem for almost all restaurants in Abkhazia. In such establishments, it is better to order everything in advance, taking into account that they will be done late anyway)))
The cafe is normal, but the waiting time for the order is long and the price tag is not pleasant for everything. The atmosphere is relaxing. The staff is good. The food is delicious, But everything is very long.
Tips are included in the bill, but the change in the amount of 26 rubles was not given. It's a small thing, but it hurt. The dessert is disgusting, although it was excluded from the bill.

Do not take the branded wine (for 400 rubles. a glass), it is not tasty.
I'm going to dream about this boat now... even though the egg has already been broken, but the cheese! And how much of it!
And, probably, only here you can find nice and friendly waitresses.
Every time we visit Pitsunda, we eat only there, I recommend

I didn't like the food!
We wanted to order a barbecue, the prices are not cheap, 320 for 100g of lamb, from which we concluded that the products should be of high quality.
The waitress recommended chicken wings on the grill, saying that they have the best chicken.
I really praised the Greek salad + ordered vegetables on the grill.
Of all the above, there were no complaints only about grilled vegetables.
The chicken is completely tasteless, the Greek salad has Dechman cheese, oxidized olives and not tasty tomatoes.
Calling the waitress, they asked where they get the chicken she praised, and what kind of cheese is in the Greek salad?
After the questions, she did not come up to us, and when she heard that she was being asked again, she pretended not to hear and walked around our table.
I got tired of contacting her 10 times, we asked for the bill and left. Regarding the cheese, we were told that it was a trade secret.
We are not used to such food and such an attitude, and therefore we do not recommend this place!
And another thing: the table we were sitting at was wobbly and dirty. The empty dishes were taken away only when we were paying off.
Wait a minute.... And why do they charge 10% for the service if it's not there!
