One of the advantages is the convenient location. If you want to visit nearby towns and attractions, this is a great location. Its own clean, well-maintained swimming pool. Your own beach. Pleasant staff at the reception. Own parking. Air conditioning in the rooms.
Of the cons. It is rather my expectations that have not been fulfilled. There are no beach polo shirts. Those that are issued in the room are strictly forbidden to wear to the beach. The food is more like a canteen, not a delight, but in general you can eat.
The rooms are small. The plumbing is old. The birds are far from white. There are mosquitoes in the room, despite the wild heat outside the window. We were in the middle of August.
The area is generally pleasant and well maintained. The big question arises, why are garden wicker swings with crushed seats not patched?!
If you look at the photos of this hotel on the websites of tour operators, the reality coincides with reality.
Overall, the impressions are positive. There is nothing to compare it with, it was the first time we were in Abkhazia. I advise you to visit. But don't expect a wow effect, especially for those who are used to good
Turkish all inclusive.

We had a rest in September 2024.
In general, the hotel is not bad. Of the advantages:
- the sea is within walking distance (1 line),
- there is a children's pool,
- Wi-Fi works great both in the room and within the hotel,
- the food in the dining room is delicious. There was a little lack of variety of sweets,
- there were no interruptions to water and electricity during the stay.
Out of trouble:
- sun loungers on the beach were not always available,
- lack of beach towels. I had to take my big ones with me for the whole family (this is an additional one. the weight in the luggage, especially on the way back, when they did not have time to dry out),
- the room stock needs to be updated. In our room, the walls were partially painted (as if with patches), the difference in paint was not noticeable, but it was visible if you looked closely.
- the balcony slab seems to be tilted, the fence is latticed to the waist. It's a little scary to go out. Things that are drying can easily fly down. Access to the balcony from both bedrooms of the room, so you will not leave especially anxious parents of children alone in the room.
- the audibility in the rooms is good. You can especially hear what is happening in the lobby of the floor: the work of the elevator, people. Perhaps the door to the rooms would solve the problem of at least audibility from the hall.

We rested from 02.09 to 09/14/2024.
The overall impression was very pleasant. We went for warmth, clean sea, hot sun. We got everything in full.
A large hotel, surrounded by clean, well-groomed territory. The beach is almost nearby. The beach is pebbly and clean. Wi-Fi in the hotel works fine, even gets to the beach (but that's how lucky you are). There is a swimming pool on site.
Three meals a day, buffet. The food is varied and deliciously cooked. Thanks to the chefs and kitchen staff. Well, the all-inclusive system also works. There are several shops within walking distance, including Magnit.
The room was "standard" with a balcony, the views are just wonderful. The room was small, but there was everything you needed: a TV, a refrigerator, a kettle, a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels were changed regularly. Thanks to the maids. All the staff we talked to were polite and friendly.
The hotel is located some distance from the center (market, etc.), a bus runs periodically, and you can also get there by taxi.
For a variety of leisure activities, many interesting excursions are offered, there is also the opportunity to go on a boat, I really liked it.
What is better to take into account for those who are going to visit, especially for the first time.
1. The hotel is positioned as a place for family holidays, there are many couples with children. Animators work with children, there is a game room.
2. Considering point 1, people, do not pour yourself with a free cup, wine or beer to a state of utter amazement.
3. The hotel is large, even during our holiday period on the beach it was quite lively, I can imagine what happens during the peak season. There may not be enough sun beds, especially given the habit of vacationers from early morning to "stake out" a sunbed and leave the beach for several hours.
4. Take cash with you. There are more places where you can pay with a card, but you still need cash. And it may not be so easy to find a working ATM.
5. Exercise reasonable care when buying groceries and especially alcohol on the market.

We had a rest in the first half of September 2024, and generally liked it. The territory is well maintained, the beach and pool are clean, sun beds are free, there are no buoys and lifeguards.
The room was standard with a balcony, shabby, especially the bathtub... garbage was thrown out every day, probably the floor was wiped, the plumbing was not washed, there was a layer of dust under the beds... the bed was changed 1 time in 11 days, towels - 2 times. The bed and towels are also shabby (but here, too, vacationers who take hotel towels to the beach are to blame, although this is prohibited).
Food: quite tasty, breakfast / lunch / dinner for 2 hours (we went in the middle of the interval), there were interruptions with dishes, but they were served regularly washed / wet (if you go to the beginning of the meal, then the dishes are dry and abundant), dishes were served regularly - you won't stay hungry for sure, there is a choice of dishes. Between the main meals there are snacks (donuts + tea / coffee and wings / cradle), drinks at the bar, ice cream - this was not always used, because they did not have time to get hungry (although vacationers took out food from the dining room - I do not know when they had time to eat everything). Alcoholic drinks at the bar (beer, wine, chacha) - well, that also depends on people (some consumed from morning to evening without stopping).
There is nowhere to walk outside the hotel, there is a cafe on the beach, a couple of shops nearby, excursions (the hotel itself also has excursions), the distance to the city is decent. There is a children's room, animation, billiards, tennis. The hotel itself has a medical center, there are no pharmacies nearby.
In general, we can say that more kitchen workers and maids are needed. The hotel is for lovers of a relaxing holiday.

For Abkhazia, it's a pretty good hotel, with its own beach on the first line, a cafe where donuts and coffee are made in the morning, and for an afternoon snack, a formidable man turns awesome cradles or grilled wings. There is a heated swimming pool, barbecue facilities, benches on the territory. But for me, it's so empty somehow. The sea is awesome, there are no buoys, swim wherever you want, no one is watching. The room was without a balcony, small because it was economy. There are many abandoned buildings nearby, cows and horses walk, but not on the territory of the hotel. There are many dogs that are constantly scared away by the evil Abkhazians, and some even beat them. We often fed them, for which we also got hurt by the staff. For lunch, they gave insanely delicious sand baskets with whipped cream, mmmm, I love them! The nature is awesome, the sea was warm, transparent, in general, the rest was a success!

We had a winter vacation in this place. We spent nine wonderful nights. A very cozy boarding house. The rooms are clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. The food is excellent. Varied and delicious. It's like being at home. There is always a large number of dishes to choose from. The pool is heated, you can swim. The sea is very clean. The main disadvantage is the lack of drinking water neither in the rooms nor on the floors, only in the bar on the 1st floor, and only in a cup.
There is no organization of morning exercises or similar events, the animator's girlfriend has one column, which sometimes includes music in the evenings and conducts a kind of disco. There is no music at all at the beach bar, you have to go ashore if you just relax, listen only to the music from the bar of the neighboring hotel.
There is also no music at all on the territory of the hotel, there is only music on the bar.
A 4-star hotel needs to be tightened and tightened!

Excellent value for money!
We had a rest with a large company of 8 people from October 26 to October 30.
I am writing a review, because I pay attention to many details myself.
1. The diet is relatively diverse. Chicken, fish, offal, pilaf, pasta, mashed potatoes, salads. The fruits were: apples, tangerines, feijoa.
2. Drinks. Non-alcoholic - juices from the vending machine. Alcoholic - beer, wine, chacha. In all the days, we only had time for a beer once. It only happens an hour a day. And according to the concept, from 10:00 to 22:00. There is always chacha and wine.
3. The territory is beautiful, you can walk around it. Don't be afraid of dogs, there are a lot of them, but they are all very smart. If you feed dogs, then don't complain that there are a lot of them there!
4. The pool is large and clean. Aerobics takes place in it.
5. There is nowhere to go outside the territory. There is a bus stop to the city nearby. But a taxi is not expensive either, and if you find companions (we found them from a nearby hotel), then the cost of the trip per car is 300 rubles.
6. Upon check-in, they take a tour fee of 200 rubles / person.
7. If you want to check in earlier, then the surcharge is 400 rubles/ hour. We did not pay, spent time in the lobby, it was comfortable there.
8. Free Wi-Fi throughout the territory.
And again. Our 4-night stay in a standard room with a sea view cost 13 thousand rubles for two, so I don't see any point in complaining about anything. I liked everything!

That's the end of our vacation in the beautiful APSNY- the land of the soul. We stayed here for seven days, which I want to say in general, I really liked everything! We are satisfied!
Of course, there are uncritical disadvantages, but there are disadvantages in the ultra all-inclusive top five…
It's more about how used you are to a certain comfort…I'll start with the cons- for example, it was uncomfortable for me to sleep on beds, they were without a rack bottom.
in addition, there are really a lot of dogs on the territory of the hotel (I read in the reviews)and when they start barking-and they've been barking almost all night-of course you wake up.
In the morning, you want to go and destroy them, and then you watch these pigs running through puddles and having fun- well, creatures of God. Lets go)
I found a way not to hear what's outside the window- you turn on the air conditioner and voila. You fall asleep to a quiet noise. And all the noise from the street is blocked. On New Year's Eve, we fall asleep to the TV like that.
The hotel is well located - ALL rooms have sea views, and when leaving the room, everyone sees mountains of amazing beauty.
As for food, all the smart guys are cooks and waiters, there are only two of them - a girl and a guy, but they always managed everything. The chefs are trying their best, everything is fresh, beautiful, and there is a lot of choice. It is clear that they are trying.
The food is delicious, homemade, always in stock. Sometimes you still don't want to eat, but the time has come, you go and you will definitely find something delicious and eat it. Appetite comes with eating.
And who says that there is nothing or little to eat, well, I don't know 😂😂😂 of fruits, yes, only apples were caught. And a melon once.
Natural coffee was only two times, which is a problem for me, a coffee lover, it was always instant. Tea is black and green. Lemon. Milk. Sugar.
From food, well, they wrote a hundred times about cavo. There are always side dishes in the assortment, soups, meat, fish …
Bakery products. Yes, everything is in general. My love is stewed cabbage and chicken cutlets. Mmmmmmm.
In the surrounding area:
We went to Sayid's store, took tangerines (a package of 100 rubles), 200 feijoas, persimmons. Chips. I wanted smoked meat.
The alcohol in the bar is all powder, but we found where to buy homemade wine (not powder)))
We took chacha and cognac from the store.
The pool was warming up slightly. I wish it was warmer.
But we were swimming.
We swam in the sea a couple of times (and this is already the end of October, please note).
Once, on the first night, a fire alarm went off in the morning, they were scared, they were told to go out, something burned in the kitchen and the women who lived for 10 days complained that this was the third one for their accommodation.
They used to wait two minutes for the elevator. Going down is not a problem. We lived on the 5th floor. I'm too lazy to get up)
There were no interruptions with water - it was always hot. The lights were turned off a couple of times. But just for a minute. Although the whole village was without electricity at that time. That is, communications are conducted wisely here.
Billiards and table tennis are available in the lobby.
There was an animation. The girls are trying. But we are seals)))
The room was cleaned. Gels- shampoos- toilet. the paper was brought.
About rotavirus- but what about without it? my son got sick on the third day, I, his mother, on the 5th. Unpleasant. But not much.
They drank Enterosgel and Enterofuril. It's been a day.
In general, I want to say that for this money, the vacation was very successful. The Moscow region for 3 days will cost so much. And we rested for a week! It came out of a person, I won't even say how much. You won't believe it)))
The sea, the sun, even the rain. We collected shells and swam. We breathed the sea air. It's okay! Live by the principle of "Everything is fine" and there will be no disappointments.

Apsny 4* Hotel. Well, what can I say - it's really 4 stars. A large, beautiful, modern hotel. The first coastline, 50 meters from the beach. There is a large private beach, there are small hotels on the right side, abandoned and destroyed campsites on the left side, respectively, the competition on the beach should not be great and there should be enough places for everyone even in the hot season (I am writing from November, the beaches are deserted). The territory of the hotel is large, a large, full-fledged swimming pool, there is a sports area, walking paths, benches throughout the territory. In November, a beautiful bathhouse was put into operation - a very beautiful, carved work. The territory is planted with trees, shrubs, and flowers. There is security and Parking for cars. There are rental cars in the parking lot (for the car rental service, too +). The rooms are spacious enough, the furniture and appliances are not worn out, and the balconies and panoramic windows overlooking the sea are pleasing. Dining room (I can't call it a restaurant) - buffet, nice wooden furniture. The lobby is quite beautifully furnished with upholstered furniture, billiards, table tennis. I was pleased with the availability of three modern elevators.
Well, friends, to keep silent about the disadvantages would be unfair both to you and to the owners of the hotel, let's be honest, they have something to work on and improve. The first and just a big minus is the lack of drinking water, well, I do not know, the owners / management will solve the problem somehow, put coolers with additional filtration, arrange water delivery, because the Caucasus is famous for its mineral springs. Well, as a last resort, at least put up vending machines with bottled water so that people can buy it. We arrived at 22:00, the canteen was closed, the bar was closed, there were no shops nearby, people simply had nowhere to get water to drink. If you can't provide drinking water, then sell it, set up a kiosk, vending machine, and shop on site! You will not find a kettle in the room, it seems that the reason lies in simple things - so that you do not drink tap water, even boiled. But if you really need a kettle, then you can ask for it at the reception, you need to do this before lunch, before the maid leaves. It's the same story with the blanket, there's only one in the room, like a double, but it's somehow missing, so if you need it, then at the reception and before lunch. The room is nice, but the cleaning is not very good, they do it on request, but it is dry, it's not a matter of sweeping with a dry mop - this is the second huge minus!!!! Soap and shampoos are not added, only toilet paper. Linen is changed every three days, it would be better not to change it - it was more or less cotton at check-in, they changed it to cosmetics. Hypothetical laundry is like having no drinking water. At night, you can see how electric lightning and discharges run through your underwear, and the sheet sticks to your body! Synthetics are the third huge disadvantage! Water, cleaning, linen - The hotel can and should solve these three disadvantages in order not to spoil its reputation in such small things!!!!
The pool seems to be good, it is cleaned every morning, but there is a feeling that the filtration is turned on from time to time, I saw that I was pouring products that prevent the formation of greenery, but again there is a feeling that there is a lack of disinfection. Measure the chlorine level, it is clearly not enough, the water is cloudy and greenish, which indicates an incorrectly selected concentration of disinfectants. This can become a source of bacterial infection and infection of vacationers.
Stray Dogs! It's a pain! They are everywhere in Abkhazia, and the hotel is no exception. There's a pack of dogs running around the hotel, a dozen big dogs that just stick around and beg for food. The bolder ones can stick their muzzle in a jacket pocket or bag, or just grab a bag. By the way, the vacationing people are kind and compassionate, and feed the dogs with canteen cutlets. By our actions, we teach dogs that they think we are carrying food in the bag. It's probably better for the guests not to feed, and for the hotel to take measures to eliminate stray dogs from the hotel! Many people and children are afraid of dogs, especially stray ones, especially large ones, and even in a pack of 10 heads. It can end badly!!!!
And the sweetest thing is the canteen! "Please sit down to eat." There's a lot of food - you won't stay hungry! But on the third day, you realize that you're full, and your diet doesn't change. After all, there is a problem in the kitchen, you can somehow work out the menu in a more diverse way so that it does not repeat itself from day to day. Well, the quality of the execution (cooking) of the dishes suffers, the fish was given a couple of times a week, and both times it was overcooked and overdried. Beef was served once a week, the rest of the time it was chicken and offal (beef liver, chicken, heart and hearts). Salads are something, according to the recipe, we'll throw everything we have and pour mayonnaise from a bucket. Work out the menu, it can be made tastier, healthier and even cheaper. Abkhazia is famous for tangerines and persimmons in autumn, delicious and cheap, why are you spending your budget on these Chinese apples? There are delicious and cheap pastries in Abkhazian bakeries, and you get bread that even dogs don't eat, and you serve the same bread for several days. If you want to save money, brew delicious Abkhazian tea in teapots, instead of throwing out single tea bags in boxes.
At the entrance to the dining room, the waiter will check your number, if you have an early check-in or a late check-out, then you will not be fed, this is the first time I see this, it's some kind of trash, then why don't you offer to refund my money for missed meals, let's say I checked in at 22:00 and left at 500, missed three meals. To summarize, in the dining room there are 2-3 salads, 3 side dishes, 2 soups, 2 meat dishes, 2 fruits, tea, coffee, instant juices and compotes, there are cakes every three days, on other days rolls, eggs for breakfast, omelette, porridge, cheese, sausage, sausages and cutlets from yesterday's chicken. It's generally fine!
Now about the people! Why are you picking up a full table of food? Why do you allow children to take food without measure? Why take 6 pieces of cake each and everyone is missing them? It feels like some people have been preparing for this for a year, but they still haven't prepared well, because they can't eat what they've gained! People who put food in a bag, why do you need it? People who collect 10-15 cutlets to feed stray dogs, didn't you think that some of the vacationers or workers might not have enough food? The principle is I paid, so I'll take as much as I want, and if I don't eat, I'll bite, it's not a good story. I don't judge anyone, but in any situation you need to respect yourself and others, and of course you need to remain human.
A great hotel, but saving on small things spoils the impressions and reputation of the hotel.

The Apsny Hotel is located in the town of Gudauta, the village of Bombora, we stayed for a week in early October, we really liked everything.The room is spacious with a huge bed and a large TV, a bathroom in the room , daily cleaning and delivery of hygiene products if necessary, all meals are included, and a lot is included and delicious.there is animation for adults and children, a gorgeous warm pool and of course the sea in October, we swam and sunbathed like in summer.

I really liked the hotel. And accommodation, and service, and attitude, and food. The food is always fresh, not stewed vegetables from breakfast to dinner. We were with a child of 3 years old, there was an excellent menu for her, she ate everything with an appetite. For the first time we rested with my husband in Gudauta, we preferred the village of Bombora, the Apsny hotel. We had a rest for only a couple of days, we were satisfied. We always try to find the pros rather than the cons, the main thing is to set yourself up for a positive vacation. The location is gorgeous, close to the sea, the food in the dining room is quite satisfied. The room is modest, but we took the Standard, but the view from the balcony just fell in love with us. One of the few hotels with the all inclusive concept in Abkhazia.
The location is excellent, the first line, there are many local shops nearby, nature, the view of the mountains is beautiful. The territory is well maintained .
There are questions about nutrition, in general, you will not be hungry, lunch and dinner are 2-3 types of meat, even for breakfast there are cutlets and whole chicken. The economy rooms are small, without balconies, standard and family rooms with balconies, each has a clothes dryer, iron and ironing board on the floor.

We had a family vacation from October 2 to October 12. I am pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff amazing sea views from the room window especially when the sun rises. In terms of nutrition, no one was hungry. Its own beach of zhezlongi. The only recommendation I would advise is to provide beach towels and put a beer point in the beach bar. The location is good, an hour by car from the Russian border, there are not many people on the coast, clean sea, well-groomed territory of the boarding house, they cook delicious, but the food is a budget canteen. Apsny Hotel, Bambora village. The place is decent for a relaxing holiday. It can be a little boring for young people. The rooms are good, cleaning is done daily. We lived on the 9th floor, there was a maid Aida - the golden man! The food is normal, maybe a little monotonous, but everyone is full. Interruptions with trays, plates, tables are tolerable, there are many guests, and guests of neighboring hotels also eat. The administration needs to divide the meals by visits so that everyone does not come at the same time.
The beach is pebbles, special swimming shoes are needed. The sea is clear, sometimes it brings sticks. Get ready to take a place under the canopy every morning, queue for sun beds and carry sun beds to yourself))).
The cafe on the beach is one name. From 11 a.m. - a glass of tea, coffee + 2 cookies, one serving in hand, i.e. you need to come with the whole family. Don't forget to get dressed, you can't wear a swimsuit. From 15 to 17h - chicken wings (delicious)+French fries. The cafe staff is hardly friendly, however, like the rest of the staff. You will be especially hated and probably despised by Kristina in the bar, your feelings will be mutual. I've been on vacation a lot, but I've never met such ladies.
The biggest note is the lack of water coolers on each floor. The places where there is simple drinking water in the hotel 2 are the hated bar and dining room. And there are 10 floors in the hotel. Everyone wants to drink.

Why the legendary one, because our guide Astamur, along the way of the bus, told us a huge number of Legends, customs and traditions of the Abkhazian people. We have never had such a thing that there were not enough sun beds, although there were 6 of us. And there are also a lot of stray dogs that run into the hotel grounds. The staff tries to chase them, but they are back in their places. Dogs are not aggressive, but they bark very loudly at night. I have to close the windows and turn on the air conditioner. And I wanted to fall asleep to the sound of the sea
Canteen: the staff is polite, there is really a lot of food, there is a lot to choose from. Both the first and the second and compote))) dishes are really often in short supply, but this is because of insanely hungry tourists. It's just disgusting to sit in the same room with them. They collect food for 15 plates per person. Moreover, there are no empty trays with dishes, they immediately bring new full ones. But people are savages, unfortunately.

Rooms: we had a dirty curtain, a dirty wall (beige) and stains on the bathroom floor that looked like dried sealant. Room cleaning is a separate conversation!!! They only change the garbage bag in the bathroom, they barely asked to change the linen and towels. They asked to wipe the floors, as they walked in shoes (because on the very first day I cut my toe on a sharpening nail in the floor). Of course, only the center of the room was wiped, and this despite the fact that we were there.
The woman who cleans the 5th floor is a separate conversation. We had to leave urgently, a day before our friends. We left in a hurry at night. I asked if I forgot any things, to bring them to my friends in the room (I told them the number). At home, of course, I found out exactly what things were missing. We called our friends and asked them to go find out. And there was no limit to our surprise!!! I gave two things away, and took the third (a new one with a label) out of my bag with grief in half!!! How is that even possible??? I asked you to bring it to a certain room!!! And the teenage shorts were never given away, although I know for sure that they stayed at the hotel. Very bad impressions remained. I will definitely not recommend this hotel.

My vacation time in this place is from July 31 to August 9, 2024. The hotel has a good location - the beach, the sea 50 m from the hotel, as well as a quiet place in the village. The area around the hotel is bare, in such a climate there should be a lot of flowers, but there are practically no flowers, the roses are all withered, so the garden looks very poor. The food is in the assortment, you can choose if you are not picky. Public places on the floors are not treated with bleach from the word at all, so the whole hotel was sick with rotavirus.

I also want to express my big thanks to the guide Linda (it was a big excursion to New Athos), she is just a fire, a very gorgeous girl and a master of her craft)))) Our tourists, as always, distinguished themselves by smoking in the rooms, which led to the alarm going off, and they did not care that many children were already asleep and many had to wake up children and drag them from 8,9,10 floors on foot, because elevators do not work in such a situation. It's hard for me to understand such people, but it's a fact, that's how we think about each other ((((I think selling alcohol in a hotel in the morning is useless, because our people think if they pour it for free, then you need to drink for days, so everyone drinks and smokes (men and women, with children and without), as if they were sifted through a sieve and all smoking and drinking families with children came to this hotel. I haven't seen this for a long time, I've seen enough of it in this hotel. The potential of the hotel is good, but the administration has something to work on and fix all the shortcomings, and our tourists have at least a little respect for each other. I will not return to this hotel, but I will go to New Athos, but not to a hotel, but to cottages, because there I will not come into contact with people who smoke and drink heavily. We were at this hotel in January, but the reception was bad.
On the plus side, the food was delicious for me, and the sea was close.
Of the cons: the staff is absolutely not happy with the guests, there is no smile on their faces and no desire to urinate. The front door is always closed, the entrance is somewhere on the side. The nearest store is 3 km away, there is no cafe, nothing nearby, you can only sleep and eat at the hotel, guests came to meals in bathrobes and daddies (like in a hospital).
They asked for bathrobes (to swim in the pool), they said there were no bathrobes, they would be tomorrow.
Room cleaning comes at a super strange time: either at 8.57, or after lunch when you want to lie down.
In general, we will never return to the hotel again.

We had a rest for the May holidays, the hotel was full. A nice well-maintained area is cleaned every day, there are gardeners who take care of the trees and lawn. The sea is within walking distance, there is a heated swimming pool on site, there were no hungry dishes to choose from, there is also a Snake cafe on the beach, where wings, cradles and potatoes are also cooked for a snack, according to the time between lunch and dinner. There are also small hotels nearby on one side. There is also a tour desk on site, prices are normal excursions on average from 1.5 to 3t.p. there are not many places nearby, but we were in May, the beginning of the season. The hotel is very decent for your money!

1. There are a lot of mongrels on the territory who are hungry for food and some jump and snap their teeth a little, hoping that they will get it now. If you're afraid of dogs, you're definitely not here.
2. unfriendly women are waiting for you at the reception, who will arrange for you for 20 minutes. There is no such room, but there is an "Ala" of superior comfort for an additional fee. Razvodilovo in general, is not very pleasant.
3. There is no blanket in the room, you also need to ask for it at the reception. There is no bottled water in the room or a cooler in the hallway either. Everyone bought 5 liters of water at the nearest store. By the way, the Magnet store has not been open since October 16 - it is not the season. Well, in general, if you are without a car at the hotel, then I sympathize.
4. The hotel turns off the electricity from 10 to 12 and from 22 to ... If you're lucky. In general, at first, even the water left the batteries at night and it became very cold. There is no light or water after 22. I can't wash my face, charge my phone, or take the elevator.
5. In the morning, a real war is unfolding in the dining room, because there are not enough forks, spoons, cups and plates for everyone. Such a severe shortage led to the fact that those who came earlier took all this in reserve, depriving the rest of any opportunity to eat at all, until the first ones finished and the dishes and plates with cups were rinsed.
The city, shops and cafes are far from the hotel, and the road past the unfinished building is not pleasant.
The conclusion is this: you can get used to and live for cheap, especially if you are driving and are not afraid of stray dogs.

Local guys in gloves serve, but all have beards, which is categorically unacceptable in catering, in my opinion, always chewing toothpicks (probably the local fashion). Cleaning is still lame, dust under the beds and on the surfaces (I had to wash everything myself), I did not want to start my vacation with a scandal, especially since an elderly woman was cleaning (we lived on the 6th floor). Detergents were given only on the day of arrival, then not (they probably saw ours). But I believe that the hotel is obliged to issue them, it does not matter if we have our own or not, in fact this is theft. The elevators are dirty, as something was spilled, so it went for two or three days. Apparently, because of the plates in the dining room and the "cleanliness" of the hotel, rotavirus is circulating. In general, you still have to work hard to get a good service. I hope the hotel will cope with this and reach a decent level according to its pricing policy. The sea is clean and transparent.

I also didn't like the fact that there is only one blanket in the room for two! And it would be possible to understand and accept if it were at least double-bedded, but no! The usual small 😅. Well, if people are not sisters or spouses, just neighbors went on vacation together, then how? We were in a cool time, we had to be heated by air conditioning, the batteries were cold. The water in the shower is barely warm. I don't really feel like it, I want it hot. In general, of course, we had a rest, but... Some things can be changed. Yes, I almost forgot about the endless nighttime fire safety alarms. And at about the same time 3.40 a.m. or morning, we are all evacuated. Well, everything is in order during the day, except for cleanliness and order.

The bus goes to the city three times a day and somehow we found out about it by accident. 4 stars is a big word, even the "Country of the Soul" in Sukhum, a 3-star hotel is more like 4 than this one. I begged the maid for shampoo as much as I could. I have thick hair and one bag of one-time shampoo is a trifle. I put it away, thinking that they would put more on me when cleaning, but no! She begged, begged, and somehow they gave it to her. Room cleaning is so-so. They'll sweep it well. The white socks were always gray with a lot of garbage, Although we didn't litter so much.
