Incredibly delicious cocktails and tinctures.
I recommend The Sun and Queen of Cups. It is especially good to come here in the early evening when there are few people. A pleasant and cozy place with good music. I always come here when I'm in Vitebsk.
Of the minuses, it opens after 18:00, which, in general, is not very critical

It would be great if the music was improved and the cocktails were changed. There are few of them and they are getting tired. Lately, people don't dance much, or I've been caught like that. But on the other hand, the place is not bad. The service is always normal. There were no problems. Cleanly renovate the institution and come up with some programs.

The only cheerful drinking room with dancing in Vitebsk. Bartenders are sociable. The serving of drinks is not banal.

We were not allowed on the threshold on July 16, saying that my friend was very drunk (it was not so, he was driving). This absolutely unsettled my friends, they were very upset because we just wanted to sit together and celebrate the closing of the Slavyanka. The guard Vitaly (or Victor) ultimatum told us that he would not let us in, and did not even explain to me where in their charter or other documents the reason for which the three of us were not allowed was indicated. A few more people without badges came up, said they were administrators and sided with the institution, but later, when I asked to introduce myself (because at that time my friends were already writing in the book of complaints and suggestions), they said that they had nothing to do with it and in general they were just guests. In general, there was some kind of strange segregation of guests - despite the fact that the three of us were old enough and in parallel the same guard let in not quite sober and probably not quite adult (definitely very young) guests. In general, there was a feeling that we got into some zero-the beginning of the tenth in Russian bars. I had to go to the police.

The pharmacy bar is good because it has very cool, self-made tinctures. But on Friday and Saturday evenings, it's just crowded. We were in this beautiful place yesterday. Despite the fact that only one of us was drinking, the atmosphere was conducive to pleasant communication. There are a lot of sociable people, I remember Gleb, who showed us where to eat at one o'clock in the morning in Vitebsk. Slava the bartender played good music and pleasantly kept up the conversation. In general, the score is 10 out of 10.

The bar specializes in its own production settings - in fact, these are alcoholic masterpieces, I highly recommend the sea buckthorn tincture! The price is the same as everywhere else. The staff is very friendly - they will tell you everything, tell you and you can generally talk to them about the city, about life. I highly recommend it! After the renovation and some kind of rebranding, they completely stopped visiting this institution. Cocktails and tinctures are not very tasty, and unfortunately the music is for an amateur. There are no snacks, although, as far as I remember, there are on the menu. The staff is pleasant.

It's noisy, fun, and hot. An interesting choice of tinctures, but they are definitely not 20 degrees as stated.a maximum of 5. It is affordable, but beer from a can for 80 rubles is sold there for 300 rubles. There is no good beer selection on the taps!

One of the most interesting and impressive places in the city. Here you can relax and really relax. Bartenders work like bees, clean and make drinks at the speed of light.
Unlike other bars, you can safely look here without cheap pretentious face control (we are not talking about age, but about appearance) although at the same time, the main age component in the bar is from 20 to 28, which is insanely pleasing and there are sooooo many people and all very beautiful and interesting personalities. The place is ideal for new acquaintances, hot dancing and cool company.

Until recently, the place was much better. They introduced a deposit at the entrance and this clearly "scared away" a lot of visitors, now on Friday there is no movement, the new bartenders do not know the menu, there is no way to consult (I only asked NOT to offer a bitter cocktail, but made it so bitter that it is not even possible to drink). There was a feeling that they forget to add alcohol at all (I have been coming here for a long time, there is something to compare it with)... I hope the situation will improve.
