When I took my down jacket, it looked like an autumn poltishko. Yes, all the dirt has been washed away, but the down jacket has lost its shape and volume. I was extremely disappointed, as I was counting on high-quality cleaning, and not on the fact that I would end up with a completely different piece of clothing. If I had known that the result would be like this, I would have preferred to remove the stains myself.
When I returned with a complaint to discuss the situation, I was confronted with rudeness from the receptionist. She even noted that "my coat is very dirty and has probably been worn for a long time," which is completely inappropriate and does not relate to the essence of the problem. I expected a more professional approach and respectful attitude towards clients.

I specified the cost of the service in advance, the amount turned out to be a third more at the checkout. I got the answer: I was wrong, look at the price list, I didn't apologize, without a smile, somehow strained. As if the buyer still owes her for deigning to accept the fur coat. The communication was quite familiar. I asked which is better ozonation or dry cleaning. Either she didn't know the difference, or she didn't want to communicate. I have not received a clear answer. And in general, she got the impression that clients were a burden to her. The prices here are slightly above the city average, I expected better service. And this is the 2nd time such a situation has occurred with the staff. Although I liked the service, there was an unpleasant aftertaste after the visit.

Are you serious???? Can you afford to find and waste an extra 2 hours of time??? Fortunately, the car was not occupied, we managed to wash and dry the mattress pad. The machines are good, I am satisfied with the quality of washing and drying. The on-site receptionist turns on the machines himself. But the sediment remained, so I had to make an appropriate entry in the complaint book.
I brought my tank top with an incomprehensible stain there. It should be noted that before that I tried to remove this stain at home. But it remained in place. When taking a tank top, they immediately warned that in this case they could no longer give a 100% guarantee. I was upset, but the girl at the reception supported me as much as possible. As a result, the stain was still removed))) The room itself is bright and clean, the staff is friendly. The services are extensive! I plan to bring a summer baseball cap to clean the inner rim of the foundation)

Instead of apologies or explanations, I received a comment that there was no point in being indignant, anyway, I would not achieve anything. Within a week, I got a call and was offered to sew sneakers for an additional fee. I refused, because they didn't need it when they were cleaning.%
Now the main thing! When I got my sneakers in my hands, it turned out that they had painted them! In a completely different color, which does not suit me visually! When asked why they were painted, they said that I should be grateful, because it was a gift. The color is terrible, it is painted untidily, but the main thing is that it is different! The conclusion is that when cleaning with sneakers, something was muddied, and they lost their color, and the soles (since they stitched them anyway). The sneakers are ruined, no one compensated me for anything, and advised me to be grateful for the free firmware and (ugly) painting. An absolutely unprofessional approach, and disrespect for the client. A ruined favorite pair of shoes.

We brought the item for repair to your organization Pink Diamond LLC at Kazimirovskaya 6. The repair was done well, but they spoiled the appearance of the thing. Greasy spots appeared on the trowel, which were not there. When talking on the phone with an employee, Nadezhda Dmitrievna Sushinskaya, who was rude, interrupted, sarcastic when asked if the issue with the damaged thing had been resolved and whether they had talked to the director, she did not exactly answer no, but simply said that she would not ask the director that such a thing had been brought. Taking into account the fact that the thing was brought without stains and when receiving the thing, when they showed where to sew it up, Sushinskaya did not say anything about the stains that they were, did not fix them, which means that they were not on the day of receiving the thing for repair. They said that everything is visible on the cameras. The request to show the video from the cameras was refused, the director was not called, cropped screenshots from the camera were shown, without the date and time when the item was brought. That is, the date and time from the video were specially cut off. And I want to note that another employee showed this photo. We came a day ago, we wanted to talk to the director. It was said that you would come and talk another day. And in the end, when Nadezhda Dmitrievna Sushinskaya came and worked, she said that she would not call the director, began to be rude, sarcastic, interrupt me, lie that she offered dry cleaning (like clean yourself) and just laughed in my face, whispering with a colleague.
We wrote a complaint about a damaged item and a complaint about an employee in the complaint book. If you do not peacefully take action in my situation with the item and in relation to an employee of Nadezhda Dmitrievna Sushinskaya (to deprive her of a bonus, reduce her salary or fine for boorish customer service), then we go to the consumer protection society and conduct an examination to establish when and what the stains were made and you will be obliged to pay us money for the costs of examination, for washing the thing or reimbursement of the cost of the thing, if it is not washed, for moral damage and state tax. Terrible service, or rather there is none!!! The louts are working.
I gave the sneakers for repair. The first time, the job was done terribly. After an unpleasant conversation with the manager and the administrators, they were taken away to redo. All together it took 1.5 months! The work was eventually done, but the impressions remained negative. I would like to at least train employees in polite communication with customers and the concepts of service. I will never contact this organization for any of the services again.

I agree, I come at their appointed time on 05/17/2023, however, the stain did not become worse visible, it remained at the same level, they took money from me based on the fact that "cleaning was carried out, chemistry was carried out, the technologist signed".
