This is probably the best hotel in Taraz. I always stay here on business trips. Very customer-oriented, polite staff, excellent delicious breakfasts, beautiful facade and lobby, but very old rooms are a little frustrating (stained, burnt carpet in places, old furniture and bed linen and towels were on the verge of fatigue on the last trip). In general, since our first acquaintance 5 years ago, the hotel has been tired, but I still recommend it and plan to return there.

They appropriated five stars for themselves, but they did not reach it)) The TV did not work upon arrival in the room. I had to call an employee who plugged in the Ethernet wire and it worked. The view from the windows of the neighboring hotel building is point-blank.
We ordered pizza from an employee - they just forgot to make it. As a result, we went down to the bar at night to have dinner - they gave us this pizza for free.
Breakfast is a little meager- there was no coffee, there is no coffee machine in principle at breakfast - only tea. Coffee for an additional fee and another 15 minutes of waiting for the employee. The room is planned strangely - there is a wall in the middle of the room. But there is also a shower and a bathtub.

The guy strives to develop and learn and always attentively treats each guest . He keeps the restaurant going . Regarding the rooms , they are old and with a smell . The ceilings are stained and the walls are not particularly clean either

Overestimated the rating of the hotel (5 stars). Breakfast is "weak" without a concept. There is absolutely no concept of comfort and convenience. There are no qualified sanitary and ventilation specialists in the staff. The air ventilation system does not work (the temperature in the room is 35 C), all the shower stalls leak (no matter how many times I stopped, the same problem everywhere).

How to put it mildly) 1. There was a cockroach in my room. 2. The girl at the reception is extremely unfriendly. 3. If you go to breakfast around 9-9.30, since the time difference is +3 hours with Moscow (breakfast is up to 10 o'clock) there will be nothing to eat, since they do not update, everything is on the tables, exactly everyone and everyone is filled with dirty dishes. 4. The ironing board, as they said, is one ... the iron is such that it is better not to iron. 5. Very dirty towels. It was in a suite. As in others I do not know.

Probably the best hotel in Taraz, but the rooms require cosmetic repairs. The nozzles in the shower require cleaning, at breakfast - only instant coffee (bulk in a plate). The hotel is clean, the staff is helpful.

5 stars does not pull in many parameters, a maximum of 2. Overall, it is clean and comfortable. But the hotel resembles a dorm. Forgot to put mugs for tea, there are no tea cups, well, somehow it's not 5 stars. And there are a lot of such little things, although it doesn't seem to be anything serious. There are three towels, the pool is not included in the price, it's not all five stars.

Overall, the hotel is good, but the attitude of the staff towards the guests leaves much to be desired. The only normal hotel in Taraz, for lack of a better one, we take the best of the worst. Problems with tap water running either only hot or only cold water, occasionally warm, but apparently the company lived in several rooms, the problem is not in every room, somewhere there were no such problems. The staff, something, one day had to periodically return to the hotel during the day, passing by you constantly see a girl who does not look up from her mobile phone. The restaurant administrator also soaked the bark, thinking that the customer could not hear anything. In general, it's not bad, but there is something to work on.
