The museum does not reflect the merits of the people who raised this plant to the world level. These Frenchmen imagined themselves to be the navel of the universe. Armenians will not forget the merits of Edik Hakobyan no matter how hard they try.
Boring. The production is not shown. It is a museum, and not what you would expect from a factory tour. The tasting is quite poor - there are only three types of cognac, which does not open up the whole range of their drinks at all.
An interesting tour, there is a separate museum pavilion, I liked the brandy tasting. But, unfortunately, the production itself is not allowed, at most look at the barrels of cognac in the storage)
It's worth a visit if you've never been here. The tour takes about half an hour. The most interesting thing is, of course, the tasting. Here you can choose a program that is interesting to you.
A wonderful tour, everything is very clear and interesting. They took a package of flavors , it was curious to try, to know whether to buy later or not, because in restaurants they usually pour classics.
To get to the Ararat Brandy Factory Museum, you need to take care of earlier. They are not allowed to enter the factory itself, but you can learn a lot of interesting things in the museum. Excellent staff, a professional guide, you will learn a lot about the production of the plant, about achievements, and how without tasting. In my case, we compared 3-year-old and 7-year-old cognac.
The museum is great, but cognac is much cheaper in the city. In duty free, the price is about the same.
Therefore, if you have luggage, then it is better to buy in large supermarkets.
And if there is no luggage, then only in dutik.
I really liked the tour and the tasting. The production itself is not shown, I would call it a museum.

A good tour, but somehow there was not enough entourage and immersion in the material (everything is fast, galloping ...) But the tasting was perfect, there were 3 types of cognacs (10, 15 and 20 years old).
I liked the tasting: it is interesting to compare drinks of different ages. And the tour is an advertisement for a brand that is no longer even Armenian. The production is not shown. I do not recommend it.
An interesting tour, I learned a lot about the production of cognac. The price includes a tasting - even there there is useful information. The cost of excursions varies
We were there, we bought cognac, we talked at the checkout, it was good that I noticed, we returned the money. And so the prices are like everywhere else
An atmospheric place! Cognac is one of the symbols of Armenia. It is necessary to visit without fail!
But a lot depends on the guide. We were unlucky, the young guy was dry and boring. I could not spoil only the impressions of cognac, and I spoiled everything else very much.
The store is open until 20.00.
The staff and the store itself are modern and pleasant.
You can make personalized stickers on more expensive items. Cognacs are sold that are only for domestic consumption, not for export.
An excellent and informative tour of the factory. At the end of the tasting, where I personally expected to see more) but alas, they moistened their lips and sent them on their way
It was a very interesting tour. The girl guide loves her job so much that it is passed on to tourists. The cognac tasting was the final chord. I liked the cognac so much that we decided to switch from wine to cognac 😁
The tour itself is short, but it is interesting + tasting for lovers of such drinks. During the tasting, you can also gain new knowledge and discover the taste of the drink.
This is an object that I recommend to visit! The business card of Yerevan for Russian citizens. I really liked the tasting tour!!! And cognac 7 years ago Ararat is my favorite!!!
I recommend you to take a tasting tour: this is more about the history of the Ararat plant + a pleasant acquaintance with cognacs aged 10.15 and 20 years... and they are actually different ...
If you come to Yerevan, I highly recommend going on an excursion to the factory! Very informative!👌

An interesting tour, but the route is short. For comparison, Abrayu-Durso is about twice as long and more saturated. The guide is well done, he talks enthusiastically. The price of the ticket is moderate, 25 ml of 3 and 7 year old cognac are offered at the tasting.
I booked a tour for two, in the end, it turned out that I came alone. It didn't cause any problems. I paid for one and walked through the museum with a group. Special thanks to the guide. She talked about history and traditions in a very interesting way.
