It is not possible to live on the 4th floor, or rather it is possible only if you are soft and deaf. Let me explain.
I'll start with the second one:
Every sound from the 5th is audible: footsteps, vibration of the tenants' phones from above, their alarm clocks, etc.
The mattress in the room is soft and comfortable... It 's like Gagrin beach without a chaise longue ... only in a mattress, you can't rearrange the springs more comfortably, unlike pebbles on the beach.
Therefore, if your body is not soft and does not take the form of springs, do not expect comfort.
So if you want to spend more time on the beach or take a walk in the late evening and early morning in the city, then feel free to choose this hotel - your motto will be: the less sleep, the more rest.
The only thing that pleased the hotel was the breakfast: delicious and varied.

We really liked the hotel!
Modern, cozy, European, with good service, polite and attentive staff.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, there are no problems with hot water (it seems that this is an important point in Abkhazia).
There is a buffet for breakfast. Very tasty and varied dishes. Of course, the choice is not like in Turkey, but we always found something to eat. This is despite the fact that we were in the company, there were people among us who treat food with special care: a pregnant girl, a vegetarian girl and a guy on weight gain.
We also ate here for lunch and dinner. One meal - 400 rubles /person. Everything is also very tasty and safe, unlike many coastal cafes, where someone was constantly poisoned.
The sea is quite close, 200 meters. Even when I was pregnant, it was comfortable for me to walk to the beach.
Another plus is that the hotel is located in a very peaceful place.
Of the disadvantages, except that the view from the window. We had it on the house next door. That's right at point blank range. But we didn't come to sit in a hotel, so we didn't consider it a problem. Also, there is no elevator. The hotel is small - 4 floors, but it may be important to someone.
In general, I liked everything very much.

The hotel is decent, not super. The staff is polite. The rooms are spacious. There is no kettle in the rooms, tea, coffee only in the cafe. The food is a buffet, but the choice is small, very monotonous. There are towels, gel, shampoo. There are no bathrobes and slippers. Rooms with a balcony, very nice. They settled in quickly and honestly. In general, the reception desk is the only bright memory of staying at the hotel. The girl is a miracle, really. This, perhaps, was the end of all the beauty. Room cleaning takes 10-15 minutes. They clean poorly, but every day.
There is not enough electricity, as in the whole of Abkhazia, at peak load, i.e. in the heat, the air conditioner does not work, it does not pull. And it's HOT here: you sit, you don't move, but streams and streams pour over you, high humidity affects. And at the same time, it does not pull the curtains in the room, where one wall is entirely glass and the sun is in the windows from one o'clock in the afternoon... there is no question of going outside at this time - I am only under firing squad!
Then the water heater broke down. It's a song! With an Abkhaz accent. Warm water appeared (the boiler was repaired) only almost a day later. At the same time, my husband got sick the day before... the temperature - I wanted to wash unbearably, remember, you also sweat all the time here, and the conditioner works every other time.
Shower - the tilt of the watering can is not adjustable, to get on my head I have to get into the very corner and turn my head to wash!
Food - no, of course you can eat ... but everything is monotonous to the point of impossibility and plus it's not tasty from the word at all, so it doesn't smell like a buffet, forget it!
On the last day, my husband and I were still poisoned in the dining room. We have not swum at the sea for the last five days, on the day of departure we did not have breakfast, only had a hearty lunch before the road. Already at the train station, my husband was sick... the temperature rose on the train. I also felt bad.
The hotel is new, by Abkhazian standards, but already slightly shabby. In general, I do not recommend it.

Great hotel. We were from 05/25.23 to 1.06.23. We settled in very quickly. The staff is helpful and courteous. We lived in a standard double room without a balcony with panoramic windows. The view from the windows in the distance could be seen mountains, and in general the hazels from the neighboring house were shaded, and because of this it was nice and cool in the room. The room had everything you needed: air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, refrigerator and even a heater. The room was cleaned every day and was also replenished with soap and foam supplies and toilet paper every day. After three days of our stay, our bed and towels were changed again. The food was very tasty: we had breakfast included, and lunch and dinner for an additional fee of 450 rubles per person. The buffet. The food is varied. Grilled vegetables, pancakes, and cheesecakes were especially delicious. A very nice hotel. I recommend.

We had a great rest, stayed for one night. We took a room with a balcony, it has a bed and a combined bathroom. Room request: there were not enough slippers and a socket in the bathroom for a hair dryer next to the mirror. There is a parking lot next to the hotel, guarded, but small. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, a good selection of dishes. The hotel itself is close to the coast. It was the winter of 2024.

We spent 2 days at the end of June 22 in a junior suite on the 4th floor with mountain views.
Pros: a large and clean room with panoramic mountain views, comfortable beds (I didn't want to get out of bed, it was comfortable and beautiful), a huge bathroom with a large shower cabin. Breakfast is included in the price (delicious, small buffet), sometimes we went for dinner and lunch for an additional fee.the fee (400 rubles. for one, it's worth your money for an adult, but the child ate only vegetables). We lived a little, no one was poisoned during these 2 days. We brought drinking water with us. Another plus is the sea nearby (there are few people), a 5-minute walk across the railway without climbing uphill and you still need to cross the road, there is a zebra (sometimes they skip it, but it's better to wait, often they don't slow down). Plus rooms with mountain views-you can't hear the trains (though they rarely run and don't run at night). There were no problems with hot water and electricity. Despite the fact that we were in the room for only 2 days, a wet cleaning was done on the 2nd day.
Cons: below the 4th floor there are standards, they overlook the neighboring building. There is also a junior suite on the 5th attic floor. We were unlucky only on the last day, the neighbors were stomping from this attic, above us, you can hear very strongly, they were checking in when we were about to leave, the room was empty before them. There is a water cooler in the hotel, but only on the ground floor, we did not use it. There is also no kettle in the room, we took our own. There is practically no territory at the hotel, only near the entrance (there is a table tennis table, 2 armchairs nearby and a covered gazebo with a TV and tables). Cars are parked next to the fence. Another small disadvantage is on the beach, which is nearby, to the left of the fenced private territory, the beach is blocked by a fence, so you will not be able to enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. But if you go to the right, you can go through the territory of the sanatoriums and there the view will be wonderful. If we still go to Gagra, we may consider this hotel as an option, but the 5th floor. By the way, there is no elevator. The sea is visible only from the 5th floor. The second photo is a path to the sea.

Nice hotel! We lived there for 2 weeks in October 2022 , quite clean, cleaned every day, there is everything you need. The food is average as in the dining room, but in principle there is something to choose from. Special thanks to the staff, they will tell you everything, help you, bring it! The area is quiet, there are shops and cafes nearby, 5 minutes walk to the sea.
Also, thanks to the administrators and managers, we got into the situation, there was a late check-out, we asked to extend it until 17:00, since we were with a child, we extended it and did not take additional payment!!!

The staff is very friendly, they will always help and tell you everything. The youngest child is simply delighted - he was shown how tangerines, lemons, grapes grow and, most importantly, was allowed to collect and eat all this on his own

Very nice mini-hotel.We stayed in another hotel, but accidentally saw an ad about a buffet that is offered at the hotel, we attended lunch and dinner for several days.The menu is not super diverse, but everything is cooked at home.The hotel is located not on the first line, but in extreme proximity to the city beach (7 minutes walk at a slow pace).The hotel is new, the prices are reasonable, there is practically no territory, but in Abkhazia you need to walk, not sit next to the hotel.We recommend and plan to settle ourselves next time.

We chose a hotel in Abkhazia for a long time, we stayed at the Arda hotel. And you were not mistaken! The hotel is great!
We traveled from the border on our own by bus. We passed the border without any problems. On the way back, go to the Duty Free, a lot of interesting things))
The hotel is located between the old and new Gagra. There is a bus stop nearby. The area is surrounded by greenery, the first feeling that we were in the jungle)
The sea is five minutes away on foot, across the railway (it will seem that it is abandoned, but it is not, be careful!), Cross the road and turn left. The beach there is so-so and on the right there is a fence that blocks the view of the mountains. We walked to the right of the road, reached the hotel (I don't remember the name, the closest one) and walked to the beach through it. There's a very nice beach there.
The beach is a large pebble, take your slippers. Dolphins swam every day, the sunsets were cosmic!
There is a small shop next to the hotel, where there is everything you need. Take smoked meat and hot smoked trout there - you won't regret it! Lemonades and pastries are also very tasty.
The hotel itself left only positive emotions. We lived in a standard room with a balcony (504) on the 5th floor with mountain views. The view is amazing and the birds are singing!) Please note that the hotel does not have an elevator, but it was not difficult to climb.
Each floor also has a shared balcony with a dryer where you can hang things. There are no kettles in the room, but they will be provided on request! There is a heater in the room, towels (for the beach too), shampoo, shower gel and soap. We cleaned every day, towels were changed on request. The hotel has good audibility, pay attention to who is important. You can hear literally everything that the neighbors say and do.
The breakfasts are standard, everything is there: porridge, sausage and cheese cuts, vegetables, eggs, casseroles, dumplings, sausages, etc. Everything was delicious and a lot. The girls are friendly.
Lunch and dinner are also available at the hotel. There will also be a buffet. We went to lunch, we really liked it! And there was meat and fish and salads of all kinds, side dishes, compote. You can also order wine, beer, and champagne.
Excursions can be arranged at the hotel. The prices are normal. We took two excursions. First: Chernihiv + thermal spring. Go ahead, you won't regret it. We drove all over Abkhazia, the tour is very eventful!
The second excursion was taken by jeep to Lake Ritsa. It's great! The views are simply amazing!
From the hotel, if you walk, you can walk to the colonnade, Gagripsh restaurant. There is also a beautiful embankment there, the photos will be gorgeous. We visited the abandoned castle of the Prince of Oldenburg (entrance 150 rubles) Cool, the views are crazy))
If you go from the hotel to the right, you can walk to the expensive Amra hotel. They let you into the hotel for free, there is a very beautiful territory, almost a botanical garden. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, take beautiful dresses!)
In general, we were very satisfied with the rest, we liked the hotel, I recommend it!

The curtains in the room are not comfortable at all, they do not move away. There is a smell of sewage in the sanitary unit. The food is very monotonous, for breakfast sausages, omelette, boiled eggs, fried eggs. Portions are cold due to the fact that the heating is weak. After the tour, we were very tired and decided to go to dinner, and unfortunately, I found a live slug in the salad. In general, there was no desire to eat anymore.
Another disadvantage is that the shower is all covered in fungus and mold... ugh. On the first day of check-in, someone else's hair was in the shower, after 6 days they were still removed....

We were at the hotel in May 2023.
The hotel was found at the booking office. We liked the looks of the photos and decided to stay there.
I'll start with a pleasant start:
1. The hotel looks the same as in the photo, it was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful balcony and bright room.
2. The food is delicious and there is a choice.
3. Secure parking. If you're driving and in a foreign country, I think it's important.
And now the cons have gone:
There were two unpleasant incidents with the staff.
After long walks, tired friends came to the room and found two unfamiliar men in the room. How they reported that they were checking the air conditioners, but no one warned our friends about this and no one knows what they were doing there in the end.
And the most unpleasant incident happened to us. We went on excursions and bought delicious mead. I safely hid it in the closet and forgot. Two days later, we discovered that half of the mead was missing from the bottle!We informed the administrator about this, the administrator looked at the cameras and they did not see anyone except the maid on the cameras. Out of the whole situation, we didn't even get an apology.
The bed linen was not changed at all, which also surprised me.
2 stars only for the fact that the girls in the kitchen are deliciously fed and the appearance of the thaw is the same as in the photo from the site

A good hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean, clean if you put the key at the reception. The hotel was not big at the end of April, there were very few people, it feels like the hotel is just for us)))) in April there are no breakfasts, we had to look in the cafes nearby.
Table tennis in the yard, we played well, almost every day. We were there for 3 days. We arrived at night, ahead of check-in time, settled 3 adults and 2 children in 1 room without any problems (they did not ask for extra money for this). But it's strange that they said that all the rooms were occupied (Reed and there are very few people there) and we were settled in only one room, but of course by the time of check-in at 14:00 we were settled in the second room. It didn't bother us in any way, we slept it off and then quietly climbed into another room.
We took an excursion to Lake Rizza right at the reception for 850 rubles per adult, children for 550 rubles. We had a great trip, Athena was a good girl guide. There was an excursion for 5 hours. I liked everything very much.
There are no kettles or mugs in the rooms. Just glasses. You can ask for a kettle at the reception without any problems, if there is of course.
We were in Abkhazia for the first time. Everything is very sincere and beautiful! We'll come again!
