The best pizza, the quality has been stable at 10/10 for more than 10 years. When I come from Minsk, I definitely order pizza Venice. All pizzas are delicious. I think this is the best pizza not only in Vitebsk, but also in Minsk! The delivery couriers are always polite, very friendly and tidy 👍🏻👍🏻

Funny situation: I came to the establishment, 3 people were standing at the cash register and discussing something, no one paid attention to me while I was choosing a table. As it turned out, it was necessary to order at the checkout in the establishment, and I was waiting for the menu at my table. I decided that since the waiters hadn't come up during this time and didn't ask if I knew what to order at the checkout or at least greet a guest, I'd better go to another place.

We have been regular customers for many years, tried all the pizzas, liked everything very much, but the last two years have completely deteriorated. We ordered arena pizza for the Builders, brought something completely different with a minimum set of products without any explanations, we did not spoil our rest, but we began to go to these establishments much less often, and we do not go to the Builders at all. Last week we went to Lenin Street, 53. Here the waitress hedged her bets. We specially ordered a cheap medium-sized pizza to minimally cheat, but now they have a new feature. They brought the pizza, waited until we started eating, and then the waitress informed us that the pizza was mixed up, that it was another pizza and a big one (in fact, it's a lie, the pizza is average). Again, they did not spoil their vacation and paid almost 2 times the estimated amount. But for themselves, they decided not to set foot anymore. We warned friends, neighbors, and colleagues to avoid these establishments.

Delicious pizza. The best in the city. We always order only in the Arena. There is a pre-order, there is a delivery. Very convenient. The cafe itself is very cozy. One of the best places in the city. BUT if we talk about baking: cakes, pies, pastries, then the prices are unrealistically high. Unfortunately, we buy from competitors...It's a pity.

We went yesterday and ordered two pizza and two other dishes. This woman was in the cashier. We ordered one pepperoni pizza and one chicken barbecue pizza. And she gave us pork barbecue. When we told her that it was not we ordered because we are not eating pork she said nothing to do now. We are very disappointed. Management better look after your staff. Never going back again obviously
Yesterday we went there and ordered two pizzas and two more dishes. This woman worked as a cashier. We ordered one pepperoni pizza and one barbecue chicken pizza. And she served us a pork barbecue. When we told her that this is not what we ordered because we don't eat pork, she said that now we have nothing to do. We are very disappointed. It is better for management to keep an eye on their staff. Obviously, we will never come back here again.

We visited the pizzeria on Sovetskaya 4 with our family and child and were upset by the ugly service. In addition to their order, the pizza was cooked in 10 minutes, and the Children's order was expected for 45 minutes (to cook pasta).Okay, what they did for a long time, they were not cooked to the end, there was a smell of oil in general and the child was hungry !There were few visitors at that time, so I had to leave without eating the children's order. The mood was ruined

I've been to all the arenas in our city. This one is normal, she definitely pulls on her money. But here the laziest waiters, the tastiest borscht, the eternal lack of bread, there is no garage forever. The pizza here is the most tasteless and branded. I wouldn't be surprised if Yakushev's cooking is bad. The place is normal, but it could be much better.
In general, if you want to join this network, then the best arena for builders. I'm not talking about the renovation and the room, but about the service and the taste of borscht and pizza.

I am a regular customer of the entire Arena network. This is one of my favorite pizzerias. But today, on March 8th, something went wrong. A disgusting spice appeared, which they poured over all pizzas and even focaccia, which we promised to give to the child. It's an orange salty spice made from cheap paprika-flavored chips. Why is there this disgusting spice in Italian pizza? If this goes on, then alas, you will have to forget about when about your favorite Italian pizza in this city. Sadly.
