We ordered arena pizza for the Builders, brought something completely different with a minimum set of products without any explanations, we did not spoil our rest, but we began to go to these establishments much less often, and we do not go to the Builders at all. Last week we went to Lenin Street, 53. Here the waitress hedged her bets. We specially ordered a cheap medium-sized pizza to minimally cheat, but now they have a new feature. They brought the pizza, waited until we started eating, and then the waitress informed us that the pizza was mixed up, that it was another pizza and a big one (in fact, it's a lie, the pizza is average). Again, they did not spoil their vacation and paid almost 2 times the estimated amount. But for themselves, they decided not to set foot anymore. We warned friends, neighbors, and colleagues to avoid these establishments.

I've been to all the arenas in our city. This one is normal, she definitely pulls on her money. But here the laziest waiters, the tastiest borscht, the eternal lack of bread, there is no garage forever. The pizza here is the most tasteless and branded. I wouldn't be surprised if Yakushev's cooking is bad. The place is normal, but it could be much better.
In general, if you want to join this network, then the best arena for builders. I'm not talking about the renovation and the room, but about the service and the taste of borscht and pizza.

We went yesterday and ordered two pizza and two other dishes. This woman was in the cashier. We ordered one pepperoni pizza and one chicken barbecue pizza. And she gave us pork barbecue. When we told her that it was not we ordered because we are not eating pork she said nothing to do now. We are very disappointed. Management better look after your staff. Never going back again obviously
Yesterday we went there and ordered two pizzas and two more dishes. This woman worked as a cashier. We ordered one pepperoni pizza and one barbecue chicken pizza. And she served us a pork barbecue. We visited the pizzeria on Sovetskaya 4 with our family and child and were upset by the ugly service. I am a regular customer of the entire Arena network. This is one of my favorite pizzerias. But today, on March 8th, something went wrong. A disgusting spice appeared, which they poured over all pizzas and even focaccia, which we promised to give to the child. It's an orange salty spice made from cheap paprika-flavored chips. Why is there this disgusting spice in Italian pizza? If this goes on, then alas, you will have to forget about when about your favorite Italian pizza in this city. Sadly.

Вкусная итальянская пицца, десерты, напитки.Пицца есть как средиземноморская, так и национальные с белыми грибами и др. Отличное тонкое тесто у пиццы в этом кафе, и, на мой взгляд, это лучшая пицца в Витебске. Само кафе очень маленькое, но уютное. Цены приемлемые.Есть акции. Часто посетители пиццу покупают на вынос. Есть доставка.

На протяжении 16 лет моя любимая Арена радует своим качеством и душевностью. Спасибо Вам огромное за вкусные угощения: пиццу, гриль, суши, десерты. Теперь мой муж и ребенок тоже Вас обожают. Дома так никогда не приготовишь, а то что продается в сетевых рядом не валялось.

Lowered the rating to 2 stars.I consider myself a regular customer at this institution.I really don't like that beggars regularly walk around the hall, even if they are deaf and dumb, but this is not the place to beg. The quality of pizza has recently deteriorated dramatically.I don't recommend it anymore.Sorry.

The only drawback is that you always have to go yourself and take it out, because delivery on a weekday in a small city without traffic jams, where you can get to any point in 5-10 minutes - 1h40 minutes. Отличная пиццерия, в меню которого есть не только пицца но и многие другие блюда. Советую попробовать традиционные драники, сырный суп с грибами и пасту, которая продается в интересной посуде космического происхождения. Советую данное место для посещения

Unfortunately, the pizza upset me, I ordered a meal and was told to wait 2 hours.
It took 2 hours, I called and asked when the courier would arrive, I was told 8-10 minutes. I arrived in half an hour.
Everything was cold, so okay, I thought it couldn't be worse, in the process I took a hair off the pizza.

Очень часто во время каникул в Витебске едим в арене и считаем себя постоянными клиентами, оттого неприятные моменты неприятны вдвойне. По мелочам всегда бывают недочеты, но не обращаем на это внимание. Но бывают такие моменты, когда в похожей ситуации подобные фирмы ведут себя более качественно. Так вот…10.08 делали заказ на дом- Ленина 3, рядом с Ареной на Жесткова. Все хорошо, но пицца была подостывшая. Доставка 1 час 20 мин- видимо было время остыть. Ну да ладно, были голодные с дороги, все с удовольствием съели ю. 11.08 у мужа ДР, были с детьми в кафе на Строителей-парень официант все делал отлично , очень внимательный, спасибо. Очень все вкусно. Жалко про акцию скидку 20% увидели баннер на улице только когда уходили, не воспользовались)))
Вчера же 12.08.22 столкнулись с неприятной ситуацией. Решили посидеть дома, озвучили ожидание 1час 15 минут. Потом думали пойти с детьми и друзьями гулять и отмечать ДР дальше. По итогу пиццепривезли через 1 час 44 минуты. Звонили несколько раз и каждый раз говорили, что курьер уже вот-вот подойдёт, прям 2-3 минуты. Достали картошку(заказали 2 порции) и пиццу. Картофель холодный и отсыревший, пицца холодная. Звоним, извиняются и все!!! Ребят, серьезно???!!! Настолько наплевать???!!! Озвучили, что ДР! Сами уже говорим- может замените??? Хорошо, заменим, только ждать ЧАС! Мы уже предложили, что сами придём заберём-соседний дом с пиццерией же! Предложили забрать на Белобородова. Серьезно?! Неужели в рамках исключения нельзя дать задание в пиццерию на Жесткова?!Попросили тогда ускорить доставку,т.к. из-за косяка фирмы все наши планы рушатся. Привезли минут за 15! Все горячее и вкусное. А холодное надо было обязательно вернуть. Мы естественно вернули, без вопросов. Но это тоже интересный минус в копилку менеджмента.
Просто в моей жизни была ситуация, когда при заказе у моих любимых сушимейкеров привезли большой сет (стоимость 36 руб) в который по ошибке положили все одинаковые роллы! Мы им позвонили. И их решение проблемы меня восхитило- сообщили, что в первой очереди привезут замену(при времени доставки около 1,5 часов привезли через 10 мин) и что возвращать ничего не надо- это их извинения, кушайте на здоровье!!!
Вот это подход! Ситуация была более 2х лет назад и я не устаю восхищаться и любить этих продавцов суши, всем друзьям всегда при случае их рекомендую за такое отношение к клиенту (суши у них тоже огонь).
Потому здесь чисто в сравнении была удивлена, что нам сказали все вернуть. Видимо пицца поедет разогретая к кому-то ещё менее привередливому.
По итоге в качестве извинений дали только скидку 20% на следующий заказ:(

Лучшая пицца, причем не только в Витебске! С персоналом 50/50, как повезет. Место очень уютное. Нравится с момента открытия. Когда приезжаем из Минска, обязательно заходим сюда!
