Great hotel. We lived on the territory in additional buildings, great, in the evening the animation is at the main building, but it's quiet here. You can take promo rooms, they are the same size as the standard, and the rooms on the 4th floor are very reduced, in the attic, two adults are incredibly cramped! The restaurant is great, we are fish lovers - fish every day. We went to the fish restaurant in the city, so the fish in the hotel is better! The beach is soft sand, a good entrance, Sun beds with mattresses and Beach towels, what else do you need to swim and warm up for pleasure! The lobby bars are located so that you can drink any coffee, cocktails or alcohol in any part of the hotel. The territory is too small for me, we went to the white tower for walks. The staff is different, but there is a gorgeous manager who solves all issues and he is everywhere.

The hotel is nice. The staff was polite, the cleaning was good, the food was delicious, the children liked the animation. The first coastline, very convenient. There were always plenty of sun loungers both at sea and by the pool. If you do not count on a super safari, do not find fault with the little things, but enjoy the sea and the beautiful view of the mountains. Due to the availability of shops and supermarkets, it is possible to spend a vacation for all 5+.

We had a rest for 9 happy days! Everything is fine! The kitchen is super!everything is so delicious! The guys at the reception are great! Polite, considerate! The rooms have everything you need.except for shampoos and shower gel!
And one more remark! The rooms were cleaned selectively at the request for some reason, i.e. towels were changed and that's it! The bathroom floor has never been wiped! Please make the pool heated! The water is very cold..

An excellent urban-type hotel located on the first line. The small area, the hotel is not tired, the staff is friendly and not intrusive. I especially liked the staff at the reception. We arrived early, we were sent for breakfast, and then immediately settled into a spacious sunny room with a huge balcony and a magnificent view of the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. From bath accessories: liquid soap (shower gel), cotton swabs, hair caps, slippers. Towels in the room were changed daily. The bed linen is snow-white, warm blankets were brought upon request. And in general, I would like to note that all requests and some small shortcomings were immediately corrected and fulfilled. The beach is pebbly, but we entered the sea without difficulty. There are many sun beds near the pool, they do not need to be occupied in the morning. There are 2 slides near the pool and one for small children in the mini pool. The food is delicious, lots of meat, fish, vegetables. There was no variety of fruits, but tangerines, apples and greyfruits were available every day. Wi-fi is excellent, catches throughout the hotel without failures, which is very pleasing. And most importantly, today is November 5th and tomorrow is the last day of the hotel, but everything is set up in such a way that vacationers do not even notice it. The hotel staff are just great fellows, they keep their brand in everything. With this attitude, I want to return to them more than once.

We are vacationing with my husband at this hotel.A small clean, green and cozy hotel among the mountains and the purest sea.We have a beautiful room with a sea view, thanks to the beautiful Firuse, who attentively treats all hotel guests and helps to promptly solve any inconveniences!The sea is within walking distance, there are always enough sun beds and towels for the beach, the beach is kept clean.There are no questions about nutrition, it's hard to stay hungry!The atmosphere in the hotel is friendly, the staff tries to make the guests happy!Special thanks from my husband for the opportunity to go play volleyball at a nearby hotel, as he wanted!We like everything, relax and enjoy the beauty of Kemer and the wonderful Armas Beach hotel)

An ordinary city hotel, a fat plus one - its own access to the sea, the beach line is wide, the hotel itself (nonsense with a geo point on the map) is next to a large street, it is convenient to navigate. The staff is friendly, there are Russian-speaking specialists. Settle - if possible - on the 4th and 5th floors, closer to the main entrance and on the right side (if you look at the entrance of the hotel), so avoid the inevitable musical noise until nightfall, on the 5th floor it's just white noise, and the guests below do not sleep until one o'clock at night, or even longer. Food - no one will stay hungry, especially vegans and vegetarians, the rest be ready to eat terrible chicken and quite tasty turkey), there are no porridges as a class, steamed oatmeal flakes do not go for porridge). But these are not all cons, the minus is there is no smoking area, although there are no signs of prohibition and (not) cute Russian-speaking people smoke where they want, it's darkness! And the staff doesn't chase them... The rest, like cleaning, spa, looking after the beach and bathing, common areas, all for a solid four, you can relax and have fun!

We were checked in very early, around 11.30 a.m. The room is clean, everything works, the kitchen is really 4, but there are many other points where there is even quite decent coffee. The sea is very close, warm, clean. The beach is shallow, corals are not needed! The beach is really small, but there are places near the pool, which is not a problem, since it is nearby.

We had a vacation in July 2024, there were 5 of us.The hotel is small, compact, and beautiful.The rooms were emptied and towels were changed every day, there was no cleaning..The food is delicious, I liked it, especially the pizza in the snack bar, ice cream from 16h to 18h..Alcohol is average..There is a children's room, they paint during the day, there were workshops on baking cookies and pizza, in the evening there was a disco.Children's animator Aliya really liked the children For adults aqua aerobics, gymnastics, darts and performances and a disco in the evening.The hotel is family-run, there are few young people.The beach is small, Kemer is mostly like this, there were always enough sun beds.The sea is wonderful, there were no waves, small pebbles.I liked the rest .I recommend it for a family vacation.It is 15 minutes to the center, there are many pharmacies nearby, medicines have been collected.

A small cozy hotel. The room had a balcony, the renovation was not outdated. The cleanliness is being monitored. The food is fine, no one will leave hungry) the bar is good. Cocktails with local alcohol are quite nutritious. Going to the sea is a thrill, there were enough sunbeds for everyone (September). Of course there is no animation, but we think that the end of the season is to blame.

Those who love the heat, do not go during this period, but earlier, the sea is warm in the morning, but the sun is no longer so warm, that is, you start to freeze, and in the evening it seems to warm, but the sea is already cool and you freeze too. The staff is fully preparing for the end of the season, clean the deck chairs, disassemble the marina, in addition, there was a storm for 2 days.
2. As for the staff. People know Russian, are responsive, smiling, not intrusive.There is no animation from the word with everything!during the day they play darts, sometimes they arrange dances, there is no animator with children at all, there is no evening program for children at all!therefore, if you are with children and you are not a pensioner, there is nothing to do in this hotel in terms of entertainment.

We rested at Armas Beach from September 23 to October 3. Booked through Coral travel.
On the Coral travel website, the hotel was positioned as 5 stars, the ultra all inclusive food system, in fact, the hotel does not even pull a four, and the food is ultra creepy.
Dignities:
Clear sea, easy access, small pebbles.
The center of Kemer is a 20-minute walk away, and it's nice to walk in the evening
Disadvantages:
There is no territory as such.
The beach is very small and cramped. By definition, a five-star hotel should not have such a beach.
There is only one bar for the entire hotel, and there is practically nothing in it except vodka and beer. All cocktails, contrary to what is stated on the menu (gin, tequila, rum), are made with cheap Turkish vodka, as the bartenders themselves admit. Of the cocktails included in the "all inclusive", some are simply not available due to the lack of ingredients. Those that are available are vodka, soda and colored syrup.
Food:
The choice is minimal for all inclusive, eight bowls with hot for any meal.
Finding something that is not peppery is a very big problem that is not solved every day.
At the same time, the taste of even ready-made dishes with an abundance of spices is very mediocre.
There are no basic things that always happen in Turkey: grated carrots are not every day, normal butter (not margarine) was given only on the last day, all the buns for breakfast are without filling and not very tasty.
Desserts are basically tasteless, except baklava, and there are few varieties of it, I like it visually similar to vermicelli, it was only once all the time.
The only bright moment in terms of nutrition is a snack with a hamburger and French fries over a mini club. It was possible to eat it.

I think there should have been a second glass in the shower, but it wasn't there, but it didn't hurt.
They clean extremely poorly and not every day.
The mini bar, which was promised to be replenished every day upon arrival, was not replenished at all. Then we found out at the reception that this was not provided, the loading of the mini-bar happens only on the first day.
The beds are normal, the plumbing is dead.
When asked to bring a blanket, they brought something in a torn duvet cover with cotton sticking out, a certain pile of torn rags. They were changed at our request.
In principle, as a bad four, the hotel is quite suitable, so this claim applies more to the Coral travel company than to the hotel itself.

I stayed at this hotel 2 times, in 2022 and in 2024. In 2024, in early October, the service was not very good in terms of cleanliness (room cleaning and table cleaning during meals). For example, the room was poorly kept clean, the floor was never washed in the shower and on the balcony. It's okay about the balcony, but the cleanliness in the shower is more important. Also, the surfaces were not wiped not only in the room, but throughout the hotel, especially on the glass surfaces it was noticeable (a lot of palm prints and streaks). The quality of cleaning and cleanliness are very important to me, I think every hotel guest wants to feel like they are in a clean and cozy place.
I also noticed that both times we were initially accommodated in an uncomfortable room of an inappropriate category in our package, but after a conversation we were moved to a good room, without requiring any additional charges. However, both times such an initial discrepancy was explained by the lack of rooms at the time of check-in.
I liked the hotel because it has a fresh renovation and modern furnishings, delicious and varied food, as well as its own equipped beach at the hotel. And also very tasty natural grain coffee :)

VACATION WITH A CHILD OF 2 YEARS
Not a bad hotel, small, so everything is nearby - the beach, pool, food, rooms. This is a plus of a small hotel, you can quickly walk everywhere both with a stroller and on foot, the child is also OK. But also a minus, actually, too. We are used to bigger hotels. We lived here for 3 days, so it's quite normal, 1-2 weeks would be very boring.
Straight to the MINUS. The reviews were not thoroughly read, so they missed that there is a disco every day from 22.00 to 0.00. It was an unpleasant surprise 😂 The music is very loud, you can hear it perfectly in the rooms!!! Especially on the first night we were accommodated right with a view of the pool and the disco. The windows are shaking, you can dance right in the room 😂 If you like silence and sleep early - I do not advise!!! If you like discos, then the norm. After the first night, they asked for another room, moved without any problems. Everything is perfectly audible there, too, but you can try to fall asleep))))
Otherwise, everything is quite good. The rooms are a little tired, but quite comfortable in filling. Only there is no kettle and mugs.
The water is warm at the end of October, the pebbles are normal, we and the child could do without slippers quite well.
The main contingent is pensioners (and for whom is the disco? The question remained open to us).
The beach is small, its own. There are plenty of sun beds at the end of October, you can not take up towels. Near the beach there is a swing and a slide for a child. Tennis table for amateurs.
We were ready to provide a crib, but we managed with one double and one single.
The food is quite monotonous, nothing impressed, but you can find quite a meal for both the child and yourself. You can chew something almost all day. Then breakfast, then brunch, then snacks, then lunch, etc. Delicious ice cream in the afternoon 😍
In general, we almost liked it, we are not particularly whimsical, a solid four.

The beach is 20 steps away from the hotel and the restaurant. Everything is quite convenient. Every day there is some kind of program for adults and for children. They won't let you get bored. There are also paid programs.

I just don't have the words. There is not enough space to describe the disappointment of wasted money and time for such a "vacation". The dirty sea, where the staff of the neighboring hotel also sweeps garbage from the pier, where there are sun beds, tables for food. Scraps of polyethylene, paper cups, etc. float in the water. The beach is narrow, both the sun beds and the mud around them are dirty. In order for the room to be cleaned properly, it was necessary to demand at the reception. The quality of the food is tasteless, saving on everything. Not once in 2 weeks have we seen an elementary piece of meat. They offered chicken, turkey, meatballs, chicken liver. And the dishes were poorly washed, even poisoned once, which has never happened anywhere in all the many years of tourist experience both abroad and in their own country. Against this background, it is especially pleasant to recall the high quality of service in Russia, I was in Tver and Nizhny Novgorod this year. But I was distracted. The "cherry on the cake" is the case at breakfast. We went to the beginning, by 7.00, first. So, on the outside of a porcelain container with some kind of sauce, it seemed to me that there was a long crack through the entire container. I called the waiter to warn him, in case the contents leak out. It turned out that it was not a crack, but ... a huge black hair wrapped around this bowl. Of the positive things, I will note only high-quality massage. The imposed all inclusive system (they wanted to limit themselves to breakfast and dinner, half board) turned out to be a banal money withdrawal.

We rested at the hotel in the middle of May, the weather is good, warm, even hot, the average air temperature is + 25 degrees, but the water is cool, about + 21 degrees. We arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m., we were allowed to have breakfast, after which we were immediately checked in, without additional charges, to a room on the ground floor overlooking the garden and the neighboring hotel. The room has air conditioning, two beds, a TV, a refrigerator, and there are various free drinks in the refrigerator upon check-in on the first day.
The room was cleaned every day, at about the same time, towels were also replaced every time, of the disadvantages in cleaning - bed linen was never replaced for 8 days of stay, mirrors and shower cabin were not wiped.
The food at the hotel was excellent and varied, only the breakfast was sometimes repeated. There are different types of meat for lunch and dinner: There was chicken, fish, turkey, beef and even lamb, a lot of vegetables, greens. In between lunch and dinner, you could have snacks: French fries, burgers and nuggets.
The overall impression of the hotel remains good, if possible we will return here again.

We stayed at the hotel from 08/10/2023-08/18/2023.I liked everything very much, the territory is compact, a pool with slides, a snack bar with French fries, burgers and pizza. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and varied. For breakfast, pancakes, yogurt, omelette, sausages, porridges, etc. lunch and dinner are also varied. There was baked salmon twice, super!!!! The sea is clean and warm, the beach is close, there are no waves.

Отличный отель, хорошая 4*-ка. Прекрасный персонал, быстро реагируют на просьбы, все стараются, вежливы и предупредительны. Ежедневно хорошая уборка с заменой полотенец и мойкой сантехники, пола. Отличный вай-фай, бесплатный, хорошая скорость с улицы и до кромки моря. Еда вкусная, есть свое мороженое, в кондитерской зерновой кофе и десерты. Ужин в ресторане а-ля карт был вкусным, с прекрасной сервировкой и видом. Пляж небольшой, но места хватает. Бассейн с горкой, зарядка и анимация. Нам все понравилось. Есть шум от дискотек и "хромает" холодильник, но это как правило везде так.

It is part of the Armas network. The food is modest, but good. There is always plenty of bottled water and cups with ayran. They make all sorts of colorful cocktails to lift the mood, both with and without alcohol. There is an unobtrusive animation.
The beach is very narrow, the sun beds are right next to each other. The entrance to the sea is good, the sea is magical.
The pier in the photo belongs to a nearby hotel.
There is a problem with the animation of the neighboring Sea life. Terribly loud and until midnight. There's nowhere to hide.
There is a lot of smoking everywhere.
Our room was on the ground floor, standard, nice, spacious, cleaning is constant, but superficial. In the shower compartment, the slope into the drain was made incorrectly, the water did not completely go away.
The air conditioning is modern, quiet.
I do not recommend it to people with movement restrictions and with children. There's not enough space.
The staff is quite friendly and professional.
In general, if you need the sea, the sun, good food and the first line, I recommend it.

Today is the last day at this hotel. I like everything. Nice staff, great guy animator. The food is varied, there is fish every day. Wi-Fi is free and works throughout the territory, the safe is free. The territory is small, but there is enough space for everyone. The disco in the evening does not interfere because the windows of the hotel overlook the windows of other hotels and the mountains are slightly visible. The hotel is not fully occupied now. Perhaps there are queues in the season, although in the season there are queues at any hotel. We are happy with our vacation.

As the hotel claims 5 Stars, there are no advantages. The hotel pulls in solid 3 stars. The food is disgusting, the territory is very small, if you and your children do not advise at all (there is a small corner with balloons near the beach where children study on their own and that's it), and the rooms that are attached to the main building are single-storey and not intended for living at all (the room stinks of sewage, a two-bed room is very small along with a toilet about 12 there are no squares, and there is no sound insulation at all, music from your hotel and from the next one rumbles until 12 o'clock at night, you can go crazy, even earplugs do not help, change of bed linen and towels only when you demand it yourself).

Upon arrival at the hotel, there is not even a sign at the main entrance (xs what is it and how many stars))) cheap chairs from the market (swing from side to side)) the hotel itself is basically good for 2-3 stars no more, they clean like ska every day....but the dirt is even after cleaning a year old (despite the fact that they left tips of 1 dollar on the advice of friends) in vain!!!!! The food is so-so, I'll tell you, there is something to compare, there is little meat, mostly chicken and that's it, a lot of fried cereals (rice, barley, etc.) there is no fruit at all (not to mention sour tangerines)) there are vegetable salads, but it's better not to risk trying them, because even in appearance it's sooo scary))rolls and cotton products are 95% not tasty, there are loaves very tasty)) The wine that is put on the table every day by a bottle, it is better not to drink ... the surrogate is still the same, but people drank beer like water, they did not drink the rest!!!! And in general, even the food speaks for itself (noooo eat me))) The pools are cold, but clean (this is a plus) access to the sea, the class in this is what the hotel itself buys with this!!! The staff itself is SUPER (huge greetings to all of them and many thanks))
In general, this hotel is not a foot, a deception by the stars and by the nda (it was ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE) but for some reason there were drinks and for money, not a surrogate that)))
In general! If you decide to go, then I tell you NOT TO!!!! We gave away 240 rubles in 7 days (in fact, we stayed in hotels for 5 days.
