A great, cozy, small hotel in 5-7 minutes walk from all the central attractions. The guys at the reception are very pleasant, friendly, they will always help and advise where to go, what to buy and where. And what a panorama opens on the roof, you'll swing. I recommend the hotel, but it's not new, but you come to Istanbul not to sleep, but to walk and enjoy the views, cuisine and of course architecture.

I would say that the hotel is below average. One of the advantages is the location in the center, a beautiful terrace upstairs and a working air conditioner in the room. Among the disadvantages are the old rooms, our safe did not work, the toilet and shower leaked when you wash in it, there is no hood in the shower, so there is mold on the ceiling. But, they were ready to change the room the next day after arrival, we just didn't bother because it wasn't the fact that it would get better, but we wanted to spend more time walking than moving and problems.
The breakfast is so-so, you can eat something, but somehow it was always untidy: the forks were dirty, something was spilled, there were no napkins, then cups.
For some reason we were also given a room with 4 beds, although there are only two of us))
We only slept in the hotel, so it was normal for us, but I wouldn't recommend it. And Istanbul is beautiful))

Good location of the hotel.
Normal rooms.
Adequate prices.
There is an elevator.
There is a shower, a washbasin. Everything you need is there.
A decent breakfast, I liked it.
The staff speaks all languages and Russian too.
There is a beautiful veranda on the roof where you can take super photos and videos.

A normal hotel! Those who write that everything is bad, apparently, come to Istanbul to sit in a hotel)) I got a standard room on the 3rd floor, the view from the window is something incredible!!! The Sea of Marmara, the sky, ships and seagulls! Well, how can you not fall in love with this!)) Yes, the rooms are not new, but everything is clean, everything works, does not leak, does not fall off. The water is hot, the shower is large, towels for each resident - I was alone in a room with two double beds, I had 8 towels, 8 jars of shampoo and shower gel, 4 soaps, 4 pairs of slippers)))) And every day they still reported it, if they used it! The floor was clean, there was no dust on the surfaces. Everything was washed away everywhere and the water flowed away without any problems. The breakfasts are without frills, but if it is important for you to have a quick snack with a view of the sea and go for a walk around the city - that's it! The staff speaks many languages and is always ready to help. In the lobby there are umbrellas for guests, a cooler with hot/cold water. Walking distance to the old town, the palace, Hagia Sophia and everything else. There is a tram stop nearby. In general, if I happen to go to Istanbul again, then I will most likely stop right there.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Blue Mosque and the Hippodrome. Of course, you have to go up and down, but what can you do is Istanbul). The hotel staff managed to create a cozy corner in the middle of a bustling metropolis. The guys are really trying. All our requests were fulfilled, and sometimes they even managed to anticipate our wishes.
Breakfast was not luxurious, but we did not leave hungry. And of course, I was pleased with the delicious Turkish tea.

We rested for 3 days in early October 2024. Nice hotel in the historical center. Hearty breakfast buffet. Cleaning and changing of towels daily. The hotel has an elevator for 3 people, so you don't have to carry a suitcase up the stairs. There is a terrace on the roof with a great view

We arrived in Istanbul for the first time and stayed at this hotel. The location is really cool, within walking distance of the Basilica cistern, ancient mosques. Very convenient transport interchange, there is a tram stop and a metro station. The hotel itself leaves much to be desired ((( The room stock is old. We were lucky to get a room with a sea view. There was no cleaning in our room at all, and we lived there for almost 7 nights. The towel was changed only at our request. The staff was responsive, but only the manager and the cook understood Russian. The food is very monotonous: eggs, cheese, soy sausage of dubious appearance, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers. The area is quiet, there are inexpensive grocery stores.
Conclusion: a very big minus is that there is no cleaning in the rooms. I would even say that this is not a 3-star hotel. Since we did not come to sit in the room, but to walk around the city for the night will go. But there is no foot there anymore!

One brother from Azerbaijan, he is a joker, speaks Russian. One Turk brother, in my opinion, read the prayer all the time he went out. Another brother was on duty alone at night, I forgot from where somewhere from Africa, we also communicated in English and Turkish. When they left, they forgot their wife's bag, called and said they forgot, they immediately threw off the photos, said that yes, they stayed and you can pick up any time, and then one friend took the bag. Pros: there are many attractions within walking distance, rooms are clean, towels are fresh, shampoo, shower gel, soap, disposable slippers. We had a view of the Marmara Sea. There is a steep sunset on the terrace. You can take a kettle in the room. The breakfasts are of the same type, but there are plenty to choose from.
Minus: there are a lot of mosques around and the sounds of prayers woke up in the morning, but it's the same everywhere in Istanbul 🙂

I was at this hotel in May 2024. I trusted my tour operator completely-but in vain. I didn't check any numbers, I just didn't have time before departure. I returned to the hotel at 15.00-an aggressive, gloomy, bearded man is sitting, who does not speak a word in Russian, so he also told me that you had come to Istanbul-Turkish or English, please. Every second Russian tourist has a very strange behavior. It's my first time in Istanbul, it's wild for me, because everyone speaks Russian in the coastal zone, getting to know this beautiful city started unpleasantly. The same person, not being shy of anyone, spread out a rug, and with all the honest people he read prayers -he didn't care. There are a lot of rooms in the hotel, why not do it elsewhere? I am a religious person myself, but to treat the guests who paid you money in this way is extremely disrespectful to me. My room was an economy room-it turned out that it was a basement room without a window, although I had a window into the corridor, and there were no others. Everything would have been fine, but after a while such a stench started from the sewer that at least the guards shouted. It was slightly saved by closing the door to the bathroom. The linen, of course, is clean, there are no words. In 7 days, we changed 1 time, towels more often. A separate topic is food. I have breakfast. I have never seen such a meager breakfast anywhere. Instead of butter, margarine, tea - the seventh water of nia jelly, instant coffee, some kind of incomprehensible sausage. And if you come back later, you won't even have enough eggs. Cucumber overgrown with a solid oak peel - do not crack. A white loaf cut into horse pieces, in short a tin. Salt shakers have not been washed on the tables for a hundred years, they are all greasy, I took only a napkin. There is an exit from the dining room to the balcony, the windows are also all greasy, they are probably washed very rarely. In short, the horror is terrible. This is not a 3* hotel, but a 0* hotel. As a result, the rest is 100% ruined%

The location is super cool, 5 minutes from the Blue Mosque and all the sights) There is also a tram stop, from where you can also go to all other attractions: Galata Tower, Taksim, ferries, etc ... also 5 minutes and you're on the embankment, the area itself is amazing. Quiet, peaceful, lots of cool places, parks, cafes, shops, and mosques. Very friendly neighbors around) this is the most basic thing we needed! And it 100% met our expectations.
The staff is super responsive! They will always help, they will tell you everything, they will prompt you, they will not deceive you. A few people speak Russian, the rest in English, in any case, everyone can always be understood and they understand everything. If something is wrong, contact the manager, he will solve any issues at any time of the day or night, he will always meet you halfway. We were fine with it! Everyone helped, everyone understood each other, solved all issues!
Hotel rooms. Very simple, not a suite, there are shortcomings, this area and the houses are all old, there are rooms with a very beautiful view, there is an economy on the 1st floor without Windows, yes. They clean every day, do whatever you say, again, tell the manager, he will solve everything. If you need a suite, you are not exactly here, but the price will be appropriate, an order of magnitude higher. We only needed to spend the night and swim. The water was always hot, the pressure was good. Plus, there was a beautiful terrace, from where a magnificent view of Istanbul comes off. What in the evening, what in the afternoon, what at night, is always amazing.
The breakfasts are meager, yes, but since I could not eat Turkish food, eggs with vegetables or porridge was a salvation for me) tea is always poured when you ask, the coffee machine is worth it.
In general, if location is important to you, you plan to walk, you need to spend the night, sit with a beautiful view on the terrace - then this is a great option. For everything else, go to the hotel for a lot of money.

+ Отель находится в отличном месте. В шаговой доступности крупные достопримечательности: цистерны, древние мечети, гранд-базар и т.д.
+Отличная транспортная развязка. Трамвай и метро в шаговой доступности (3 и 10-15 минут соответственно), добраться можно куда угодно, вплоть до Чёрного Моря или Принцевых островов(Адалар).
+ Персонал доброжелательный и отзывчивый
+Открытая для постояльцев терраса на крыше, с прекрасным видом
+- Завтрак не плохой, но достаточно скучный: яйца, хлеб, овощи и местные колбасы сомнительноно качества. 2 раза за 5 дней была каша манная, кофе, чай в достатке (если попросить, то можно наливать его в любое время на кухне)
- Номера - это самый большой минус.
Сам отель достаточно старый и требует обновления. Мы брали "стандарт". Отель разделён на 2 части. Изначально поселили в соседнее здание (примыкает к основному), но номер были 2×2 метра и на первом этаже. Нам сразу же не понравилось и мы попросили нас переселить, администратор сразу же пошёл на встречу и без проблем предложил посмотреть альтернативный вариант. Нам он понравился больше (фото), он был на 3х человек, хотя мы были вдвоём, но он находился на цокольном этаже и окно выходило в стену (скорее не окно, а выход в какой-то бывший летний душ). Тут мы уже решили остаться, для того, что бы просто ночевать нам подходило.
В номере были муравьи, не очень приятно, но в целом мы люди терпимые
Душ протекает, но напор хороший.
Есть минибар (так же на 3- холодит)
Убирались каждый день (оставляли 1 доллар на чай, для мотивации)
Шампуни, гель для душа и полотенца меняли каждый день.
Телевизор не стали трогать
Кондиционер работает хорошо
ИТОГ: В целом, за эти деньги, превередничать и ожидать "all inclusive" не стоит. Для ночёвки подойдёт в самый раз. Но мы скорее всего туда бы не вернулись.

The receptionist went to a meeting and checked us into his own hotel, opposite, in divas, for one day. I will not describe his shortcomings.
A day later, they checked back into another hotel next door with a tiny room. They decided to stay there, so as not to spoil their nerves.
On food: it's not as bad as they say here. Breakfast is like breakfast. My wife and I had enough of everything. We had rolls, cheeses, eggs, sausages, fried sausages, some kind of porridge once. Well, tea and coffee. I'm fine, there's 4 here.
The terrace is a buzz.
I will note the staff separately. There were two administrators. Speak Russian alone. Everything is OK with him. The second is an arrogant Turk who imagines himself to be a lot. An unpleasant type.
Well, the location - when checking in, it seemed far from the bus stop. The following days, the distance was not felt.
There are shops and cafes nearby.
We lived in neighboring hotels, but this one, I'm sure, is the same. It's cold in the room at this time. The air conditioner is at full power, but it blows from all the cracks. The bathroom is generally cold.
Conclusion - I do not recommend it.

Очень замечательное место !, удобная цена (бюджетный вариант) за номер с завтраками, где был свежайший сыр двух видов ( типа сулугуни, и какой-то их мягких видов сыров ), яйца , колбаса , сосиски, джем, овощи и оливки с маслинами !!! По мне так , я дома так вкусно не завтракаю порой))))) На ресепшене русскоговорящих персонал , можно по любым вопросам общаться, всё расскажут! В инсте есть страничка их отеля. Но, о расположени и говорить не стоит !!! Как и заявлено - самый центр !!!!

A small, cozy, albeit modest hotel in a wonderful location in Sultanahmet district. The terrace where we had breakfast added romanticism to the condition.
Yeah, the mosque is very close. I was inspired by waking up at 6.30 from a loud prayer, and my son was upset. This is for an amateur. The staff speaks well, both in English and Russian.

Отдыхали с 6.04 по 11.04.2023 гостиница норм горячая вода всегда, был дождь кондиционер включали на тепло жили в 102 номере на 1 этаже. Расположение близкое к Голубой мечети, Гранд базар, дворец Топканы с другой стороны мечеть Баязет, Гранд базар и магазины шаговая доступность. на рессепшен всегда есть русскоговорящий , у которого можно все спросить. Быстро выполняют просьбы.Понравилось что на ресспешен есть зонтики бери и пользуйся. Еда каа всегда яйца, помидоры, огурцы, оливки,масло,джемы и хлеб , голодными не уходили.Стоит кофемашина кофе на выбор капучино, латте и другие виды. Отель цена качество. Убирались через день меняли полотенца выносили мусор

Расположение самой гостиницы отличное, в шаговой доступности от основных достопримечательностей. Магазины продуктовые рядом.
Отель неухоженный, в номерах уборку за неделю так и не сделали, только меняли полотенца и убирали мусорные пакеты.
Завтрак скудный, за неделю надоедает и приходится есть один хлеб 😁
Из персонала только 2 человека приветливых и понимает русский и английский язык.
Вид с веранды хороший, но на ней тоже не убирают.
Ещё из минусов-это служба в мечети в 6 утра каждый день.

Расположение отеля относительно достопримечательностей супер. Но к нему крутой спуск. Приезжали с чемоданом шли и уезжали с чемоданом шли к автобусу 😁. Узкие улочки, припаркованные авто не позволяют подъехать автобусам, только легковое авто ). Номера старые. Завтрак скучный сваренное яйцо, хлеб, огурцы, помидоры, сыр и все и каждый день. Чай и кофе порошковый. Фруктов нет. Вид из номера был на Мраморное море. С крыши отеля вид красивый. Но рядом мечеть, были на Рамадан. Каждое утро в 4 утра пел мулла.

The location of the hotel is convenient, BUT: the old quarter with narrow streets full of garbage, beggars and exhibitionists! What brightens up the impression a little is the view from the window to the sea.
