But no, the native application does not see the card of its own bank, after adding it manually, it is not seen by the processing. And communication with the "support" service is a separate song: go to your branch where you opened it, we work 24/7 but now we don't work on holidays, they don't listen, they interrupt, they don't solve the problem, they drop the phone. And the cherry on the cake is an online solution - write an application on a piece of paper (there is no online form, we have not heard of this) attach a passport and an application to your face and record a video appeal. Everyone is as polite as possible, the bank is quiet, the queue passes quickly. Cards are not issued after 17.00, you can get a card on the same day if you arrive in the morning and pick up the card after lunch, but you will need to pay x2 extra for the issue, so keep this in mind. The bank stole money from many people, not even counting the difference between the amount on the account and the amount of the "new" deposit. Today I had about $60 on my card during the day, and in the evening I was surprised to find that I had a balance of $ 22. For what?! You can't see it anywhere. It is impossible to get through!!!Because I don't live in Uzbekistan, I spent about $ 10 just to try (unsuccessfully) to get through!!

At the moment, it is the only sufficiently large bank in which Russians can apply for a visa / mastercard / humo / uzcard in a couple of days and without special hemorrhoids (according to data on 09/12/12 - everything is changing quickly). We need: registration from the hotel, a local SIM card, a PINFL passport and some money for urgent registration (it is requested separately, otherwise it will take a week). The compartment itself is not bad, there are beautiful chandeliers inside, national style decoration, good air conditioning, toilet. There are a lot of people, but comfortable sofas allow you to wait normally. The staff is polite and well-trained, no scandals, no special fraternity - everything is businesslike. Keep in mind that they have a mastercard without 3DSecure and SMS notification, therefore it is better to choose other cards to store large amounts of money.
