The restaurant is beautiful. The price does not match the quality. The prices are cosmic, while the food is normal. The maintenance staff is trying to charge you extra money. We rented a house, food was delivered in the morning, glasses were on the appliances, in the evening we arrived and there were no glasses. The waitress started lying that they were not included in the price, that they were no longer there, they thought we didn't need them, and so on. As a result, they were brought and billed 50 rubles for 18 glasses. They were spelled out in the contract and the head of the celebration finally showed it and they pretended that they had mixed it up. 6 houses are rented every day, it's easy to confuse this. The bill was calculated incorrectly, more than 20 rubles. Before the celebration, 3 days before, they said that they had made a mistake and there was no house, while they did not want to return the money on the same day. But again, the head of the celebration said he insisted that he would not go anywhere without solving the problem and they left us. Of course, no one from our company will go there anymore.

The house was booked from 10 a.m., which was repeatedly agreed with a representative of Astoria. Bottom line: a security guard meets us in the morning and says, "they didn't tell me about you, your contract and your payment don't matter. Call and find out for yourself who you have agreed with." The house itself is in terrible condition: spiders in the refrigerator, dirty tables, stained chandeliers, the floor is doused with syrup so that the sole had to be torn off, the smell in the house is like in the basement. The result: a beautiful place, a terribly dirty house, a terrible attitude towards customers.
