We rented a cottage. The place is beautiful and that's it.
There are dirty blinds inside the cottage, cobwebs on the windows, swarms of mosquitoes inside the room. When you rent a cottage, you take off the box. If you want dishes, a skewer, a grill, a tablecloth, pay extra for everything. There's not even a kettle. All this spoils the festive atmosphere. At the same time, the staff is pleasant and responsive.
It's not bad inside. But the kitchen was disappointing.
Everything was satisfying. But I would like great delights for such a chic establishment. For example, more seafood

Excellent service.
A unique great place. If you come from abroad and are used to high-quality restaurants, you want to find something similar in Minsk, then you are here.
The infrastructure is good. There are recreation areas for different categories.

The service is disgusting - 2 points.

We were celebrating a corporate party. Considering the money spent on the program and the food, I was disappointed. Caesar salad consisted of lettuce leaves of such a size that it was doubtful whether the knife had touched them... the sauce in the salad was also spared... the breadcrumbs competed in size with lettuce leaves...
the kebab was very salty, the grilled ribs looked like someone had already bitten into them.... The fish was not bad, both baked and grilled... snacks were served in a very dosed manner, the pieces of meat were translucent and there were 7-8 pieces of four types on 2 plates for 12 people at the table.
It was not the first time we were in this restaurant on 09/19/2011, but this was the first time we encountered such an attitude. We chose and booked in advance (we noted others and it was announced when booking!!!), we counted on excellent service and the evening as a whole, BUT... We have no complaints about the kitchen, but the SERVICE and ATTITUDE were, to put it mildly, SHOCKED!!! I note, and this is important, that we were ALONE in the hall all evening!!!!!!!!!!
The beginning did not work out right away, the waiter turned out a tray with glasses of champagne (breaking the dishes and, accordingly, dousing me and the guests well!!!) ... but we reacted with understanding, anything happens, it does not matter... The waiter apologized and we moved to another table...then, on the whole, everything went well...until the bill was brought to us! To begin with, they have a 10% discount for birthday parties and a compliment is provided (of course none of this happened, ALTHOUGH I repeat, I talked about it when booking) 1. To the question: "what about the discount on DR?" the waiter replied: "well, you didn't say and I already knocked out the check anyway, so ..." it just killed!!! 2. We, at least, counted on at least something for the champagne turned right AT US (except "well, sorry! Finally it happened" it's literally)
As a result, nothing at all, from the word at all!!! and the price of the issue at the expense was not 20 rubles, but 500!
The woe of the ADMINISTRATOR is nothing but "well, the hostess does not tell us what you are booking a table for, so we did not make a discount! Next time, we will provide it to you" (when a person comes with bouquets and gifts, he is congratulated in front of you, it is impossible not to understand what it is!!! yes, clarify, in the end) The situation with the glasses was answered with "Excuse me, I'll talk to the waiter!" What?! I can talk to him myself, thank you, this is not a solution!!!! I doubt that you would be satisfied with my answer after all that has happened.: "Well, I'm sorry, I'll pay next time there's a different attitude!" Although, there definitely won'T BE a next time!
You position yourself as a RESTAURANT, not a canteen and such a lack of any customer orientation...we have been to many establishments in the city and NOWHERE was there such a disregard for the situation!!! We got into a position, but no one was even going to get into our position.
"THANK YOU" for the spoiled mood, and the holiday in general!!!!
The salad was delicious, cola was poured into a red wine glass, the menu was on a tablet, but ... I was sitting in the winter garden and artificial flowers - the decorations look very cheap. The staff is friendly. They immediately warned that it would be noisy, because there were 2 weddings and corporate parties. And so it was.
I waited 15 minutes for the order to be accepted. I don't understand why the menu is on the tablet, if you still need a waiter to order?
But, in general, it's still a great place)
We had a rest with a large group of mothers and children on July 22. Thank you so much for the wonderful place and delicious food.
I really liked the work of the waiter, I managed to pay attention to both adults and children.
