I contacted this workshop about the repair of the leather cover for the Prestige sofa. Other ateliers refused me because of the complexity of the repair. Here they met me halfway and repaired an expensive product quickly and efficiently (even my wife liked it, which is extremely rare). It should be noted that in this studio they are able to work with the customer: the staff is polite, responsive to the client's requests, highly professional. The prices are extremely reasonable. I recommend.

The assortment is good, but the seller does not know what politeness is. To my "hello" and "thank you" there was zero reaction, to requests to show the product closer, she pretended as if she was doing me a favor. Very unpleasant
It's just a nightmare! This is the first time I've encountered such a boorish attitude from employees!
Let's get to the point: today (04.03) I went to this institution in order to shorten the dress, I clearly knew what and how much I needed to shorten because I tried on the dress at home. When I came to this institution, I asked the employee if she could help me, she, in turn, was talking on the phone and did not even put the phone away and in the most dissatisfied tone, "Well, what did you want?". I explained all the details and went to try on the dress to show the essence of the work. When I called an employee (I didn't specify her full name, I didn't want to get on my nerves any further) and started explaining that I needed to shorten the shaving in the dress. This employee started arguing with me and proving to me that I need to do something completely different with this dress. That's when it all started.
I explained to the girl once again for what purpose I came here and all she had to do was pin on the dress with a mace and take the order, in turn she grinned and simply refused to work. By the way, there was no rudeness from my store, I just built her the essence of my order.
Of course, I immediately asked for a complaint book, because the option to leave it just like that did not suit me. My request was ignored. I repeated the request to bring the complaint book again.
A little later, apparently the owner of this institution came and began to ask what was wrong. I explained to her the essence of the problem, to which she initially also began to prove that nothing of the kind had happened, I was not refused a service, but the employee clearly said "I will not work." At that time, she was running around and literally yelling that she had the right to refuse just like that, in turn, I explained to her that I had the same right to leave a complaint. In addition, other employees and customers intervened in the dialogue with the hostess of the institution, which is at least not culturally, but it does not matter.
