Not being (yet?) As a premium brand, Mazda offers service (at least judging by the work of managers) at the premium level. The Mazda 6 test drive was carried out taking into account all my wishes and left a positive impression on both the dealer and the manager, as well as on the car itself (the perfect combination of dynamics, comfort and handling for your money).
Today there was an agreement to look at the car at the service station.In the morning, my husband and I arrived, called to say that we were there, and they told us on the phone that the car was sold.The question is, really, it was impossible to call us and cancel the meeting, is it so with all the clients here?After such an attitude, there is no desire to work with you.
The service is already far from the level that it was 5-10 years ago, inexperienced and incompetent children work instead of professionals, and the management of the center is to blame for everything. At the same time, the cars themselves are good, except that the price is prohibitively high...
I visited this car dealership a long time ago, and was very disappointed, the work was terrible, the visitors themselves, the consulates themselves. As much as I was fascinated by the site and marketing, I was so turned away after visiting the salon. When I was there, 3-4 pairs of potential buyers left, obviously without waiting for a consultation. After going to these institutions, a review was written to the director. And after that, apparently the head of the department himself deigned to contact me, offering, initially, in my opinion, the intended service.
A great car dealership. I recommend that you seek competent advice. Managers do not "stick in" cars, but help to make a choice, which is very pleasant nowadays
Low level of service. The positive is only from the girl at the reception. They are not customer-oriented - "if you don't like it, don't take it." I have to beg to fulfill my duties. Merge with the obviously warranty cases. There is a hack in the service wherever possible.
Excellent consultants. We are ready to answer all questions.
