Amazing hotel, a masterpiece of architectural thought. Food at the highest level, every time we enjoy the service, views, many interesting locations and entertainment! The only minus - the presence of smokers among the guests, instead of sea breeze you feel the aroma of cigarettes, and ash flies from the balcony on your balcony and clothes - it is very upsetting!!! Also a lot of algae in the sea surprised this year, swimming among them is not pleasant. Otherwise, everything is super, I want to come back here again and again! Came in for a meeting on Sunday morning. The people at the gate to both lobby and restaurants kept asking me where I was going, which of course I didn’t know yet since I hadn’t seen the options. Then it turned out they don’t have valet parking! And I have to go to some other place to park, then take a shuttle bus to come back. What an extraordinary idea for Dubai! Of course I just left for good. I was willing to pay whatever just to avoid any hassle. This was a very dumb and inflexible experience.

Great hotel. We lived on the 13th floor with a view of the palm tree and were very satisfied.
The food is excellent, there is a large selection, for an additional fee you can visit several restaurants for dinner and also for 120 dirhams adult / 60 dirhams child you can have dinner at Atlantis the royal.
For breakfast, various freshly squeezed juices (orange, mango, watermelon, etc.), Moet champagne and cocktails based on it, vodka and bloody mary cocktail.
There are water collection machines on the territory of the hotel and the water park, take a water bottle with you. You will get great savings on buying water.
Every day you can go to the water park (they carry minicars) and to the aquarium (but it seemed that the aquarium in Dubai mall is much larger).
In the water park, hotel residents can get towels and slippers-socks for free, so as not to walk barefoot on the floor.

An incredible hotel! Big, beautiful. The restaurants are delicious, the staff is normal (there are even Russian speakers). I really liked the beach (fine sand, the water is very clean, the view is of course awesome). Delicious food, even very tasty. We lived on breakfasts and dinners, everything is very diverse, delicious, there is a lot of food. There is a very cool water park here, my family and I did not climb off the slides. I strongly advise you to get a quick entry, it's expensive, but it's worth it. There are a lot of people on the slides and in order not to stand in queues, but really get high, we bought a quick entrance when you are not standing in queues, but passing out of line. We are delighted with the hotel! The only drawback is a lot of very many people. But we will definitely come back here!

A beautiful palace, a high-level hotel.
I really liked it, there is a huge aquarium with fish inside the hotel, sometimes you can see divers (they do their job).
The rooms are spacious, with sea views. There is a water amusement park on the territory, there are performances with marine animals.
The hotel has several restaurants, bars, coffee shops. A shuttle runs through the territory.
Everything is very nice and well maintained. Shops are open.
There are NEVER any problems with sun beds.
In general, staying at this hotel is like a fairy tale 1001 nights.

A legendary hotel, which unfortunately requires renovation. The infrastructure includes a visit to the water park, which makes it more attractive. It is very beautiful, clean and delicious. It is convenient that the water park is on site, buggies go there quite often. Fast tracks were used in the water park, it saves a lot of time. An amazing place to relax and enjoy!
I'll start
A room with a beautiful view and a huge balcony.
The room has air conditioning, I don't like air conditioners at all, but here it was as comfortable as possible, a good location!
The most gorgeous huge bed and body-pleasing bed linen!
Delicious cosmetics in the bathroom, a huge bathroom, everything is there: bathrobes, toothbrush and paste, shampoo and hair conditioner (this is a separate delight), shower gel, towels, and the softest slippers.
There is a safe, an ironing board and an iron in the room.
The only thing that was a problem was the hair dryer (for some reason it was not possible to turn it on in the bathroom. And in the room, I had to move the bedside table to insert the plug into the outlet. You will need an adapter for your hair dryer.
The staff is very polite on the floors.
Regarding the food, I liked everything, breakfast / snack and dinner, for every taste, everything is fresh, drinks are ordered separately, there is a cocktail hour.
There is a swimming pool, sun beds, toilets equipped with a shower and all the necessary accessories are there (shampoo, gel, conditioner)

I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel and especially to the girl at the reception Iresha! She was incredibly sweet and friendly, helped us check in earlier, allowed us to stay an hour longer in the room and advised us in detail on all the hotel services. It really made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
The room was amazing, with a magnificent view of the Persian Gulf, and the breakfasts were simply stunning! The range was huge, and we enjoyed them for over an hour.

There are children's rides in the evening. If you settle in, then in the East Tower, so you will have an aquarium every day. There are many restaurants.

A gorgeous place!
An ideal place for a family vacation.
Available for visitors:
- a huge aquarium in the hotel building;
- free entrance to the largest outdoor water park, there are different areas, including for very young and fans of extreme descents;
- for an additional fee of 100 dirhams, you can go to dinner in New Atlantis (except for the choice of fish dishes, grilled meat and sushi is not inspired);
- bowling, slot machines - for a fee;
- various activities on the water: yachts, aquabikes, etc. But like everything in the UAE, it's not cheap at all 😅
A huge selection of dishes from different cuisines of the world. For the convenience of guests, there are children's rooms for different ages: for small children there is a standard room with animators (including Russian speakers), and for adult children there is a room with Sony PS!
Of the disadvantages:
- significant queues for dinner (with a huge hall);
- a very expensive mini bar 😂
- in case of bad weather (rains), the tunnel leading to the hotel is flooded ... it is important to take this into account when transferring to and from the hotel. When the tunnel is flooded, there is no connection with the Palm Tree!

We had a vacation with my wife in Atlantis for the fifth time. As always, the service is excellent. The staff is friendly and courteous. Delicious restaurants , decent breakfasts . By the end of our stay , we always feel rested and refreshed , even packing and leaving are not stressful because of the good organization. This is the best hotel I've ever lived in. The room was on the 22nd floor with a view of the bay. Amazing service, unreal views from the window, including the sunset. You can talk about food separately and for a long time, but in short, there is a huge selection of dishes for breakfast (included in the room rate), sparkling wines, a bloody Mary cocktail, etc. are served, and dinners for an additional fee at Kaleidoscope and Saffron restaurants amazed by the variety of cuisines of the world. The only thing I would recommend when checking in is to take extra lunches and dinners! Don't shave an extra lunch! Take breakfast and dinner! They are so huge and high in calories that you don't want to eat at lunch at all! It's better to go to the water park for the opening at 10:00, you'll be rolling in 2 hours! And at 12:00, tourists come from other hotels and there will be endless queues)))

It's a cool place! We were in August 2024 and got to the promotion - 1 ticket for 2 days. Slowly, the water park can be bypassed in only 2 days. We managed to ride all the slides. It's worth a visit. By the evening (5), the people disperse and you can get to the hill almost without queues. And so, to ride from the first slide, we waited in line for 1 hour.
Lockers are paid, so things were left at the chaise longue on the beach believing in the safety of Dubai. Disposable slippers are provided free of charge.

Excellent location - near a water park and an aquarium (it is free for hotel residents), a large green area. There are many locations with live music and DJs. Fireworks are fired every day. A huge aquarium in the center of the hotel. It won't be boring. There is a skytrain station next to the hotel, a small cozy train runs from Palma to the city. You can take a ride to the other side of the bay, go shopping at the shopping center. The rooms are large and spacious. If you freeze (it gets cold in winter), you need to ask for heaters at the reception. They will be dragged to the room, and it will be comfortable.

The water park on the territory is free of charge for residents. But it is better to buy a bracelet without queuing, since it takes 20-25 minutes to stand on one slide. On the 20th floor, WI-FI does not work for 5 minutes, and it reconnects for 5 minutes, I had to connect the tariff to Yota because nerves are more expensive, for which I took off the star. We contacted the reception. To no avail. At the check-out, they also taunted me about WI-FI. Check out at 12 if the plane is at 6 p.m. then hang out wherever you want. In Turkey, when we were on vacation, we simply extended the card until the right time. They gave me 20 minutes to collect. Everything else about the hotel can be viewed on YouTube. But we won't come here next time.
