Good afternoon! my name is maria. I am a marketer in the service sector, so I clearly know what to focus on, so my brief analysis.
I really love this hotel. We were there in the summer, in June. I would classify it as a family one. Lots of married couples, happy children. The scale of this hotel is simply off the scale. Beautiful well-maintained territory, green, clean, bright.
The rooms are a separate fairy tale. The room even had a gift beach bag with the hotel's logo, as well as a bunch of all sorts of gadgets. We went swimming, I left a bent charging cord for my phone on the bedside table, returned and noticed that it was specially fixed with an elastic band to prolong my life - it's soooo cute.
Breakfast is a separate topic. So gorgeous, diverse. There are such delights there that you want to try absolutely everything. Everything from proper nutrition to something harmful has been found for sure. Lots of sweets for children, even ice cream, honey in honeycombs, fresh desserts.
We bought dinner separately, I really wanted to try seafood. I collected crayfish and lobsters and asked me to cook them - they did not refuse me and after a while they brought me ready-made dishes, I was very pleasantly surprised.
Beach. It's just a fairy tale. Pleasant, warm water, swimming is a pleasure. Lots of sun beds, everyone has a towel. Lying down, drinking a delicious cocktail and enjoying the view - well, it's gorgeous.
The only thing is, the pool is cold, we couldn't swim in it. Also, in the evening it is better to book a restaurant in advance, there are a lot of people, and there are no places at all. It's a very long pitch.
I am madly in love with this hotel, its concept and its possibilities. I advise you to stay there.
Also, upon check-in at the hotel, you will be given free access to the water park for the whole day. A great bonus, I'll tell you!

We went in early October, stayed 5 nights. To date, this is the standard of a hotel holiday. A huge beautiful foyer, you feel like in a museum. Clear logistics inside the hotel. The rooms are spacious. The courteous staff who cleaned the room daily, Compliments from the hotel. A large selection of restaurants with a wide selection of dishes, lobsters, oysters, exotic cuisine, Asian, Indian, in a word, a paradise for gourmets. The products are all fresh. My personal recommendations are the water park is really cool (except for decent queues and some water slides), the aquarium and diving, Saffron restaurant, Gordon Ramsay restaurant, Asia Republic restaurant. There is an opportunity to visit Michelin-starred restaurants - Ossiano, Nobu

The old hotel is in a classic style, the accommodation includes a visit to the water park and aquarium, the breakfasts and dinners are amazing. From the hotel there is quick access to the monorail, which goes through the entire palm tree, the territory is well maintained. I recommend booking the hotel immediately with breakfast and dinner. A fantastic hotel, the best of equals.
Excellent food, the choice of dishes is huge. Including delicacies from all the most common cuisines.
The beach is clean and well maintained. Sun beds and umbrellas are available both by the sea and by the pool. Daily entertainment program, drinks and snack service everywhere.
The sea is so-so, the sand is gray and very fine, it sticks to shoes and feet like cement. When entering the water, broken shells come across, they prick.
When the wind blows, the dust is a column.

One of the best family hotels in the UAE with its own water park. Excellent breakfasts, there is all the infrastructure and, most importantly, a Palm Tree.
The reviews that everything is worn out there are either untrue or spot-on. Usually he is picky about details, but in rooms with a view of the palm tree there are not even broken corners on the furniture, worn wallpaper and other attributes of fatigue. The staff is attentive to details in everything - if there are glasses, books or charging cords left in the room, then velvet napkins will be left in a gift envelope for glasses, branded bookmarks for books, and the cords will be neatly tied and supplemented with figures of sea animals. The staff is at the level of such a hotel. If you are on vacation with your family, then only hotels of the Atlantis level 👍🏻

I've been to Dubai 3 times. Atlantis is one of the best hotels in the UAE! Beautiful sandy beach and water park. There are many shops and an aquarium inside, cozy diverse restaurants and cafes, delicious food and excellent service. The rooms themselves are above all praise, everything is in gold and a separate huge round bathtub, even a bag and slippers branded for the beach, a large comfortable bed, beautiful linens and a cool view from the window. The prices of groceries in the room are expensive. A bottle of champagne in the refrigerator - 11,000 rubles in translation from dirhams. A wonderful hotel with professional staff! I was afraid about the condition of the hotel, because of its age, especially against the background of more modern hotels on Palma, but it was all in vain - its interior and exterior are in perfect condition, albeit with a slightly outdated design. But this is a taste and I liked this visual concept. When I was there, minor cosmetic repairs were carried out promptly, after which everything looked pristine and nothing reminded me of a former breakdown. A gorgeous aquarium with thousands of small and large fish of all stripes, an excellent water park with slides for any level of self-preservation. Good cuisine with elements of variety and themed dinners. The advantage is the number and variety of paid restaurants, including the opportunity to book dinner at the new Atlantis Royal Hotel. There are disadvantages, but this is more in terms of finances and when compared with the Turkish "all inclusive". Also, the relative distance from the city's transport arteries forced the use of taxis exclusively. Summarizing what I have written, I will say that in general I am satisfied with the excellent and attentive service, well-maintained building and territory, and the opportunity to entertain myself during the day. If you choose a room, then only from the aquarium side - the most calm and unusual view.

Without it, anyone can get into any room with "friends") The music is playing so loudly that it is simply impossible to fall asleep. I don't understand how families with small children can stand it. … Eating (off for breakfast/dinner) is one frustration. Savings on groceries, poorly prepared dishes, even the side dish managed to spoil, and dessert ... cream, ice cream and chocolate slices in different mixes and of cheap quality.
I think you only need to come to this hotel for entertainment, it's TERRIBLE to live here.

A very beautiful hotel! For those who like me love the theme of the Little Mermaid and everything related to the sea. I got aesthetic pleasure from the interiors, the color scheme, the details and the little things.
There are a lot of people, a lot of children, but they didn't stop me from staying in seclusion and going about my business. Very good concierge service! The highest rating for organizing excursions! The food is good, varied, although sometimes there were such queues that I turned around and left.
I am happy with my trip and rest at this hotel, but next time I will go to another hotel. I've already seen everything here.
And so, what could be improved? - I wanted to buy their branded bathrobe, but they told me that the hotel does not sell them. Question: Why? You can earn money from them too! And if I want such a robe with the Atlantis label, should I steal it? 😂. As a result, I left without a bathrobe.

This is probably due to the fact that we stayed here for 12 days.
A pleasant bonus was the excellent weather in November-December, which only added positive emotions to our vacation. However, it was not only the climate that pleased us in Atlantis. The food here is at the highest level – excellent restaurants offer both a buffet and a variety of dishes on the menu.
The pool in Atlantis deserves special attention – it's just huge! From the main entrance you can immediately get to the pool, but if you prefer a more relaxing holiday, you can go further from the entrance and enjoy a more secluded atmosphere. There are also special vests for children to make them comfortable and safe.
The service in Atlantis works flawlessly – you can enjoy a wonderful lunch right by the pool, order food in the room or visit one of the on-site restaurants. And most importantly, the visit to the water park for hotel guests is unlimited and completely free of charge.
The beach in Atlantis will not leave you indifferent. As in the whole palm tree, there is sand and small shells, and the entrance to the water is very pleasant. A special advantage for children is that there are no waves, so it will be convenient and safe for them to swim.

An amazing water park. God, I haven't had that much fun in a long time. I really, really recommend visiting. And I recommend not skimping on a VIP ticket, because queues take up a lot of time that could be spent on attractions. We were there all day and didn't have time to visit all the attractions. The food in the canteens is excellent, there are even mussels, shrimps, lobsters, crabs. In the morning, for those who like to get drunk, there is vodka smirnoff, champagne washes. The hotel is very nice. A great water park.We had a family vacation from March 6-14, 2024. There are Russian-speaking staff, there were no problems with the language barrier during check-in and accommodation. The hotel has its own 5 stars. Large, nice rooms. They are cleaned 2 times a day. Good European food. But!!!An unpleasant residue remained from the Ossiano restaurant (with an aquarium). We booked dinner for March 11; everything went well (keep in mind - the cuisine is molecular, for an amateur- but interesting). Drinks are not included in the price of the menu - we knew that, and we paid for them after dinner. And when we went to the room, we noticed that we had an extra 2500 dirhams written into the check.(this is 80 thousand rubles). We returned, the receptionist immediately recognized their mistake and told them to return the money to the card, since we paid with the card.She gave us a refund receipt. And today, April 16, there is an active correspondence with the hotel, but there is no money and now they can't even fix the problem, although there is a receipt. This attitude crossed out all the positive emotions. So be careful- check the receipts before paying, although there should be no such errors in a hotel of this level.

Expensive-rich😊 You can visit it once. Children will be interested in the aquarium. The embankment is beautiful, but only for walking. Since the island is artificial, it will not be possible to soak up the sand from the open water side. The monorail is more of an attraction than a tram. But it's worth a ride once. I walked a good half of the way back... I liked it more... If you get off at the penultimate station on the way back and walk the rest of the way over the bridge, there will be a very beautiful view of the bay on the observation decks (reflecting skyscrapers against the background of water) I was there at night - the photos were impressive. The water park is so huge that the children and I did not have time to go around the whole place in three days. The pool is cooled , which is very important for the hot season . Excellent breakfasts, many restaurants on site. The entrance to the sea is a little muddy, because of this, the water is not particularly clear.
A good kids/teens club with slot machines.
The rooms overlook either the Persian Gulf (you can watch the sunset) or the palm tree - both views are beautiful.

We stayed at the Atlantis hotel, everything seems to have a bunch of restaurants, shops, large rooms, waiters come running at the click of a finger, dolphins swim with you, a gorgeous fountain made of glass. The main impression is simply not worth the money, the advertised postcard of Dubai, which all Chinese people go to just to go on a tour and see what kind of miracle it is. The attitude of the staff in other hotels where we were is amazing, but with the same Rixos it's not even worth it... by 3 points, just because clean rooms and comfort are created every day, and there is everything your heart desires for food, but again, after 3 days at the hotel, the food is already boring, because the same thing is prepared every day.

Lunch can be found on site at different prices, but slightly above the average for Dubai, although it is not critical for this level of the hotel. Atlantis Beach, The Palm. I'm swimming for myself, I'm swimming, as they say, I'm not touching anyone, no one is touching me either, and then a powerful wave will wash over my head and carry me to the shore! Usually, such sudden waves in the sea occur when a ship with a decent displacement passed nearby or a boat swept by. I turned my head and looked around: there was no sign of a royal megayacht or even a tiny boat. What was that?!
It is important to note here that Atlantis The Palm beach is located on the inner, "quiet" side of Palm Jumeirah, although the island is surrounded from the outside by a reliable stone breakwater to protect it from the waves – so they seemed to have nowhere to go.
As it turned out later, the wave was artificial. They explained to me that for some hotels, the problem with stagnant water in the inner bay is still relevant. But not for Atlantis. The hotel has installed mega-expensive equipment that improves water circulation, which is why an artificial wave of such strength occurs. This is a huge plus!
I used to hear from colleagues that the beach at Atlantis The Palm is "so-so", that the seabed is strewn with concrete chips and covered with silty-slimy deposits due to the lack of water circulation. I admit that this was once the case in the early years of the hotel's formation. But over the 16 years of its existence, all questions and concerns have been resolved, and today the beach at Atlantis is magnificent: wide, spacious, roomy!
When the hotel is fully loaded, I have never seen a crowd on Atlantis The Palm beach at any time of the beach day. Despite the fact that the deck chairs are lined up close enough to each other, I always found a secluded, comfortable place for me under the sun and turned the chaise longue following the shadow within a radius of several meters, without disturbing anyone and without being disturbed by anyone.
The entrance to the sea is shallow, ideal for adults and children. The depth starts from 7-10 meters. The bottom is different everywhere throughout the entrance. I also noticed that there is a stone crumb somewhere under my feet, and an exceptionally soft sand somewhere. But I found the perfect entrance for myself on the right side of the beach (if you stand facing the sea and with your back to the hotel), where, at a width of ten meters, it was comfortable to enter the water and exit after sea bathing.
