So, when we checked out and forgot the bouquet that was given to me, no one even called, said that we had forgotten the gift and did not ask if we would pick it up at all. I was hoping that we had picked him up and his parents had taken him home. On the 2nd day after the check-out, I decided to dial the hotel to clarify this point with a bouquet. It turned out that they took the bouquet to themselves at the reception, in a conversation with the staff, I was more surprised that the question: "Maybe I left something else?" A girl answered me : "Unfortunately, you didn't forget anything else." Apparently the girl wanted to pick up something else for herself, but she's sorry.
Of course, I wanted to pick up the bouquet, since the person who gave it to me is important + it was dried flowers.
So, the staff decided to correct my gift by throwing out the wrapper!
And the bouquet looked like a broom after that.(I will attach a photo)

The hotel does not match its number of stars. The showers are mildewed, the furniture and parts of the interior are tired. Unfortunately, we didn't get the most polite and friendly girls at the reception.
The hotel is good, upon arrival we were told that parking is free, in the morning they asked for 20 rubles for parking, while also humiliating the hotel employee who checked us in, explaining that he was not competent. In addition, parking could be paid at check-out, its cost was 12 rubles
The hotel itself is great, but staff training is lame. During the check-in, they referred to the birthday to receive a discount. The receptionist said that instead of 319 rubles, you need to pay 272. As a result, 319 were debited from the card. After noticing and contacting, they replied that they would make a full refund. We made a full refund (I don't quite understand what prevented us from making a partial one). The next day, with the words "we returned the money to you, but they will return to you in five days, and now you need to pay again," they offered to pay. Since the money was not returned, I had to go change the cash (and if there were none?). Next, the girl at the reception said that there were 294 to be paid, which does not correspond to the 272 declared by the guy (the question is absolutely not about money, but if the employees do not know how to apply the discount and interpret it differently, maybe it's better not to apply it at all?) By the way, the discount seems to be 20%, but at the same time parking becomes paid :) (an ingenious solution). Happy birthday
neither the guy at the reception nor anyone else congratulated his wife, they did not remember about the compliment the next day, until she reminded them herself (maybe it's better not to make compliments and not write about them on the site?). In general, some kind of fuss and unnecessary movements due to a penny discount of 20 rubles spoiled the whole impression of a vacation in a decent and cozy hotel. As a business owner, I understand that it is primarily the owner who suffers from this, who put his whole soul into the construction, and as a result, the service is lame due to the human factor.
I have identified some shortcomings, but I will not lower my rating for this.
- The safe did not work, it was not fixed after the appeal.
- I asked the cleaner to change the brush, as it was broken. She told me they were all broken.
- breakfasts are expensive and they do not justify their price.
I really liked the cool gym (for a fee)
and the spa area.
It's a great hotel, the best in the city.

A very, very good hotel. Excellent sound insulation (family squabbles in the next room did not prevent the sleepers from sleeping at all). Swimming pools and baths are included. Everything is clean and wonderful. I won't say anything about breakfasts, but they are available, both included in the room rate and separately paid.

The only thing that prevented the children from relaxing in the pool, and I had to quickly pack up and go to the room so as not to spoil the atmosphere.
But the staff noticed it right away and asked if the children in the pool had interfered with us... I hope they somehow solved this point)

We stayed at this hotel on September 11-12 in a large group, booked (including parking) in advance through the manager Galina. Because there were really a lot of us, we were sent a commercial offer with a 20% discount. Looking ahead, I will say that it is not known where this discount was, because booking displays the same price to me with a level 2 janius. The day before arrival, Galina announces that parking is paid for hotel guests (20 rubles a day), after a few hours an incredible thing happens - parking will cost 10. OK, there's nowhere to go, you can't change the hotel for 10 rubles.
We had an Executive number. 2 adults and a child. 237 rubles upon check-in. As a result, there is no third set of towels in the room, no bed linen for an extra bed. A call to the reception, the answer is: and we have it for a fee. What? And what did we just pay for? Isn't it for three people? As a result, "there" went to find out and brought all the missing things. The maid broke into the room with towels as if she were at home, and then also into the bathroom, in which at least I hadn't had time to undress yet. Despite the fact that she was stopped.
The room was located across the wall from the meeting room or something like that, and at 11 p.m. and later, wild drunken screams and laughter could be heard from there.
In the morning at breakfast (which is also paid separately and does not cost that money AT ALL. You will eat half of Mogilev for these 10 dollars) some kind of shadow flies up to me, either a waiter or an administrator, and informs me that please come to the reception. I go up and find out what turns out to be because the child is 10 years old, not 8, you need to pay another 55 rubles. Although no age was indicated at all when booking. And where did you look when you checked in? The receptionist held all three passports in her hands. All this is starting to get pretty annoying, we pay extra. Although, you must agree, the joint here is a hotel, not a guest. They would have shown me what they hadn't seen a week after the eviction.
When evicting the administrator, I indicate all their shortcomings. They promised that they would definitely give everything to Galina's manager and she would contact them.
We follow the car to the parking lot. But the system won't let us out. Because it's a surprise! We have another 30 rubles in arrears at the hotel! At this time, a traffic jam of not the most adequate residents of Mogilev is lining up behind our car. Somehow we drive off to the side and try to deal with the hotel on the phone in the booth with the guard. As a result, we are leaving. Several of our cars are parked at the entrance to the hotel to load luggage, strollers, and children, and suddenly a guard flies out, threatens the head of security and demands that the cars be removed. While I, together with a person from our group, explain to the hotel employee why the hotel has an entrance, my husband writes a complaint to the complaint book.
A month has passed, and no one has responded to the complaint. Neither Galina nor anyone else called.
Plus, there were a lot of questions from others in our group, to which no one responded in the same way. As a result, I will not go to this hotel anymore and will not recommend it to anyone. It is clear that the money was invested, but they forgot to train the staff.
The price and quality do not match! We rented a two-room room on the 9th floor. It cost 420 rubles/ day. Wi-Fi worked only in the toilet, there was one division in the room, the hygienic shower did not work, there was no ventilation (windows do not open), and ventilation could not cope. I do not recommend it

We've been queuing for check-in for an hour now. It is hosted by one administrator, when asked to add an employee, the answer is "I am alone ..." In general, no one has taken any measures to somehow speed up the process of checking in guests. Well, this is unacceptable for a hotel of this level!
This is a great hotel. We rested in the room for the newlyweds. I liked everything very much. The staff is very friendly and courteous, I definitely recommend it. I will especially mention breakfast. Everything was sooooo delicious.
Everything is fine, except for one thing: the 2nd and 3rd floors are closed until 10.00, although the shopping center is open from 9.00, I take my daughter to classes next to 9.00 and would like to wait for her in the foot court area with a cup of coffee from 9.00, or at least without, but not on the 1st the floor. Please ask the administration to open at least access to the upper floors from 9.00, and not from 10.00, not only I am waiting for the opening, but also other people who are blown up at 10.00 sharp and go upstairs!
We had a family vacation. Excellent service, the administrator at the reception advised on all issues. The room is clean and cozy. I want to come back again and again))
