Strictly 3 points,
Pros: cozy, free spa, view from the window, European standard rooms by the standards of the Republic of Belarus.
Cons: dirty, turn the faucets and windows are just terrible!!! I could attach a photo, but it's scary)) you will stay here and see for yourself, there is no sound insulation from the word at all!!!! At 8 a.m. it's tin, you can't sleep, music, a trolley in short, you need earplugs, something is constantly beeping in the interior of the room!! Either the air conditioner, or you don't understand what. A TV with 8 channels is fun.
Summing up: 3 points is only for the fact that there is no other choice, but so, either they forgot about the standards, or there are no words, a cool SPA (free), but this sound insulation is just terrible!!

Overall, the place is decent. It's beautiful, clean, and cozy. Among the advantages:
-polite and attentive staff
- the room has everything you need
-comfortable bed, there are pillows for every taste (pillow menu)
- the restaurant is very tasty
-there is a swimming pool, saunas, spa treatments
Now the cons:
- parking for visitors is located in a nearby shopping center (open and paid), but this is still half the trouble. It's very slippery there! Cars are like on a skating rink. Apparently this coating is not for low temperatures, it is better not to go there in winter. Accidents are not uncommon there. When we were there, the woman next to us could not leave, she was simply carried away in our direction, the whole crowd helped. Then we barely got out ourselves, the stress is even worse..
- the heating is not working in the rooms. In winter)) The batteries are cold, our questions were politely answered: "Thank you for informing us. We'll pass on the information." That's it) And it's not just here, it's the same in other rooms. Therefore, we came to the conclusion that the heating was simply turned off there. However, the room has air conditioning, we warmed up with it. But sleeping with the air conditioner running is such a pleasure. Not critical, of course, but a little unpleasant.
In general, if you ask me if I want to go back there, the answer is probably yes. But it will be sometime later and definitely not in winter)

For the sake of this hotel, it is already worth planning a trip to Mogilev. The hotel is stylish, beautiful, cozy, with very comfortable rooms with incredible views of the city. The room has everything you need ... and, of course, they deserve special words of admiration ...you won't believe it!...robes!!! I have never met such people in any hotel))
The staff is infinitely friendly, sweet and friendly!

You know, vague impressions. We came from Minsk for one night to have a nice time and walk around the city. We took a room with a double bed, for a second there is a surcharge of 30p, and instead of a normal bed there are two separate mattresses on two single beds that have been moved. As if you can do it yourself for free. We went down to the SPA: there are a lot of VERY drunk people around. One man fell asleep and started snoring in the sauna. There are no sun beds available, according to the administrator: "You can leave your things on the high chair." Class)))) At some point, a sunbed was discovered, we left our bathrobes there and there was a phone in mine, so the same man who fell asleep in the sauna took my bathrobe and tried to pull it on himself. There was a slight altercation because he was waving this robe in different directions. No complaints about the safety of things, I take it upon myself, but it's worth teaching your staff to determine the degree of intoxication and not pour enough for those who have enough.
And anyway, what about safety, drunk people in the SPA area won't drown? The girls at the entrance to the SPA were well aware of what kind of man "had too much", he definitely should have been sent to sleep in his room or home.
We're not complaining about cleanliness, everything was fine. There is no ventilation in the room, either suffocate, or turn on the air conditioner and sleep under it. When evicting the girl at the reception, all this was announced, but no action was taken. It's a pity, it doesn't seem to be the cheapest hotel, as if you need to do something to get people to come back to you.

We took a three-room suite. We were 4 girls. We arrived at the spa)
One room is like a meeting room: a large table, chairs, cabinets, but since we were given one key card, there was no light.
Then there are two rooms for living) in one there is a bed and a gorgeous view. The bed is comfortable. In the second, there was a folding sofa (large in the description), but in fact it did not fully unfold and was not that big. And uncomfortable.
A huge plus: two bathrooms (one with a shower, the second is welded).
There is a "pillow menu" service, but in fact there are very few pillows available, 4 were not given to us, we wanted 2, but in the end they brought 3.
The room has a bathrobe, towels, slippers, and a soap towel for everyone.
There is a kettle, drinking water, but for 4 people there are only 2 mugs, 2 coffees and tea.
There are no dishes, it would be cool to have more mugs and at least a couple of plates.
I was also confused by the very dirty panoramic windows and the dirty floor on the balcony.
Next, the spa: everything is fine, only in the salt room next to the deck chairs there are tables filled with dirty plastic cups. No one cleaned them from 20 to 22.30.
Free entertainment options include a swimming pool, a salt room and several types of baths/saunas, and an experience shower.
Overall, it's not bad, but there are a lot of nuances for a hotel of this level.
Yes, parking is also paid near the hotel. We could make it free for the guests.

Cons: lack of opportunity to breathe fresh air, windows do not open, dry air is chased by air conditioning. The spa is packed with people from the city, the staff does not control the number of people, as a result, there are not enough lockers for everyone, there are fabric mattresses in the salt room, everyone in swimsuits sits on them, the mattresses are all wet, they rest in the spa, and as a result - the screams of children, jumping into the water of adult men (there was a feeling of being in the water park, and this is on a weekday), there are signs not to jump into the water, but no one controlled and everyone did whatever came into their heads, as such, it did not work out in a place for recreation. I would like people to be sent to such places in a dosed manner, so that there are enough lockers and sun beds for everyone

I spent my birthday at the hotel! I really liked the hotel. A cozy room with full-length windows on the 9th floor overlooking the sunset and evening Mogilev. A good breakfast buffet. We always stay at this hotel when we are in Mogilev, I don't see any alternatives in the city. There are different categories, we stayed in the standard and in the studio, the rooms are new, bright, everything is stylish, beautiful, the view from the window is over the city. Bonus SPA, swimming pool and baths are at your disposal (there are fewer people on weekdays, that's when the chill is complete)
We usually do not include breakfast, we sleep late)) but we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner. The prices are reasonable, for 100 rubles (without drinks) it is quite possible to eat a couple. We will definitely come again, thank you!

After almost a year, we stayed at this hotel again. I specifically left my review last year.
This year, the hotel's service has exceeded all expectations! There were nuances, but the girls (Evgenia, Anastasia and Maria) at the reception are always attentive and promptly resolve all issues. Parking at the shopping center is now paid - 1 BEL. ruble per hour.
Of the cons:
- in the Savoy restaurant at the hotel, only breakfasts are good, although they have become worse than last year. There were 8 of us at dinner, and none of us were satisfied with the quality of the dishes - a complete disappointment!! All the remaining days we visited another restaurant 5 minutes from the hotel.
- SPA visitors in bathrobes, slippers (it's good if they are closed from the room), sometimes wet, met in the elevator, at the reception and even at the entrance to the hotel (went out to smoke). The appearance and smell of chlorine created a very unpleasant atmosphere. An additional elevator is clearly needed for visitors to the SPA area.
Overall, I am happy with the hotel, we will definitely return, so 5 stars!

A la carte breakfasts / a choice of three sets, if the hotel load is minimal. The birthday boy gets a discount on accommodation and a compliment in the form of a cheesecake on a festive dish - it's very nice. The kettle, floor lamp and reading lamp by the bed were broken in our room. The blankets are very light. It's warm, but not very comfortable. Guys, the hotel is just fire! Design, rooms, restaurant - all of the highest quality. The design of the rooms in the style of modern minimalism, San.the node is made of expensive materials, the plumbing is all cool and new. A separate chic - floor-to-ceiling windows facing the square in front of the administration of Mogilev. In short, you can make sooo high-quality photos ;)
The hotel even has its own aqua complex with a swimming pool, several saunas and a bar where delicious cocktails will be made and brought directly to the pool. Moreover, visiting this complex for hotel guests is free of charge! This is really very cool, I want to shake hands with the management who established this order.
In general, unfortunately, I can only give this hotel 5 stars. But if it were possible to put 10 - I put it without hesitation.
Update from October 2023: I am lowering the rating from 5 to 2 stars. The case when one minor technical problem, which could be solved at the level of line staff, turned into a loss of customer loyalty. The bottom line: we arrived together for 3 days, a double room, at the reception when checking in, we specifically specified that the room With BREAKFAST. On the first day everything is OK, on the second - too, and on the third we were simply refused breakfast! Moreover, the motivation is fantastic: "You have paid for 3 days and 3 breakfasts." That is, not 3 breakfasts for two, but just 3 breakfasts for one person. For a double room, yes. How do you like that? Of course, we were very "surprised", because according to their crazy logic, only one of us had to have breakfast on the second day, but, of course, none of the staff paid attention to this and we had breakfast on the second day quietly together.
In short, it is clear that this is some kind of accounting or booking error, but it was fashionable to easily solve it by simply allowing us to have breakfast and then settling this case inside. As a result, we were left alone with this problem, distancing ourselves from any attempts to help. The reason for this is a complete loss of loyalty on our part, we will not come here again.

I was on vacation with my daughter, we came for 2 days from Minsk to celebrate others. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff, we noticed in the documents that it was my daughter's birthday and brought a cake to the room. And in general, everything is on the level: very polite staff, you can leave your luggage before arrival and after for a couple of hours. A delicious varied breakfast, a perfectly clean room, a spa is included in the price - it's wonderful. There is a lovely receptionist at the SPA. We stayed in this hotel for a week, we haven't been to Mogilev for 15 years and I think this is the best thing there. A modern, clean hotel, a great view of the city from the window, all wishes were taken into account. It is located in the center, near the shopping center, a walking street with cafes and restaurants.
Cleaning was done every day, tea/coffee/water was replenished in the room. They didn't take breakfast. The spa is excellent, recommended👍

If we gather back in Mogilev, we will stop 100% again at the Atrium.
Only I did not like one moment, at 22:45 they called the room to clarify whether our guests had left. But, there are cameras in the hotel, this is one time. Two, we were sitting in the lobby by the elevator and three, it is necessary to pay attention to the guests who live in the room. Namely, small children of 1.5g are already asleep at this time. The bell naturally woke up the child. Dear management, there are rules, as the receptionist told me, he acted on them.
