We stayed at the Atrium Hotel from October 20 to 23. We came for the second time because we really liked it. BUT we won't come again!
The hotel is nice, comfortable, you can't argue with that. But all pleasant impressions are killed by the staff.
I booked a room through Tinkoff Travel for two guests for three nights with breakfast.
When checking in with an employee at the reception, I clarified whether everything was correct. He confirmed that the room was booked with breakfast.
For two days we went to have breakfast normally. On the third day, we were told that we were not on the lists at the restaurant. I replied that I had everything paid for, the girl went to check at the reception, came back and said have breakfast, but then come to the reception.
We had already filled the plates, put them on the table, but I had an unpleasant feeling and I went to find out what the problem was. The girl at the reception said that we had paid for three breakfasts FOR ONE PERSON. That is, the website included breakfast in the room rate for only one guest! At the same time, no one told us about it when checking in. The girl confirmed that this is a mistake on the site. That is, the hotel's fault.
The most important thing is that no one apologized to us for the current situation and did not offer solutions. The girl just kept silent and repeated that the breakfasts needed to be paid for. That is, an employee from the restaurant offered us breakfast, and only then find out that we will need to pay for this breakfast. Breakfast for one person costs 30 rubles! Are you even in yourself there? At the same time, the food was already in the plates and it was simply thrown away.
After this situation, they talked to us through their teeth, when they were evicted, they simply said "that's it."
It seems that the management of the hotel simply does not care about the guests, these will not come, so others will come. Of course, I won't come with this attitude anymore.

We were with my husband at the hotel for our 5th wedding anniversary, I honestly came to Mogilev just for the sake of the hotel. Bright modern room, large bed with comfortable mattress, safe, refrigerator with mini-bar at reasonable prices, pillow menu☝️ They also appreciated that the room had a seating area and a wide window sill. We also visited the spa, which is located in the hotel, we were very satisfied with everything, we definitely recommend it
We rested with a friend for one day, but we concluded that with a very good standard of construction and exterior design, the hotel has big problems with service. There is no such attentiveness and respect for customers that we observe in developed European countries. Reception - no smile, no attention (changed, or rather corrected the number of the car on which they were supposed to leave. When leaving, we had a problem, because the number was not entered in the database) An insanely large number of people came to the SPA (no one informed about the best time to visit). Poor choice for breakfast. But, the worst thing is that there is nothing to breathe in the rooms. There is no ventilation. It just turns the night into a nightmare.

Pleasant employees - from the reception to the waiters in the restaurant, a clean room, the room has everything you need - from a hygiene kit to threads, snow-white linen, comfortable beds, bathrobes, slippers. The very center of cultural and nightlife, an adequate price list, there is a fitness center, there is an aqua-thermal complex (small). A nice birthday compliment from the restaurant, a trifle, but how nice! We were delighted and will definitely come back!
The hotel itself is a fire! But the staff is something. A colleague took a bottle of beer in the mini-bar, opened it and went down to the lobby waiting for friends, a guard immediately came running and said that he could not paint alcohol in a public place. Then in the evening we went to the spa. From clothes: bathrobe (provided by the hotel - thank you!), slates, swimming trunks, room key, but you need cash to pay at the bar. I wonder what will happen to them after the steam room? Strangely, in Mogilev, many hotels offer spa services to guests, but only in this hotel they stop serving 15 minutes before 10 pm, because the rules. As for parking, try it, get another portion of super service.

More than a good hotel. Accommodation starts at 14.00. The rooms are clean, constant cleaning. A bonus is soap and soap in the rooms, if you forgot at home. As a complement from the hotel, a visit to the SPA area (once a day). Breakfast on solid 4 is a buffet.
The best hotel in the city. Friendly staff, beautiful interior. All the wishes of the guest were taken into account. We lived in the heat, the room has air conditioning. The pillow menu just pleased me.
The room is spacious and has a beautiful view of the city. And of course a spa for relaxation.

We arrived at the hotel for the second time...how delighted we were after the first time, and with what disappointment we left this time. The only thing that remains consistently good is the view from the hotel and the room itself...but it's hard to spoil ...
When checking in at the reception, it was clear how many guests would be in the room...but for some reason there was 1 set of towels in the room itself...there were no cosmetic accessories...and the most unpleasant surprise was that there were no bed linen for the children...and they still had to pay 40p a day for them...that is, another 160p on top!!! Seriously?! With such a room price, there is also paid bedding for children??? Not cool?
After a call to the reception in 20 minutes, 1 set of underwear was brought...I ask where is the second one? The maid's answer: "At the reception they said that one is needed."..to whom is the question: to the maid or to the reception?

Room cleaning...the sign about cleaning the room hung on the handle from 11 o'clock in the morning...the maids defiantly walked around and pretended not to see...at 18 o'clock they called the reception, asked at least to take out the trash...we came to the room at 21 o'clock, as it was not cleaned, so it remained...I had to call the reception and ask them to take out the trash in a demanding tone! At 22 o'clock, it's not clear who flies into the room at all, with red eyes, in smoky clothes and says: no question, I'll clean the room now...at 22 o'clock?! My children were already asleep at this time...but the garbage was taken out, thank you ...
To replenish the water and tea, which we need to replenish daily - again, we need to call the reception ...
This time I had a strong feeling that we were communicating with the reception all the time! Do I really have to do this on vacation and for such money?!!!

We planned to finish our trip to Belarus in a good hotel with a SPA, the children really wanted to throw in the thermae) Booked an Artium on the Island.
We sawed from Grodno to the Atrium all day, arrived in the evening and it turned out:
- they don't have their own parking, you have to go to the next paid multi-storey parking lot
- it is not allowed to go to the SPA with children under 18 in the evening (children above me, 12 and 15 years old) categorically

We had a family vacation at the hotel, we liked everything. There was a queue at check-in, the administrator was polite, the children were offered coloring books, they did not have to wait long. The room was very clean, which is very important when you are with children. Spacious, cozy. Very nice view of the city. Visiting the SPA caused a lot of positive emotions, beautiful and very polite staff.
