Arthur drew my attention to the problems with the rear brake system, although it was not included in the service and he might not even pay attention to it, because there was nothing critical, you just need to replace the brake pads ideally and adjust the handbrake. But to identify the problem, as I understand it, it was enough for Arthur to simply tighten the handbrake and understand that something was wrong there. I myself noticed that not everything is fine with the rear brakes, especially in winter it was felt when starting, when the rear brake pads "came off" several times with difficulty. But I decided not to pay much attention to it anyway. But Arthur explained everything in detail, although I repeat it was not included in the scope of the service. I am very glad that such masters as Arthur work at your service, who do not approach car maintenance formally, but try to warn owners about all obvious or not obvious problems. I have never seen a worse car service!!! We changed the front hubs with bearings from a friend in the car, we bought spare parts from them. After the replacement, the sound of rubbing metal appeared on the front right (there was no metal before the replacement), as if the bearing was without lubrication or clamped! This sound is audible even with the music turned on. We returned and talked about the situation accordingly. As a result, we were brainwashed for more than two hours! They called the head, drove by to "listen" and HE calmly stated that: "I don't hear anything, this is your subjective opinion!"... And "get out of here.".. Not the first time, but I'm sure it was the last time we were there!!!

Well, there are jambs on the gaps, and the dealer has the equipment to measure the gaps, they spat to do it and decided to hand over the car so that the errors were not reset and at the time of acceptance of the car they had to do it. In general, I do not recommend this service to anyone. You can see for yourself how cool they are.
If you want to apply for warranty repairs, then everything is useless, you will be told that you are to blame for everything, the warranty is valid only if the car is in the garage and you do not drive it, and only the driver is to blame, because you do not need to drive a car, it is not for this. 1. It seems that no one needs clients. There is no one at the workplace who would explain where to go, etc.
2. They said they would do it for an hour and a half. We did it for 2 hours.
3. The cost is 80 rubles for the Volkswagen polo tire service. And then, this price is for a new customer. I specifically called Brest, where the price was 50 rubles for two years. It's 60 now. A friend in Minsk did tire fitting for the same car: the price is 49 rubles.
