Every two weeks they called and told me how many people were watching, what the market price was, and what questions they had. The car was special and sold for six months. I've had one viewing at home in a year! The calculation is as agreed and on time!

I thought about putting the car in for a very long time. The girls called, processed, said that they were wonderful, they sold quickly, they looked after cars as if they were themselves. I've made up my mind. I drove a premium car, explained for a long time that I had already had a negative experience working with another car house, what I didn't like and how. They listened politely, assigned the curator to the car (Alexey), and seemed to like everything. Two weeks later, they called and told me how the sale was going. Super - I think. But...
A week later, Alexey calls and says that your car has a flat tire and it is not possible to pump it up. As a busy person, I naturally ask the staff of the auto house to deal with this issue (take a car to a tire shop) and I, if possible, will bring the money for the tire service. AFTER ALL, THE AUTO HOUSE CHARGES A COMMISSION OF $ 700 FOR SOMETHING! Alexey said that he would find out how much the tire service costs and call back. And he disappeared... I called back 4 DAYS LATER.The girl picked it up and in the same disgustingly polite tone said that they would contact me soon about the wheel. AND AGAIN A PAUSE FOR 3 DAYS. After 3 days, Alexey finally dialed and said that they still got their hands on my car and managed to pump up the wheel without any tire repairs. Yes, sir... I informed him that I was not happy with this behavior and would pick up the car... The next day I arrived... There is a pile of snow, the wheel is flat, the entire error dashboard is on fire (local technicians allowed a full discharge of the battery and as a result, there is a power failure in all units)...
Citizens, has anyone ever bought a premium segment car with a flat tire, a full error panel? NO!!!
And yet... Guys, the number frames that you change to your own are the property of the client. If you put your own at the time of sale, then you should put the client's ones either in the trunk or put them in place when returning the car. Otherwise, it is theft of property. I had high-quality rubberized frames so as not to scratch the body, and you installed a Chinese awl for me, which does not even hold the number, and when I contacted you about this, they informed me that I myself had to demand them back. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT YOU HAD CHANGED THEM FOR ME!!! "We do this to everyone," or "The dealer sells the frames separately," a man told me on the phone, explaining why they stole my frames.
IT'S JUST TERRIBLE!!! This is the last time I believe in auto houses. Lazy people who charge $700 to make fun of your car and you.
