Good day to everyone. I decided to leave a review about this organization. My climate control unit ordered me to live for a long time, after searching the Internet, I found this disassembly, ordered it (now after reading reviews about the office, I don't even know...they say that the staff is slow and rude!!! It's just a lie...We consulted, talked it over...for delivery (it's a pity that they only work with DPD (but for the sake of truth...I note that it is unlikely that someone will be lucky from the Grodno region to the Gomel region for 10-20 rubles) - it's a bit expensive for delivery, but it's fast), in terms of quality, etc.) By taking the unit and connecting it... I understand that he's a little buggy (the spinner works normally, but it reacts to pressing every other time...). I called the office, explained the situation...We agreed that I would try to repair it, and then we would talk about compensation. When opening the block, it turned out that someone had already watered it...We called again...they offered to refund the money (I'll note it again....There was no rudeness or any harsh statements from the seller...not even hints...they explained that they do not check them before selling (tea manufacturers are not the same), and they try not to send such details, as there are many such nuances. They offered to think about what to do next... While I was deciding what to do with the block, the front hubs arrived there as well...after wandering back through the Internet...the guys from Grodno have the cheapest and best quality. We got on the phone...they said that the hubs are available....and...they themselves offered that they could sell them to me minus the money for the climate control unit plus delivery, and the one that was sent to me was a gift!!! Guys...where have you seen such "rude", "incompetent" and "slow" sellers in our time (we talked after lunch the day before yesterday, I already took the hubs yesterday)!!! I wish there were more such sellers!!! I wish you guys success in your work, patience with your customers and good profitable days! Therefore, I recommend this disassembly to everyone! I think that now I will be their regular customer!

In one word, "specialists"
I came to them for computer diagnostics, the car did not slow down at idle. A "special" came with a laptop, reset the errors, without showing me what kind of errors there were.It didn't help. Then I decided to invite a real specialist. And who are you? And I'm so on the side ....
