Good day to everyone. I decided to leave a review about this organization. My climate control unit ordered me to live for a long time, after searching the Internet, I found this disassembly, ordered it (now after reading reviews about the office, I don't even know...they say that the staff is slow and rude!!! It's just a lie...We consulted, talked it over...for delivery (it's a pity that they only work with DPD (but for the sake of truth...I note that it is unlikely that someone will be lucky from the Grodno region to the Gomel region for 10-20 rubles) - it's a bit expensive for delivery, but it's fast), in terms of quality, etc.) By taking the unit and connecting it... I understand that he's a little buggy (the spinner works normally, but it reacts to pressing every other time...). I called the office, explained the situation...We agreed that I would try to repair it, and then we would talk about compensation. When opening the block, it turned out that someone had already watered it...We called again...they offered to refund the money (I'll note it again....There was no rudeness or any harsh statements from the seller...not even hints...they explained that they do not check them before selling (tea manufacturers are not the same), and they try not to send such details, as there are many such nuances. They offered to think about what to do next... While I was deciding what to do with the block, the front hubs arrived there as well...after wandering back through the Internet...the guys from Grodno have the cheapest and best quality. We got on the phone...they said that the hubs are available....and...they themselves offered that they could sell them to me minus the money for the climate control unit plus delivery, and the one that was sent to me was a gift!!! Guys...where have you seen such "rude", "incompetent" and "slow" sellers in our time (we talked after lunch the day before yesterday, I already took the hubs yesterday)!!! I wish there were more such sellers!!! I wish you guys success in your work, patience with your customers and good profitable days! Therefore, I recommend this disassembly to everyone! I think that now I will be their regular customer!

I came to them for computer diagnostics, the car did not slow down at idle. A "special" came with a laptop, reset the errors, without showing me what kind of errors there were.It didn't help. Then I decided to invite a real specialist. And who are you? And I'm so on the side ....

I ordered a curtain and two bumper fasteners with delivery to Minsk.When the courier brought it, it turned out that one of the fasteners was broken, I called the seller, who said that the parcel could not be divided, and promised to refund 20p for attaching to the card. The next day, he said that he could only return 5 rubles . , and then he said that I was from Minsk and nothing would be returned to me . Deception.

I don't like to write reviews, but today, for the first time in my life, I decided to do it. I thank one desk for this, which ruined the whole mood. I haven't seen such a boor for a long time. Treating the client like cattle. They can't consult properly, they always interrupt, supposedly they know everything. It is forbidden to walk around the territory, it is forbidden to look at spare parts. they'll pull it all out by themselves. I'm very glad that they like to play sports :), but maybe it's better to learn how to talk to customers.
