As usual with us, the owners have built profitable such places, but they forgot about the quality of service. Waiters are plowing, customers are waiting for orders for 2 hours, and managers are raking in and making money on everyone, both on customers and on staff. The room was stuffy and there was a smell of sweat. The little child got lost, I wanted to take them to the staff so that they could help find the parents, but the staff didn't care and they refused to help look for the child's mother. I had to look for the crying child's mother myself. The animators are not attentive and do not follow the children, they just stand by themselves. This is a children's institution and care, along with safety, should be in the first place. But there is clearly not enough staff there. No one can explain anything.
