The head unit crashes after the call, and the dealer has not yet made any real attempts to solve the problem. He reported problems after the first kilometers and failed to get home. During the sale, they did not inform about additional gifts, they learned about them from another customer considering a car at the time of my purchase. Frankly speaking, they asked for them. Also, during the first kilometers, he reported the presence of a crunch in the drive during sudden acceleration, the feeling that the gears slip under load. I was informed that they would contact me and examine me, and they contacted me a month later and accepted me for examination. As a result, they were lifted onto a lift and visually examined in a hurry by probing the levers. Then they let me go without solving the problem. They said they would make a request to the manufacturer's factory and contact the solution option, and that was it. We haven't contacted you yet. Each time they asked to leave a review after the issue, they were strongly asked to give them the best possible review.
As a result, the conclusion is as follows,
- after payment, the client is not interested in them
- they do not respect the client's time
- the service consists of incompetent craftsmen
- the technical equipment of the dealer's service is minimal, a lift, a set of standard tools like in a home garage, even tire re-cleaning was done as a custom service.
- I have no desire to buy anything from them and recommend it to anyone, although I wanted to buy a second car.

Under warranty from the dealer, NOT EVERYTHING FALLS UNDER 6 years or 180K km. This is a marketing ploy.
Мазда отличная машина. Жаль что больше не продается. Но надеюсь что все измениться. Пока эта марка лучшее на чем я ездил. И да у меня было 3 Тойоты 17, 18 и 2020 года выпуска.
Добрый вечер. Делали полную диагностику, машина все 10 лет обслуживается только в Автомире в разных городах. И сервис и механики на высшем уровне. Огромное спасибо.
Ужасный сервис, гарантийные обязательства не выполняются. Должны были заменить механизм склдывания бокового зеркала по гарантии, не меняют на протяжении 8-9 месяцев.
При продаже автомобиля обещают большие скидки и бонусы, по факту уже ближе к концу сделки "мы не могли обещать такие условия" (с) Ануар Еслям.
В итоге из обещанных бонусов, скидок и прочих выгод ничего не предоставили.
Вовремя оформили, вовремя отдали автомобиль. Все сделали очень хорошо. Можно смотреть как ремонтируют машину через камеры в зоне ожидания, можно самому присутствовать. Запчасти есть в наличии. Советую! Цена соответствует мастерству и качеству.
Не было никогда Мазды, как то зашёл в салон цены посмотреть, был немного в шоке от цен)))) Я понимаю что все автосалоны взвентили цены, но Мазда не такого качества чтобы на столько завышать цены
