I arrived three days after the replacement and told about the problem. They told me why I didn't come right away... 3 days ago, I remind you... We did it on Friday and then the weekend. In general, we agreed to lift the car onto the lift and take a look. They picked it up and looked at it, and that's it! We didn't even take off the wheel and didn't look at the presence of any of our mistakes that we can all make... After that, they said that it was not their fault and just a combination of circumstances... Next, I went to the officials where they said that it was necessary to change the brake disc and lubricate the guide rail. I contacted the master and told him this. He offered (I would say insisted) to come and they would have checked and lubricated everything more thoroughly. I agreed, this time the car was lifted and both front wheels were removed, everything was checked but the problem was not found. I asked if you replace the disc, will the sound go away? To which I received an answer: We cannot guarantee this. Next, I signed up at the brake system center and bought discs and pads. And lo and behold, after replacing the front and rear discs and pads (all new original), the sound did not go away!!! (greetings to the officials). As a result, the problem was found!!! Literally: "incompetent repair in the previous workshop" I have already forgotten the problem with improper installation (whether of cables or wires of some kind). But the very fact that I messed up right here and couldn't do it right. Even though I gave 2a chances!!!
The worst service station in the city I've ever encountered. I came for suspension diagnostics. They sentenced the steering rack, they didn't say anything about the suspension at all. The replacement itself was postponed 2 times, and when they started making the CAR, they DROPPED it from the LIFT, after that it stayed with them for another 4 months. The work is being done very slowly. All my comments were not corrected, although it took a very long time. And some of them were not even executed. Because of what you have to go to other service stations now and finish what Avtosona did not do. Dirt was spread in the cabin. My old steering rack was not returned - maybe there were no problems in it. As well as many other small parts, rubber bands, plugs, etc. were lost. I constantly had to call myself and find out what was wrong with the car. In general, if you want to save your car, it is better to avoid this service station. The SRT is clearly chasing the amount of work and earnings, and the quality of this work is disgusting.
Now the organization responds that I had positive emotions when I picked up the car. But how they defined it is not clear. Apparently, the employees of the service station can read minds. Another lie. During the entire repair period, I was not provided with more than one intelligible document, but they just printed my words to me. There are no measurements of the collapse, no documents about the work performed, not a single document about which spare parts were supplied. nothing!!! Even banal to my request, tell me the brand of oil that was poured - they could not answer me and provide information.
I just got tired of putting up with all this, and when the car was already brought into some kind of serviceable condition, I took it away because I was tired of your "repair". And more than once I regretted that I did not file a lawsuit. I went to a meeting with the management of the service station, and hoped for their decency. But it was not found by the employees, not by the management.
After a fight, of course, they don't wave their fists - but let people know how disgusting this service station works.
I called and asked if they could tighten the handbrake? They clarified the car model for me - they said come. As a result, we first searched for the handbrake itself with a flashlight for a long time, although it was day and it was more or less light in the very HUNDRED. Then they began to cock the handbrake lever up and down. Then they lifted him onto the lift and lowered him. They climbed into the cabin again from the passenger side of the doors, which, by the way, were not closed (Thank God it did not open when he then drove backwards). Have you ever made such a car before? The answer is no. It's better for you to go to another service station - Why ask for a car model and invite to the service if the staff is not competent and zero? You will be invited to just kill time and smoke in your car. Considering that I have a dislike for tobacco, I had to do dry cleaning in the end – I flew into the dough! The staff is not competent (it seemed that these were tech workers from the nearest school, who were kicked out because they did not know how to fix desks ...) The road before entering the pits – entering the box, you can immediately repair the suspension! It is worth noting that while the handbrake was being searched, the staff allowed themselves to smoke in the entire service station, including in the car, as already mentioned, but smoking everywhere in the service station is the norm there - safety precautions are not observed – there is something to pay attention to the Ministry of Emergency Situations. 1 point is still worth putting for the fact that there will be something to share with my friends in the fanclub of my car brand.

They gave the car away for repair. All the details have been provided(new!). Repair instructions: view the box (you noticed yourself that it was leaking) and replace the crankshaft sensor.
According to them, nothing is flowing, everything is dry. And in fact, the oil is flowing from the box. And it can be seen with the naked eye. To replace the crankshaft sensor: according to them, the new sensor is faulty (they checked it themselves later, it is) as a result, the service station employees put the old one on! The sensor chip has been broken!!the chip is now without a spring (to make it clearer-there are locking springs on both sides of the chip, so now it's not there and in order to remove the sensor, I had to tinker). The flask was removed (lost) from the sensor!! The sensor is now without a protective bulb. And broken!!!

Easy! That's how we'll put it. Who will know what we have done?

The handbrake cables, provided that they had the technical passport, they did not have the sense to order according to the wine code, as a result, the wrong ones came, they had to farm. After replacing the lever, I didn't have the sense to make a collapse. In the application, I left it to do the prevention of calipers - they did nothing.
I do not recommend it.
The muffler was repaired, the craftsmen were very kind and prompt, bribed with a good attitude, in fact, they did not tighten one bolt, the gasket fell out within a couple of hours and the car began to rattle with exhaust again. The next day I had to repair again, this time in another place, fortunately.

The remzone is dirty, everyone smokes anywhere, the locksmiths look terrible. They don't know how to communicate with clients at any level at all. The owner needs to fix this, because if the car is not stuck, then people are not too lazy to go to Minsk for repairs.

Единственные которые откликнулись на просьбу помощи! Был проездом, отказали тормоза, ехал с ребенком, надо было срочно починить машину, ехал домой в Россию. Ребята откликнулись и все починили! А именно проложили новую медную трассу на задний контур тормозов. Однозначно рекомендую!!!

Мы отвезли машину, вечером, нам назначили диагностику и ремонт на 9.00 утра, в 19.00 мы позвонили, что бы забрать машину, на что получили ответ: « У нас один электрик, поэтому мы вашу машину не смотрели» мы напомнили, что были записаны на 9.00, «ну это была предварительная запись, привозите машину потом»
Мне интересно, почему нас не предупредили за ранее о том, что не смогу обслужить машину?!
Нам рано утром уезжать в другой город, дорога 560 км. Теперь вопрос, где нам за ночь решить вопрос с машиной?

Обратился на данную станцию с течью масла с акпп, после первого визита заплатил 150 р из которых за частичную замену масла взяли 90 р (как оказалось везде замена 20-30 р стоит ) остальное ушла на утранение течи , спустя пару дней опять увидел лужу под машиной , привез обратно на станцию думал устрнят по возврату , спустя неделю отдали машину взяли ещё 88 р за уплотнители и работу . Приговорили АКПП сказали нужно снимать разбирать , мы не чем помочь не можем .оказалось течь была из под датчика скорости которую я лично устронил в течение часа и цена уплотнителя 5р . В итоги отдал 240р за ремонт который так и не сделали
