When replacing the windshield, the craftsmen did not glue the side moldings, referring to the lack of fasteners. When leaving the highway, one molding was lost. I was very surprised that after writing a review about this, the director of the company came to me and offered to solve this issue. Two weeks later, the molding was brought from Europe, since they are not available in the Republic of Belarus, its price in Europe is 70 + $, and it is installed on my car.

I applied to several windshield repair companies (sealing with sealant from the inside) leaked in one place, most of them said it was difficult, impossible, etc. I arrived here, recorded, everything was clearly done, and also inexpensive. I've been driving for 2 weeks, nothing leaks. A polite receptionist. Respect!

By the will of fate, I was forced to contact this organization twice due to the need to replace the glasses. I was very pleased with the convenient work schedule: you can get to them without problems, even in an emergency and without an appointment!
For the first time, they changed the broken side window (used), they needed papers for insurance, the presence of this very glass and its prompt replacement. Within 1-2 hours after the call, the guys had already taken the car to work, they did everything quickly. There were difficulties with payment: the terminal did not work, and they are not in the most convenient place in terms of infrastructure, so I had to run around the neighborhood in search of a bank or ATM. Unfortunately, the glass turned out to have defects in the form of tarry or welding "splashes", but here, alas, there was no choice, because it was extremely important to replace it very quickly. All the papers for obtaining insurance, a check, etc. were issued, properly executed, no questions about work.
The second time I applied to replace the windshield. I called a lot of offices, choosing Autostory again, because they (I repeat) have a very convenient work schedule, a good selection of glasses (from budget options to the original), a variety of payment options (they work with installment cards), polite and attentive staff (I really liked the consultation by phone: they offered different options, neither which one of them was not persuaded, giving the choice to the client, answered all the questions of interest). Arriving by appointment, after 1.5-2 hours I left them with a new glass, a memo on its operation during the first 72 hours and a good mood. :) There is a client's room with a glass partition, sofas and a cooler, you can comfortably expect and observe the work process, which is undoubtedly also a huge plus. The guys are neat and polite. The head (administrator?) he constantly goes around monitoring the process, wondering if everything is OK, which also made me very happy.

They barely found a place for my car.I stayed there for more than 2 hours.The workers took off my window and left to make another car. I applied to this organization to replace the windshield, they said the price was 486 rubles with installation.
I called back a couple of times and clarified the price, work schedule and availability (the price tag was announced each time 486 rubles with installation, two pieces are available, come).
As a result, when it came time to pay, they told me, "Sorry, we made a mistake, 486 rubles is the price WITHOUT installation, and with installation the price is 538 rubles." That's how simple it is. Three times during the week they said the same price, and when they had to pay, it turned out that "They just made a mistake with the price.".. I feel cheated... Well, it looks very much like a divorce!!! At first, to my indignation that it was so ugly to act, an answer was received to go where it was cheaper, then they added that it was not a fact that my colleagues would supply me with high-quality glass, and then "I just made a mistake, I apologized"....
That's because of such a "service" the organization loses your customers!!!
