05.01.2022 at 15:15 I signed up for the repair of cracks, took a promo code on cream, arrived on time, went to the box, they said to wait a little, the manager will come and call. It's been half an hour, a guy came up to another guy with questions, did you come to us? It turned out to be the manager, and it was not clear what I was told to expect, as a result, I still waited for 10-15 minutes until I drove into the box. I stopped by , another man came to repair the cracks. We agreed that they would drill and that was it . As a result, the person who came after me without an appointment was released in 10 minutes. Then the "specialist" took over my car and started drilling and then the battery at the drill sat down, they put it on charge, waited for 10 minutes, drilled, then charged again and drilled again, in general, I spent 1.5-2 hours on all this. I went to pay for the promo code, it doesn't work, they say, for drilling, even though it says for repairing cracks, okay, I paid 24p for the promo code. He sat down and went home. On the morning of 6.01 I went on business, got into the car, looked at the cracks, climbed further, called, they say come and redo it. I arrived, waited 5-10 minutes, drove into the box, the master began to drill the hop and the battery ran out again..THAT AGAIN, they charged again, drilled again, at least they did it... in about an hour, they did not even apologize for the time spent and the poor quality of their services.
The result in two days I spent more than 5 hours of my time, taking into account the road, the cracks calmed down after the second appeal, but increased relative to the first time, the quality of the services provided wants to leave the best..
cons:
- punctuality of recording and priority in turn;
- the quality of the services performed;
- not the ability to admit your mistakes.
For sure, the apologies and a cup of coffee smoothed the blame a little. The review would have been less negative, but it is as it is.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND CONTACTING THIS INSTITUTION TO REPAIR CAR WINDOWS!!!

The first time I changed the glass to my Saab, everything was fine! And the second time I changed the glass to Isuzu Axiom, the glass was changed for 6 hours. They said to come in an hour, it will be ready. I arrived and waited for another 2 hours. I understand that the car is rare, but is it too much? One janitor did not clean well, the case is 1÷ out of 100, but I had to go for the 2nd day to change the janitor. Why not check the operation of the wipers right away?
