Personally, it's hard for me to say. I remember the main bus station at the Central Market. And then they built this one. He was incredibly handsome. Modern.
I didn't like it, it fell into disrepair at the end of 2010. They were slums. With a stink, etc. And then he was fucked up. It hurt. This is one of those buildings that glorify the city. Like the railway, like the Avangard Stadium, like the Chinese Wall, like the Kursk Bulge, like the Durakovka along with the Shevchenko monument, like our tanks of the First World War. This is our city.
And, by the end of the 90s, it was a complete trash.
But. Today it is a good and clean building. My respect to the staff of this rather voluminous building.
Hot. Repairs and major repairs are needed. There is no toilet or luggage storage on site. The buses run well. I couldn't find an online pre-order either.
It performs its function, sometimes very psychotic cashiers come across, the misfortune that they want to throw out on the client turns out to be very unpleasant, The toilet is only paid, the benches are dirty on the piron,
Clean, quiet. There are several cafes nearby, there is a place to eat. Corresponds to a bus station under martial law. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a place to recharge my phone.
Dispatchers are not particularly willing to work, do not always have information about the arrival of buses, and some like to be rude.
The advantage is that you can buy tickets online.
I recently visited the city of Lugansk. A nice, quiet city. There is a bus station, you can go in different directions. You can buy tickets for money or pay with a card.
Soviet architecture. I have not seen such buildings anywhere. The ticket offices work in the hall and on the platforms, it is very convenient. There is a free Wi-Fi, but you need to make a call to register, to do this, turn on roaming. There are 24-hour snack bars on site. They accept cards at the cash desks and there are several PSB ATMs in the hall.
Attitudes towards people are just a nightmare, I don't even want to list everything, the leadership needs to pay attention for a long time, and it's time to live by Russian standards
The station hall is large, there is a lot of retail space, there is coffee tea pastries for those who have been waiting for the bus departure for a long time.
The hall is cold, it is not very comfortable inside.
There were only two cash desks, one for those who serve, the other for civilians.
In this regard, there was a long queue.
It's time to think about the storage room, it's not very convenient because of the bags you sit in place for 6-8h. Since you won't be walking around the city with your luggage.
I often go to Donbass, this time I stopped at the station to pick up a friend and was very surprised by the size of the station and the cleanliness in it.
It was 07/16/24. Not a single store was open. It's stuffy inside.
Repairs are made only where the most has happened. Well, it works and it's already good
The station needs repairs , but I think they will do it soon . There is no room for luggage storage. The toilet on the street is paid. Otherwise, in principle, everything is fine. The tickets are sold the same and at the same price that you can buy online.
How can the city's central bus station be private??? How could a state-owned public facility be sold? And now buses do not depart from it, but passing through it, but depart from the railway station (railway bus station or former railway bus station - you kill in a search engine and Google gets lost - the utter absurdity)
Everything is decent and take tickets and relax before the next trip.I have known this station since the opening day.I would like the passenger traffic to be the same as 40 years ago.👍
It's freezing outside, the bus arrived before the morning public transport started running - even if it freezes - the station is closed for the night. Is it possible to leave at least some small room open so that passengers have somewhere to keep warm!? When paying at the ticket counter, the cashier refused to pay by bank transfer, saying that something was not working, and it was necessary to pay in cash. She even indicated the direction to the ATM - apparently, there is an interest in cash.
I've been to this bus station a couple of times. There is a warm waiting room, which made me very happy in winter. You will not find a toilet in the bus station itself, you will have to go to the next building, which is very inconvenient, and it is generally closed late in the evening. Although the bus station is open.
It's just a tinny thing to call the bus station, it's simply impossible to find out the schedule, no number picks up the phone, you have to go to the bus station to find out the bus schedule, but you may not be able to buy a ticket because it's not clear whether there will be a bus or not. Rudeness as a distinctive sign, not all of course, but often
The bus station itself is good, there are places where you can have a snack, sit and wait for the bus. But flights are often canceled. I left in the evening and I had to spend the whole day at the train station, because buses from our city run in the morning and then not regularly. I understand that it's all because of the situation, I hope that everything will get better soon.
They started to put things in order, otherwise they drive around the territory no matter who is lazy, even taxi drivers were kicked out of the territory, it would be good.
Buses to any direction of the region and beyond. The building has a place to rest before the road. Visitors to the city have the opportunity to get there. Anonymous unofficial taxi drivers charge very expensive for travel when official taxi drivers are two times cheaper
The constant cancellation of buses, often queues at the ticket offices, as only a few cashiers serve. Rudeness of cashiers and drivers. Most buses should have been written off long ago, the trash is utter. Many buses don't have trunks, where should I put my bags??? But the biggest problem is canceling buses or filing with fewer seats. You sold your tickets in advance!!!!, but there are no seats for people. We have to wait several hours for the next bus

Excellent train station, everything is there, everything is convenient, the only thing is there is no free toilet. Characteristically, there is no such station in Liski and Voronezh.
I just like it at the train station. Neat, clean, there are garbage cans everywhere (I see this as a good plus). Nice clean toilet. There are buffets. I would like two large stores standing next to each other to start working anyway. It was kind of cool with them, it felt like you were in the city of Lugansk, but not in some suburban village.
We hope that after the repair everything will be beautiful and even better than it was before.

I really like this bus station, I often come and leave it cleanly warm, you can always go where you need to, there are no queues, tickets are available, the cashiers are polite, the toilet is free, you can have a snack in a great cafe, minibuses can leave every minute to any end of Lugansk
An ordinary bus station, everything is fine. But one or two ticket offices are open and you have to stand in line for a ticket for a long time. It is cold inside the bus station in winter and there is not a single working toilet inside the station. You need to run outside and it's uncomfortable in the cold or rain
It's hot in summer and cold in winter.
It seems to me that access to the free Internet is necessary. Passengers sometimes wait for a long time, someone is traveling from Russian regions and does not have a local SIM card.
Bus station in Lugansk.... M yes... I don't want to say anything bad, and it seems that in general everything is good, but a huge minus with a minus is toilets (unpleasant and dirty places). And only because of the toilets is such an assessment. Otherwise, considering the circumstances - 5 stars.
A very good and well-built complex. Looking at the ceiling design, you can understand that it was built for centuries and there is clearly a helicopter landing pad on the roof! There are only two such structures in the world! Lugansk and the bus station in Sofia (Bulgaria)
