We contacted this clinic based on recommendations. The kitten drank a lot at 2 months old and often went to the tray, which scared us. As a result of the visit, we received an answer that he was still small and we changed the food. After 2 weeks, the kitten couldn't get up and walk, so I took him there again. Diagnosis: viral infection according to the doctor's version. 2 droppers a day and an antibiotic, after 2 days it did not get better, and the doctor said that he was eating, well, that means it's fine. We sat in queues for a long time, they forgot about us that they came to the IV. Seeing that the kitten was getting worse, she turned to another clinic, where they clearly showed that it was not a viral infection and changed the appointments, so he is now alive.
I didn't like the attitude of the staff. If you do not have time to serve such a large flow of people, it is better to reduce the number and provide high-quality assistance to pets. I do not advise contacting you if you really have something serious. I give 2 stars only for nurses who pay more attention and care than doctors

We picked up a kitten and signed up for an initial examination. During the examination, the doctor was told that the kitten had just been picked up from the street and needed to be examined for possible infections.
This "nedovrach" just looked at the kitten, did not even shine it with ultraviolet light for fungal infections (microsporia). I didn't take blood tests either - "the kitten looks healthy, why the tests?".
Then he sent me to pay the bill.
The next day we got a phone call asking why we didn't screen the kitten for microsporia, they immediately told us that we ourselves had to ask. That is, their "doctors" did not even guess that a kitten picked up from the street should be checked for microsporia.
If your pet is dear to you, it is better not to contact this "institution".
A few years ago, we were at a reception, a rodent died during an ultrasound. We did not investigate the details of this situation, although it was strange, because the study is quite standard. Nothing foreshadowed. But as for the communication of the doctor at the reception, the medical staff in the ultrasound room after the death of the pet, we did not like it. The attitude is cold, indifferent, if not aggressive. We will no longer apply to this clinic. Everything happens in life, but it is important that there be politeness and a friendly attitude towards the client, but we did not feel them. As a result, a therapist's appointment with an X-ray (for a total of 70p), where they said that the reaction to vaccination. Next time it will be an entry in the complaint book. I do not recommend this vet clinic, if you need help, then this is a 50/50 option... As they told me: "no one can guarantee that you will get to the reception."

In February, a beautiful creature named Puma (British girl) appeared in our family. On the recommendation of our children who have a pet, we turned to Aibivet on Prushinsky. The friendly team, attentive attitude to the pet and the owners, with explanations on all issues of concern left a very pleasant impression. Regarding the queue, we applied by appointment and once urgently (we were accepted within 40 minutes). To date, we entrust the health of our pet to Aibivet specialists.

On December 5, an urgent afternoon, we arrived to take tests with a dog in a very serious condition, which was told to the administrator. There was no one in front of us. At first, we waited 5 minutes for a doctor to take blood in an empty clinic, and then we met our friend a dermatologist and she took an analysis after seeing us, and then waited 5 minutes for us to be calculated (attach a card - 10 seconds of time). Every minute was important to us. We are very disappointed with this attitude.
We do not recommend the clinic. The therapist did not recommend that we take a blood test, but prescribed medication when the dog refused to eat. After that, he offered to give her analgin and shove food, instead of other treatment and blood tests. Blood tests were taken later at another clinic and they became crucial for the appointment of treatment.
The only doctor who gives himself to work there is dermatologist Davidovich Elizaveta. We recommend it wholeheartedly.
I am satisfied with the quality of the veterinarians' services. But there is a big problem with the organization of security. We were at the reception with a cat, and the unconscious owners of two Stafords were nearby! A man and a woman, the owners, suddenly decided that their pets were harmless and took off the muzzle of one of the dogs. And all this in a narrow corridor. Why don't administrators make comments like this?

Assistants (doctor's assistants). For the most part, they are like the same administrators, only very fussy (which is understandable). It is clear that they do everything automatically, since there are many patients. They love animals, I have no doubt about it. There is a feeling of a conveyor belt, but what can you do - such a job. We need to help and do it quickly. Avtushko, Kabak, Minkevich, Mark, Ilona (I don't remember the last name) are clever.
Doctors. I will not talk about all of them, since we did not cross paths with all of them. I liked Zinkevich and Kuntsevich very much. Veresova made a very good impression, it is clear that she is a competent doctor. Vasilkin is a seasoned man, obviously knows his business. He does not rush to surgery if he sees that the case is not neglected. Cherkanov - briefly and to the point. He may seem distant, but in fact he wants to help. You can feel it.
Money. You will have to pay for everything. In this place, it seems that even the air is put on the meter… And that's not true, of course, it's just the atmosphere. It's scary to come, it's scary to leave, because you don't know how much money you'll leave and how much more you'll have to. You don't think about money when it comes to the life of an animal. I do not want this to be used, it is advisable to give customers more detailed explanations. For example, a printed form describing all the services provided and the prices opposite (as in dentistry). This will increase trust in the clinic, as there is a persistent stereotype in society: veterinarians want to skin you “to the bone”.
Result. So far, this is the best vet clinic we've visited. Yes, if a pet gets sick, it will be both alarming and expensive. But that's life. We treat ourselves and treat our loved ones. We were at the clinic on 02/03/24 for an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity in AibiVET. I am outraged, because when they called, they signed up only for an ultrasound worth 34 rubles. We know the problem of the dog, there is cystitis. In other clinics, the ultrasound specialist tells us whether there is a problem or not and prescribes an appointment. When making an appointment, I did not ask for a doctor's appointment, but they arbitrarily entered it and charged 60 rubles for everything, without asking if it was needed or not. When I called after my husband's visit to the clinic, why they told me 34, but they took 60 rubles., they said, well, they told you the reason and prescribed an appointment. I explain once again, we didn't need an appointment, just an appointment. To which I was told, the reception was, so 60. So, owners of ponytails, please pay attention to the deception when visiting in the cost of services. I do not recommend this clinic.

They were vaccinated, so much so that an abscess began. They did not help with repeated treatment. We went to another clinic, where doctors were able to help the pet.
They can't make a diagnosis. I drove the dog twice and several more times by my father-in-law, the reasons for refusing food were not found, they prescribed a bunch of drugs that did not help. New drugs were prescribed each time. They did not offer to go to another clinic, they only recommended repeated appointments where they did not understand anything. They found gastritis, and that's it. Other authorities examined it only after our requests. Medicines did not help, they did not find reasons for refusing food, but they did not refuse new methods, and it does not matter that they do not understand the reasons, the main thing is that they come to them again and again. Normal people would poison others, saying that it is necessary to save the dog, otherwise they do not understand the reason. The result is that the dog died.
We visited the clinic as part of the medical examination, did ultrasound, tests and a general examination of our cat. Responsive and courteous staff, analyses and transcripts were done promptly. We were satisfied.
My cat was killed, the animal was only one year old. For two weeks I went to them every day for ivs and injections from an unknown disease, they performed a laparotomy on my poor animal-so, to look at everyone, they did a lot of tests, ultrasound, X-rays, a biopsy for oncology, they were at every doctor in this clinic, one of them said that the cat was healthy and he just needed depressants to drink, someone said something to the intestines, and as a result, the day before his death, he was diagnosed with panleukopenia and the next day he died. I just don't say how many hundreds of money have been spent. One laparotomy cost 500 rubles....and every day for 100 to 200 rubles ....but then it was absolutely not important. I trusted the professionals...I am writing this post for those who are going through a difficult time -the disease of their animal. In this clinic, you can vaccinate and castrate the cat at most- by the way, the clinic has an excellent rating of 4.9 points just according to reviews from such manipulations. I am writing this post in order to protect someone from what I and my animal have experienced. If the animal is sick, look for good doctors. And I.. I cry every day...
