I believe the F&B is not customised enough, in the buffet just green tea is chargeable,👎 that caused problem for Central Asian people, who like to drink hot beverages during dinner. I would like to ask the F&B department to be responsible for target audience and service customisation. I think it's shame for 5* hotel to make simple tea chargeable.

Nice hotel, has its own beach. Big thanks to housekeeping and valet parking guys, very friendly and professional.
Artisan kitchen better go for breakfast before 9.30am, after that so crowded, that waitress stuff not able to clean tables in time.

It's a lovely hotel. Clean, nice and friendly staff, always helped with any questions. The reception is very competent upon check-in and takes into account the wishes if you need to adjust the accommodation conditions somewhere. The view from the rooms is beautiful, but the rooms themselves are always clean and room service comes every day. The food is good, and there is something new every day, but for the most part the assortment does not change (I stayed at the hotel for a week). Although the beach is small, you can almost always find a place on the sun beds within 3-5 minutes. The cafes and restaurants on site are quite expensive, but they cook well. There is a place to go nearby, and by the way, it is very convenient that in the neighboring Etihad towers on the P1 level there is a supermarket where you can quickly shop if you do not have the time / desire to go somewhere.

We had a rest here at the end of April. I was very pleased with the hotel:atmospheric, beautiful, modern inside and out. Well located, there is a place to walk. The territory is very compact. There is a small beach line, but there is enough space for everyone both on the beach and by the pool. I was a little upset by the low tide, but not critically. The staff tries to please in everything, they respond instantly to requests. The room has everything:bathrobes, slippers, hygiene items. There wasn't enough balcony to enjoy the beauty of sitting in an armchair with a cup of coffee and drying swimsuits. The cuisine is simply amazing, there are always seafood, fish, desserts. Very tasty waffles for breakfast. The rest was a success. The hotel deserves its stars.

We lived in an apartment with a separate bedroom - everything was very pleasant. Nice bed, great living room, missing a balcony or terrace. Tea, coffee, bottled water without restrictions. We didn't have one-time toothbrushes and toothpaste, or a shaving machine, but we take these things with us or buy them at the market. The kitchen has all the appliances, a washing machine. There was no toaster or juicer, but that's not relevant for us. Daily cleaning service. Sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi are free of charge. The staff is very polite and friendly. The pool and the beach are very clean, the sea is 20 meters away. The hotel itself is very well located, next to the Etihad towers twin towers, 50 meters from the Monoprix market. Across the street is the Emirat Palase with a giant park for walking. Marina moll shopping Center is a 20-minute walk along the waterfront.

Good afternoon, friends. I was lucky enough to have a rest in this 6+ hotel. An excellent establishment, there are apartments and rooms, an excellent restaurant with a varied menu for every taste. Very friendly service. The first line has its own beach, large swimming pool, showers. The hotel has a sauna, spa, massage and everything else for every budget. It is very expensive in the season. Nearby there is a huge shopping center, a promenade for evening walks. The hotel is located in the city center, near the bus station. It is cheaper to travel by taxi than to rent a transport. Good roads, public transport is available. In terms of adventure, there is a desert, camels, museums, the best in the world - a water park, an aquarium, etc., etc. The
season ends in May, then begins - the heat is "Hell" as local residents say, these are those who came to work.
I recommend everyone to visit Abu Dhabi. The difference from Dubai is a more relaxing vacation.

The only negative is that the hotel's beach is small, there are a lot of algae, and you can see your neighbors on the opposite shore, just like a native Russian river =) But with a child, for example, it is convenient because everything is fenced and shallow.
I do not consider it necessary to remove the star for this because we know about the beach in advance, besides, the pool is excellent!

We had a rest with my wife from 25.01 to 08.02.2025. I really liked the hotel, cozy and comfortable room. Friendly staff, daily cleaning and change of towels. The hotel has a lobby, cafes, restaurants, a souvenir shop, a swimming pool and a cozy beach. We especially liked the work of the hotel's animators. Their names are Margot and Sasha. We stayed at the hotel in April 2025, excellent hotel, spacious room. It has tea/coffee/ shampoo/ shower gel/ hair dryer/iron. Pleasant lobby area, live music playing in the evenings. The hotel is very well located. The Presidential Palace can be reached on foot. The Emirates Palace Hotel is opposite. The hotel's beach is small, but you can walk on the Corniche (there is a free piece, sun beds + an umbrella from 30 dirhams per day). Marina Mall Shopping Center is 2 km away.

A great hotel for a beach holiday in the greener city of Abu Dhabi. Great location, nice beach, small, but the main part is shaded by palm trees, you won't burn out. Delicious food, seafood in abundance, desserts, meat dishes. There is a gym, it is well equipped, you can work out during the peak heat.
Take a taxi to the Louvre Museum, 20 minutes on foot to the nearest shopping center. All the views from the rooms are beautiful, to the Sheikh's palace, to the Mandarin Hotel with a beautiful park and fountains, to the sea.

We rested here in September 2024. The hotel is very nice. It is located well relative to the sights (the Presidential Palace is visible from the window), two kilometers from the Marina Mall (it seems to be nearby, but in this heat it is better to take a taxi for 12 dirhams). The mall in the next hotel is about nothing....
The food is varied; fish, meat, poultry, vegetables, fruits, side dishes, soups, and more. Separately, I would like to say about cheeses with mold. They are of excellent quality. There are more than enough places in the restaurant. A small beach, but there are very few vacationers on it, because many of the guests are working people, they do not have time for the beach. Therefore, there are plenty of sunbeds. The area of the sea, fenced off by buoys for swimming, is also small, and at low tide it can be a little shallow, but you can still swim without any problems. Well, when the tide is in, then swim for your pleasure.
The rooms are cleaned daily. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion - all this is in abundance. Toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving accessories on request. There are no problems with drinking water.
The staff is friendly, friendly, but there are problems with knowledge of the Russian language. The manager at the reception of the Plane tree helped out.
There is practically no animation (only live music in the evenings in the lobby). But for us it's more of a plus. Maybe that's why there are almost no vacationers with children.
Due to the fact that the hotel does not have balconies, it is difficult to dry clothes.
And of course I would like to observe the sea, but alas, there is no such opportunity.
And in general, we really enjoyed our stay here. I highly RECOMMEND IT!

We stayed at this hotel during the May holidays. The hotel is a gorgeous hotel, beautiful. Our friendly company really enjoyed it. A cool Arabic-style hotel,
I rested in it for a week, a rich selection for breakfast, comfortable rooms, I liked the green lawn in front of the beach with thick grass, it's so nice to walk barefoot or sunbathe on the grass, the beach is cozy with a sandy entrance, of course there is also a swimming pool.

We went with friends during Ramadan 2025 and were pleasantly surprised by a free-standing tent on the street, where the tables were full of food, everything was delicious, bright, the waiters immediately cleared away dirty dishes, an evening show where they played a skirt, live national music. The hotel is new, everything is top-notch, we checked in before lunch, the room is clean. Tea/coffee, bathroom accessories were replenished daily, and toothbrushes, a shaving machine, and thread were also in the bathroom when checking in. There are enough hangers in the closet for two. The beds with pillows are an indescribable delight-royal! Everything was clean and new, there was no extraneous hair, dust, dirt, etc. in the room, a smart home was installed, and you can control the entire room from a tablet on the bedside table.
The receptionists are lovely, smiling and always ready to help the managers. They helped us buy tickets for all the excursions that we had booked and cheaper than at the box office.
We were delighted, this is a place where we want to return.

We had a rest in Babalcasr from April 5 to April 10, 2025.
1. Arrival and Check-in.
We arrived in Dubai on April 5 at 3 p.m., and took an individual transfer in just under 1.5 hours to Abu Dhabi.
2. The number.
We settled right away. We carried our suitcases to the room. They gave me a luxury room on the 35th floor (they didn't pay anything extra or ask for anything). The room is very large, panoramic Windows on two sides. There is no mini bar, but the refrigerator is working. They bring water, tea/coffee. Two TVs, a sofa and a large but short bed (my husband's legs were hanging down at 1.89m tall). Bath and shower, toilet and bidet, hygienic shower, hairdryer and safe. Own kitchen area. There are slippers and bathrobes. The charging adapter was given free of charge after a request from the reception. There are no toothbrushes, they were provided after a request at the reception, they brought a couple of disposable brushes (as a result, the paste was bought at the Marina Mall shopping center). There were problems with cleaning: after breakfast, when leaving the room, they pressed the cleaning button. But nothing happened, as a result, they themselves went to the reception twice with a request to clean up and change everything, to bring it. Then one time the cleaner came almost at 7:00 p.m., so maybe they just didn't have time to reach us during the day. There was no balcony in the room.
3. Food and drinks.
We took ol inclusive. Not all alcohol is free, but there is a list according to the coupon code. One pool bar, and one at the end of the beach (closed earlier than scheduled in the evening). We liked the beer (there are two types on the list, but almost all the times they were given Krombacher. White, red, and pink brut wines are common. Cocktails: mojito, tequila sunrise, cuba libra, screwdriver; non-alcoholic is also a choice. Drinks under the painting. Everything was fine with the food, there is a lot of choice, in my opinion, you can please everyone.
4. The beach.
The beach was disappointing. A very small sandy area, algae and a strong low tide in the evening. Plus, it's a bay, and there's already a lot of construction going on on the opposite side. Shallow water. Lots of fish, small crabs at low tide in the evening. After breakfast, it was very difficult to find sun beds, everyone was busy with towels.
5. Add-ons.
Free transfer to Yas parks (only when buying tickets to any park on the website or through a tour operator), free transfer does not apply to Mall shopping center. Free sauna and gym (did not go). There is a rental point for equipment (sap, bananas, etc.) on the beach. They make hookahs by the pool (the pool is heated, but not deep), there is ice cream. There is a Marina Mall shopping center within a 30-minute moderate walk, nothing special was found, branded shops and a supermarket.
To sum up: we enjoyed the rest, the hotel itself, the food and drinks, the location. The beach area and cleaning service were disappointing. We would have returned to this hotel again!

The hotel feels very ambiguous.
We arrived at night, no one checked in before 15:00, they didn't let us rest in the lobby either - you can sit, you can't lie down on the sofa. Even the birthday didn't help)) Breakfast/lunch is also not allowed before check-in. You can be more precise, but from 160 dirhams per person.
Room cleaning- they stupidly change towels and make the bed. There was a dirty plate for several days ((
You can't take extra water in the restaurant (they wanted to take it to the beach), the staff is just guarding.
We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner included. But for lunch, coffee and tea are paid, only water. I don't say anything about alcohol at all - it's better not to take it and go to the store).
The food is normal, you won't be hungry for sure.
It's not bad on the beach, if only because it's just there. The sun beds were always clean, and there was plenty of room for everyone.
As for smiles and friendliness, don't expect it, people just do their job and refer to the rules. Customer orientation? That's not the case.

Everything is fine, the downsides were this week, the lawn was laid at the hotel on the new territory of the beach, as there are absolutely not enough sun beds and places to place on the sand of the beach. A perfectly located hotel in the best area of Abu Dhabi. The beach is very small, there are not enough sun beds for everyone. You won't find anyone available at 11:00. There were bedbugs in our friends' room on the 20th floor. The breakfast was varied, but there was always a dissatisfied person and a queue for making omelets and scrambled eggs. I had to give up my favorite omelet. The cleaning is usual, we had it in the evening around 18.00 when we were already in the room. They made do with changing towels, getting water and taking out garbage. At the reception, the Russian-speaking Plane tree is not at all amiable. She was outraged that Russians come and do not know English. So, learn the language, citizens. There is a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. I liked the hotel as a whole.
Positive: good rooms, beautiful views from the Windows, excellent food, helpful staff, a good gym ass, its own seaside beach.
Cons: prices for drinks and food. I took full board. Coffee at the bar and on the beach - Americano 35 dirhams ($9.5), a glass of beer - 50 dirhams ($13.5).
Too much for me.
It was not possible to swim in the pool, upon our arrival it was closed for repairs, which somehow unexpectedly coincided with the Ramadan holiday.
Alcohol by the pool is freely available, but the pool is not...
Location - near Sheikh Zayed Palace and Emirates palace.
The nearest embankments/parks, etc. are 1.5-2 km away. Marina Mall shopping center is nearby.
As for me, it's beautiful, but boring.

The hotel is nice, but only for adults. There is nothing for children. There is a very small children's pool, they are not allowed in the big one even with adults. Only if there are arm guards. There is a children's room listed on the hotel's website, but it is a separate 2x2 wooden house with no animator. The food is good, but it is better to pay in advance. It's more expensive on the spot.
