Best costumer expereince at loop bar..
Wide slections of drinks and food with service from Prajwal and nishant ..
Thank you guys will be back again, 😀😀😀
Amazing Hotel!! Very clean rooms and the service is excellent! The staff are extremely friendly and they have always a big smile on their face! I like that!
Perfect location 😃
Clean and quick service of house keeping,👍
I believe the F&B is not customised enough, in the buffet just green tea is chargeable,👎 that caused problem for Central Asian people, who like to drink hot beverages during dinner. I would like to ask the F&B department to be responsible for target audience and service customisation. I think it's shame for 5* hotel to make simple tea chargeable.
Nice hotel, has its own beach. Big thanks to housekeeping and valet parking guys, very friendly and professional.
Artisan kitchen better go for breakfast before 9.30am, after that so crowded, that waitress stuff not able to clean tables in time.
We lived in an apartment with a separate bedroom - everything was very pleasant. Nice bed, great living room, missing a balcony or terrace. Tea, coffee, bottled water without restrictions. We didn't have one-time toothbrushes and toothpaste, or a shaving machine, but we take these things with us or buy them at the market. The kitchen has all the appliances, a washing machine. There was no toaster or juicer, but that's not relevant for us. Daily cleaning service. Sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi are free of charge. The staff is very polite and friendly. The pool and the beach are very clean, the sea is 20 meters away. The hotel itself is very well located, next to the Etihad towers twin towers, 50 meters from the Monoprix market. Across the street is the Emirat Palase with a giant park for walking. Marina moll shopping Center is a 20-minute walk along the waterfront.
Good afternoon, friends. I was lucky enough to have a rest in this 6+ hotel. An excellent establishment, there are apartments and rooms, an excellent restaurant with a varied menu for every taste. Very friendly service. The first line has its own beach, large swimming pool, showers. The hotel has a sauna, spa, massage and everything else for every budget. It is very expensive in the season. Nearby there is a huge shopping center, a promenade for evening walks. The hotel is located in the city center, near the bus station. It is cheaper to travel by taxi than to rent a transport. Good roads, public transport is available. In terms of adventure, there is a desert, camels, museums, the best in the world - a water park, an aquarium, etc., etc. The
season ends in May, then begins - the heat is "Hell" as local residents say, these are those who came to work.
I recommend everyone to visit Abu Dhabi. The difference from Dubai is a more relaxing vacation.
We had a rest with my wife from 25.01 to 08.02.2025. I really liked the hotel, cozy and comfortable room. Friendly staff, daily cleaning and change of towels. The hotel has a lobby, cafes, restaurants, a souvenir shop, a swimming pool and a cozy beach. We especially liked the work of the hotel's animators. Their names are Margot and Sasha. Every day they did exercises, water aerobics in the pool and various interesting games. The Egizbayevs Murat and Natasha.
We rested here in September 2024. The hotel is very nice. It is located well relative to the sights (the Presidential Palace is visible from the window), two kilometers from the Marina Mall (it seems to be nearby, but in this heat it is better to take a taxi for 12 dirhams). The mall in the next hotel is about nothing....
The food is varied; fish, meat, poultry, vegetables, fruits, side dishes, soups, and more. Separately, I would like to say about cheeses with mold. They are of excellent quality. There are more than enough places in the restaurant. A small beach, but there are very few vacationers on it, because many of the guests are working people, they do not have time for the beach. Therefore, there are plenty of sunbeds. The area of the sea, fenced off by buoys for swimming, is also small, and at low tide it can be a little shallow, but you can still swim without any problems. Well, when the tide is in, then swim for your pleasure.
The rooms are cleaned daily. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion - all this is in abundance. Toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving accessories on request. There are no problems with drinking water.
The staff is friendly, friendly, but there are problems with knowledge of the Russian language. The manager at the reception of the Plane tree helped out.
There is practically no animation (only live music in the evenings in the lobby). But for us it's more of a plus. Maybe that's why there are almost no vacationers with children.
Due to the fact that the hotel does not have balconies, it is difficult to dry clothes.
And of course I would like to observe the sea, but alas, there is no such opportunity.
And in general, we really enjoyed our stay here. I highly RECOMMEND IT!
We had a family vacation during the New Year holidays .We came from Uzbekistan, the city of Tashkent. I really liked it, everything is great! Convenient location, Furnishings, interior, design, service, service, food, clean pool, beach, Russian-speaking staff-everything is excellent, corresponds to the category. Special thanks to the staff at the reception center, Gayrat.
I want to come back again and enjoy a good rest and comfort!
Thank you very much!
great hotel. the food is decent, the room has excellent sound insulation, a wonderful mattress and pillows. the views from the window of Morko and the presidential palace are pleasing. the beach is small, but with excellent sand and plenty of free sunbeds. In general, urgent recommendations
we got to Independence Day, looked at Arab dances and treats
Good hotel and service, speak only English, always try to help, prompt. The rooms are great, clean. The beach is like a small bay, but it is quite possible to swim, the sand is white, shallow, nice to go in. Convenient location, near the Corniche, Emirates Palace, the Palace, there is a place to walk.
Good location in an interesting area, lots of attractions, beautiful architecture. It's a wonderful restaurant. Cuisine for every taste. Cons- small beach, rocky bottom, sharp stones, twice injured my leg, not enough sun beds. There are no Russian-speaking staff, although there are at least 40 Russian tourists in the hotel.%
Nice hotel, varied food. The rooms are clean, bright, excellent cleaning and friendly staff, but there is no Russian speaker, only English. The beach is small, there are very few sun beds, we got up at 6 a.m. to occupy the sun beds, the pool is also small and there are also very few sun beds. The hotel has a Rosemary restaurant, very tasty.
The hotel is very COOL! We lived on the 36th floor, and every day we had a magnificent view of the city. It's a 1000-and-one-night story. Nutrition score is also 100 points 🔥. Definitely recommend it!!! Everything is at a high level, both room cleaning and restaurant service. There is a spa, a special place of solitude. If anyone doubts the choice of this hotel, then come to Bab Al Qasr- you will not regret it.
We spent a week at this hotel, we liked the hotel! The food is excellent, for every taste: delicious desserts, cakes, a large selection of fruits, hot dishes, salads. Great respect to the cook! The rooms are cleaned daily, the location is great, the sights are nearby! The only negative is check-in at three, from 10 o'clock we expected a room in the lobby.
The location of the hotel is great, you can go out into the city at any time to walk around the beautiful countryside, the rooms are luxurious, the room size and cleanliness are also good, the service is good enough, but the food was poisoned, the 4-day trip to Abu Dhabi was ruined completely and irrevocably.
The views are great, and the rooms are great too. The sockets in the room are anything but European. The renovation would be updated to modern standards, add universal outlets in the right places and lighting groups. A room is always upgraded by one notch. The breakfasts are excellent, the pool is small, but not bad. The beach is also small, but out of season there is more than enough swimming.
We went with friends during Ramadan 2025 and were pleasantly surprised by a free-standing tent on the street, where the tables were full of food, everything was delicious, bright, the waiters immediately cleared away dirty dishes, an evening show where they played a skirt, live national music. Colorful, tasty, and memorable.
The hotel is new, everything is top-notch, we checked in before lunch, the room is clean. Tea/coffee and bathroom accessories were replenished daily.
The receptionists are lovely, smiling and always ready to help the managers. They helped us buy tickets for all the excursions that we had booked and cheaper than at the box office.
We were delighted, this is a place where we want to return.
The beach is too small if the hotel is full, but there were few Russians on our vacation, the beach is half empty,
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are excellent, the cleaning is done every day, the view from the room is also great, there is a lot to see and where to walk nearby, the disadvantage is a small beach, queues at the restaurant. There is a wide variety of food, the staff is polite.
Nice city hotel 35 minutes drive from Abu Dhabi Airport. Clean, cozy, decent. But it's not cheap from the point of view of restaurants and bars, about 2 times the prices are higher, but it's understandable - the hotel.
The food and service are good. The staff is helpful, the rooms are cleaned every day. The rooms are clean, very stylish, and the hotel's Wi-Fi is free without passwords. The beach is very small and there is no sea at all! A shallow streamlet, and with the ebb, turns into a puddle.
I stayed at the hotel last year, the hotel is expensive! The breakfasts are great, the beach, the room, absolutely everything! I'm thrilled! Courteous staff, luxury, nearby restaurants with delicious food
We had a rest in Babalcasr from April 5 to April 10, 2025.
1. Arrival and Check-in.
We arrived in Dubai on April 5 at 3 p.m., and took an individual transfer in just under 1.5 hours to Abu Dhabi.
2. The number.
We settled right away. We carried our suitcases to the room. They gave me a luxury room on the 35th floor (they didn't pay anything extra or ask for anything). The room is very large, panoramic Windows on two sides. There is no mini bar, but the refrigerator is working. They bring water, tea/coffee. Two TVs, a sofa and a large but short bed (my husband's legs were hanging down at 1.89m tall). Bath and shower, toilet and bidet, hygienic shower, hairdryer and safe. Own kitchen area. There are slippers and bathrobes. The charging adapter was given free of charge after a request from the reception. There are no toothbrushes, they were provided after a request at the reception, they brought a couple of disposable brushes (as a result, the paste was bought at the Marina Mall shopping center). There were problems with cleaning: after breakfast, when leaving the room, they pressed the cleaning button. But nothing happened, as a result, they themselves went to the reception twice with a request to clean up and change everything, to bring it. Then one time the cleaner came almost at 7:00 p.m., so maybe they just didn't have time to reach us during the day. There was no balcony in the room.
3. Food and drinks.
We took ol inclusive. Not all alcohol is free, but there is a list according to the coupon code. One pool bar, and one at the end of the beach (closed earlier than scheduled in the evening). We liked the beer (there are two types on the list, but almost all the times they were given Krombacher. White, red, and pink brut wines are common. Cocktails: mojito, tequila sunrise, cuba libra, screwdriver; non-alcoholic is also a choice. Drinks under the painting. Everything was fine with the food, there is a lot of choice, in my opinion, you can please everyone.
4. The beach.
The beach was disappointing. A very small sandy area, algae and a strong low tide in the evening. Plus, it's a bay, and there's already a lot of construction going on on the opposite side. Shallow water. Lots of fish, small crabs at low tide in the evening. After breakfast, it was very difficult to find sun beds, everyone was busy with towels.
5. Add-ons.
Free transfer to Yas parks (only when buying tickets to any park on the website or through a tour operator), free transfer does not apply to Mall shopping center. Free sauna and gym (did not go). There is a rental point for equipment (sap, bananas, etc.) on the beach. They make hookahs by the pool (the pool is heated, but not deep), there is ice cream. There is a Marina Mall shopping center within a 30-minute moderate walk, nothing special was found, branded shops and a supermarket.
To sum up: we enjoyed the rest, the hotel itself, the food and drinks, the location. The beach area and cleaning service were disappointing. We would have returned to this hotel again!
A perfectly located hotel in the best area of Abu Dhabi. The beach is very small, there are not enough sun beds for everyone. You won't find anyone available at 11:00. There were bedbugs in our friends' room on the 20th floor. The breakfast was varied, but there was always a dissatisfied person and a queue for making omelets and scrambled eggs. I had to give up my favorite omelet. The cleaning is usual, we had it in the evening around 18.00 when we were already in the room. They made do with changing towels, getting water and taking out garbage. At the reception, the Russian-speaking Plane tree is not at all amiable. She was outraged that Russians come and do not know English. So, learn the language, citizens. There is a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. And very close by, the alcohol market sounds like a Cheer in Russian. Very close to the Marina Mall, by taxi 12 dirhams.
I liked the hotel as a whole.
Positive: good rooms, beautiful views from the Windows, excellent food, helpful staff, a good gym ass, its own seaside beach.
Cons: prices for drinks and food. I took full board. Coffee at the bar and on the beach - Americano 35 dirhams ($9.5), a glass of beer - 50 dirhams ($13.5).
Too much for me.
It was not possible to swim in the pool, upon our arrival it was closed for repairs, which somehow unexpectedly coincided with the Ramadan holiday.
Alcohol by the pool is freely available, but the pool is not...
Location - near Sheikh Zayed Palace and Emirates palace.
The nearest embankments/parks, etc. are 1.5-2 km away. Marina Mall shopping center is nearby.
As for me, it's beautiful, but boring.
Everything is fine, the downsides were this week, the lawn was laid at the hotel on the new territory of the beach, as there are absolutely not enough sun beds and places to place on the sand of the beach. If the newly prepared area, as we assumed, is prepared for sun beds, then it will be ideal. We lived in a room on the 22nd floor, overlooking the bay - gorgeous.
I was pleased with the heated pool, it's great for children.
Great hotel! I liked everything: the beach, the pool, the rooms, the restaurant!!! In addition, I would like to mention the animators from Russia Margot and Sasha - wonderful professionals, responsive and kind girls!
Positive
Location
1. Location view of the Emirate Palace and the Presidential Palace🔥
2. A good sea, for a family with young children it is chic and safe in general.
3. There is always a taxi at the entrance to the hotel.
Number
1. The premier room has a large area of 42 m2 located on the 24th floor. (Also a table, two chairs, an armchair, a sofa, a TV and a bed, the light in the room is very conveniently adjusted using the panel by the bed)
2. There is an iron and other amenities
3. Bath and shower
4. Soft pillows
5. A kettle with instant coffee and tea bags + sugar, cream + fresh bottles of water.
6. Carpet everywhere except the bathroom. (In the prev. they complained in the comments that they don't wash the floors, the only question is how to wash the carpet every day?)
Meal
1. Quality food
2. Breakfast is rich in choices, yes, it repeats itself from time to time, but you can safely eat 7 different days for breakfast and not repeat!
2. Dinners alternate between meat and fish with seafood! (The meat is top, always different, but seafood is generally a dump, be sure to try everything! Very cool!)
3. Fruits at meals are a separate respect, I have never eaten such delicious pineapples! The most delicious pineapples are here!)
The hotel itself
1. Check-in is strictly according to the regulations. From 15.00, take this into account when taking tickets.
2. According to the type of food, if you do not have "all inclusive", specify what is included in your food, although they usually warn you what is included and what is not included in your food!
We had breakfast and dinner
Breakfast is all inclusive on a turnkey basis
Dinner is all food, but drinks except water, juice and Cola for an additional fee, we found out about it in advance and everything is OK.
4. Alcohol in the hotel is expensive. 70 dirhams a glass of wine.
A bottle of wine can be bought in the store from 33 dirhams.
5. The pool is warm and heated all year round! It's January 7th, the pool is 29 degrees, and the air is 25!
Bottom line: awesome hotel, definitely a favorite! We definitely need to come!
We had a rest at the end of February 2025. A tent is being built on the territory between the beach and the hotel, and it's very noisy. The beach area and swimming area are small. The entry into the sea is not abrupt. The breakfasts were decent, and we didn't stay hungry. There is a grocery store near the hotel. Within walking distance of the Presidential Palace, Corniche beach.
The hotel is nice, but only for adults. There is nothing for children. There is a very small children's pool, they are not allowed in the big one even with adults. Only if there are arm guards. There is a children's room listed on the hotel's website, but it is a separate 2x2 wooden house with no animator. The food is good, but it is better to pay in advance. It's more expensive on the spot.
Great hotel. We are resting here now.
A nice beach (small, but there are always sun beds), a gentle entrance for children. I will not say about nutrition - we live in the Residence building (there is a kitchen in the room, we cook ourselves). We go to a cafe in the evening.
In the hotel restaurant itself, prices are too high, breakfast for three is 6000 rubles, lunch is about 8000 rubles, in the bar of a can of cola (for example) -650 rubles. I immediately write this in rubles :)
The service is excellent, Cleaning 👍🏻
The sauna is cool (although you can't take children with you).
The location of the hotel is super - close to the palace, Marina Mall, famous Etihad towers, Sheikh Zayed Monument.
In fact, there is nothing for children in the hotel)
Not exactly the same hotel format. But our 8-year-old princess was fine))
We are relaxing with friends - they also have children, we entertained ourselves perfectly.
Piano playing in the lobby in the evening.
Overall, we are happy with the rest.
I am writing from this hotel on April 10th
The advantages are decent rooms and a wonderful dinner.
The rest is all on 3.
The breakfasts are meager. No variety. And they don't match the 5 stars at all.
The hotel is overloaded. There are a lot of unpleasant things because of this.
The beach is small and the sun beds have to be occupied from 8-9 o'clock in the morning. There is no sea, just a quiet backwater, where people are like in a small pool and there are also very unpleasant algae floating nearby.
The location is normal, the view from the room window is pleasant.
It's a very sparse territory compared to the neighboring ones. Nothing for the little guests! Just a football field with grass and a very small beach. Disgusting attitude of the staff! The room is cleaned every other day! Water is brought every other day with 4 bottles of 0.5. With two children, it's perfect! The Wi-Fi works every other time. There is a shop nearby, open until 22.00. There is nothing to do with children in this hotel. 2 attractions and everything that is good here. The pool is not heated, swimming is not an option for January. There's nowhere to walk. Only one Plane Tree girl at the reception is interested in solving your questions, the rest don't care! In general, the city is nothing ... but, this is another place after Turkey, where you don't want to return at all. Starting from the staff and ending with the territory, everything is sad and boring.
Everything seems to be OK, but:
The plumbing is all leaking
There are no modern or international outlets.
The food assortment is average
The beach seems to be cleaned, but thorny trees grow near the beach line, and dry branches with 1.5-2 cm thorns are not uncommon in the sand.
If finances allow, then another hotel is better.
A delightful hotel. Very friendly staff, service, pool, kitchen are all at the top. I recommend. I would like to mention Chinara and Zeiniddin separately.
The hotel is not bad, but the beach is a problem, there are few sun beds, you have to take them from seven o'clock in the morning, at 8.00 if you come, everyone is busy, the beach itself is not big, the swimming area is fenced with buoys,it is not big at all, in the morning the water goes very shallow, they are not allowed to swim behind the buoys you have to be broke, if you have small children, then this is an ideal option for you.

Great vacation at Bab Al Qasr – an oriental tale in Abu Dhabi!
April 2025 will be remembered by me as one of the most luxurious and soulful vacations, and all thanks to the Bab Al Qasr Hotel! From the first minutes of my stay, I was immersed in the atmosphere of comfort, elegance and true oriental hospitality.
Room: comfort and luxury
My room was a true embodiment of an Arabic fairy tale – spacious, spotlessly clean, with an exquisite interior in the best traditions of Oriental style. Special thanks to Zinidan for his help in settling in and taking care of my comfort! He didn't just do his job, but did it with warmth and attention to detail, which immediately created the feeling that I was not just a guest, but a welcome friend.
Staff: service at the highest level
The hotel staff deserves a special ovation! Every employee – from the administration to the maids – was incredibly polite, friendly and ready to help in any situation. It was felt that the guests were really appreciated here and they strive to make their stay perfect.
Territory and food
The hotel impresses with its architecture – majestic, but at the same time cozy, with stunning views of the sea and the city. Pools, beach, recreation areas – everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The restaurants offer a varied and delicious menu, and the breakfasts are simply delicious!
Bab Al Qasr is not just a hotel, it is a place where luxury, comfort and warmth are combined. If you want to feel like you're in an oriental fairy tale with impeccable service, this is the perfect choice. I will definitely come back again and recommend it to all my friends!
A very pleasant hotel! The location, food, and rooms are very decent! The only thing missing was the Russian staff at the reception, but that's okay. Thanks for the rest! 👍
Great hotel. Room service 2 times a day with a change of linen and replenishment of the daily set. Spacious rooms with excellent views of the Residence and the Watan Palace.
Nice city hotel.
Positive:
1. Lived on the 24th floor with a view of Emirates Palace. Gorgeous
2. Clean, daily cleaning
3. The food is excellent, especially on Friday and Saturday: seafood, fish, which will be prepared especially for you
4. Desserts - gastronomic orgasm
5. Sparsely populated
6. Location! Just very very convenient, easy to get to all the iconic attractions
7. Staff- sweethearts
Minuses:
A small territory, but at the same time clean
There is no sea) a bay from a bay with a construction site on the opposite shore) but clean
It is worth noting:
the pool is water of ideal temperature (29 degrees)
, an ideal beach for children
The food included in the HB is good- fresh juices, for breakfast, etc..
In the end, it was one of the best hotels I've been to.
It's a good hotel, good service, but it's not for family vacations, rather for those who come to work. A small beach and a small number of sun beds confirm this. And yet, there is no sea in our Russian understanding- endless expanses. …
This is the bay
Great hotel. Modern rooms with great views, good food, the beach is not bad. The only drawback is that there is absolutely no entertainment for children.
Great rooms and food for 10+, the beach is so-so, a puddle. You can walk to the Emir's palace nearby. In general, everything is great, the staff is responsive.
Very chic, good location. Opposite Emirates Pallas, a stone's throw from the presidential palace, the Corniche embankment, very clean and good water in the bay and the white sand shore. The staff is friendly and pleasant
Great breakfasts.
