Couldn't get into the hotel in the middle of the night! My flight was delayed, and I was out of touch (if anyone tried to contact me at all, well, I couldn't contact myself either). I arrived later than planned, was near the hotel at 00:15, it was not easy to find the entrance, there was only one reel on Instagram showing the route, it is very uninformative! There is not a single sign anywhere. It is very difficult to find the entrance! The second problem was the elevator, which goes nowhere if you don't have a code, and you just don't have one, by the way, guess about the floor from the name of the hotel too! I never got to the hotel!
Well, at the end of the "wonderful" midnight adventures with the hotel, my attempt to contact the contact number on the Booking was made, at first they simply did not answer me, after 5 minutes they answered and politely said that I had the wrong number, of course, I dialed exactly the number that was indicated (maybe really the only contact on the booking code is incorrect, but at least it's not serious, or maybe I just woke up an employee and he didn't want to work - I don't know). I wrote to them on Instagram and also did not receive a response. As a result, in the morning, when it was, of course, not relevant, the hotel replied that they tried to contact me, wrote and called, there were no letters in the mail, the number indicated by my contact is foreign and I can't check whether they called or not now, but I doubt that they could have called it. My booking was cancelled after my attempt to get in and contact the hotel. And I was told that I should have warned that I would arrive later (I did not know about this and there were no warnings). Well, even if my reservation was canceled and it was difficult to find an entrance, but it is surprising that there is a potential guest standing under the hotel windows and can't just get into the hotel or contact him when there are rooms available at the hotel… This, in my opinion, is an indicator of the attitude towards the client.
Perhaps those who were able to get to the hotel had the best impressions about it. Good luck to you, if you try, you will definitely need it, or perhaps the hotel management will somehow improve its service in this regard.
