Opening an account is no problem, but if you want to use your money, you may have problems. Knowing about the problems with transfers, she asked in advance if I could make a SWIFT transfer in euros. To which I received a reply that such a transfer is carried out from an account in euros to a European account. I performed a double conversion via SOM, after which it turned out that they could not make transfers in euros, while the date of the problem was not named. They offer to make a transfer in rubles or dirhams, the only question is where??? In general, we will have to fly and close all accounts.

I issued an Elcard and a non-resident Visa here. On the first day - the application, on the second both cards, the application and the accounts. It is very convenient to transfer from Russia to Elcard Online, and in the Bakai application - from Elcard to Visa. Abroad, even through Google Pay, everything works. The staff are efficient, polite and competent. Recommend.

I specially flew in December 2023 from Moscow to make a visa card for foreign payments and tourism; I planned to spend 3 days and as a result it is issued for 1200 rubles a day. The service is excellent; there is a queue of Russians, but everything is fast and there are a lot of windows; they are tied to Russian phone numbers. When activated, you will have to wait a day. I'm putting a solid 5. Replenishment via the WORLD without commission.

I received the card at this bank branch. The conditions on the map are not bad. The staff is polite and sincerely tries to help.
But the organization of the work is just terrible! It is indicated that the bank has been open since 9, while the doors were opened only at 9:10. The queue is huge, the electronic queue menu does not assume "long" and "short" windows, as a result, customers with long operations clog the windows and a queue is formed.
We waited for more than 2 hours.
The bank branch closes at 17:00!!!! Not even at 18:00, but at 17!!!
It does not work on weekends.
