The staff is very good. They help to correct the mistakes of other departments. They don't give up until the last moment. Both the managers and the director helped. I am very grateful that they did not leave me, but helped me to the last. After 10 calls and tips on how to do their job, they still managed to solve the issue and after closing, they finished everything.
In general, the staff is polite, even in response to the irritability of customers, they do not respond rudely. They try to help and help.
