Also, during the dialogue, I was accused of making a card with the help of 3 people, allegedly someone was talking to me in the background (which is logical, because I was at work), the reason for the blocking is not clear to me, because in other banks everything was fine with the same registration method. That's okay, but what happened next was paid SMS notifications, also in Viber, for which 3p was charged, was I notified about this? No. What did the support specialist tell me? You checked the box when you issued the card. Spoiler alert: when making a card, there is not a single field where I confirm my choice to connect this service and any other documents that should accompany making a card in a normal bank. What do I get in the end? The fact that Natalia from the security department and Denis from the customer support department do only the appearance of work, without helping clients in any way. Especially Natalia, with her boorish manner of speech and bias.
