When applying for a card via online banking using the ISI, my card was blocked, after which no one contacted me for 3 days, and when I started calling myself, they gave me: "Oh, we were just going to dial you, you beat us to it." There was no customer orientation, a lot of unnecessary questions were asked during the process of unblocking the card, experts think that their bank is the most important and something is definitely wrong. Also, during the dialogue, I was accused of making a card with the help of 3 people, allegedly someone was talking to me in the background (which is logical, because I was at work), the reason for the blocking is not clear to me, because in other banks everything was fine with the same registration method. That's okay, but what happened next was paid SMS notifications, also in Viber, for which 3p was charged, was I notified about this? No. What did the support specialist tell me? You checked the box when you issued the card. Spoiler alert: when making a card, there is not a single field where I confirm my choice to connect this service and any other documents that should accompany making a card in a normal bank. What do I get in the end? The fact that Natalia from the security department and Denis from the customer support department do only the appearance of work, without helping clients in any way. Especially Natalia, with her boorish manner of speech and bias.

I haven't seen a worse bank yet. I had to make a salary card of this bank, I tried to order through their application, but it knocked out an error. I contacted support, the answer is always the same, contact the bank. I had to drive 111km since the branches were only in regional centers, after telling them about the situation there, they spread their hands and made a map. A month later, I had to carry a paper stating that I had changed my employer, they said that they would also make a new card, they agreed that they would send it to me by mail at the registration address so that I would not travel again. While I was waiting, my passport expired, and I went to change it. And in those days the card came, I tried to activate it, but I only saw an error and a request to contact the bank. I thought that maybe this is because the passport is changing and I'll wait when I get it, maybe then I can activate it. Within a month, I received a notification as wages were coming to this new card, but it was not possible to activate the card, or at least the account so that I could transfer them. A month later, when I received a new passport, I decided to try to activate the card again, for which I received the standard one: contact the bank. There is also no possibility to change passport data in the bank's application. I wrote to the bank's support, to which they threw off a standard script with bank addresses and told me to contact them. I asked if it could be done remotely, to which I received the answer that it was only possible at a bank branch. I am simply amazed that I cannot use the card that I received before I changed my passport, that it is not possible to order it remotely, that all actions take place only in a bank branch, which are located only in a couple of cities where I still need to go, while in many banks, everything can be done remotely: from to simply order a card before it is closed.
I didn't get through to the call center in 20 minutes. I tried 3 times - unsuccessfully. I ordered a callback, but they didn't call me back. A complete failure compared to other banks, where you can get through in a couple of minutes.

Unfortunately, this is a salary bank. The cards do not work abroad, even at the Minsk airport they do not provide priority service. The bank is stealing money! This is the second time. Due to another "glitch", 1300byn disappeared from my account. Getting through to the bank is already a problem: busy, or waiting for half an hour. The most important thing is that they are only fed with promises that they will return the money tomorrow, then 2 working days, then 5. The result is the same: a week has passed - there is no money. Last time, I also waited months for a refund, no compensation. And the bank is absolutely indifferent to your lack of money. Avoid it.
