The issue has not been resolved for three weeks, the support service claims that it is only necessary to make small corrections to my personal data, but no one can make them. I've been calling every day for the last week, every time I hear "call me back in a couple of hours, the problem is about to be solved" and nothing changes. It is impossible to get to the management, and the support service only promises that the problem will be solved and you need to wait. Avoid this bank. I read the reviews before I became their client, but I thought about it. that reviews are written by people dissatisfied with life and it can't be that bad. But it can.
