I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff of the Barabaka veterinary clinic in Orsha for their professional, attentive and sensitive attitude to their patients, our pets. On August 10, 2024, our pet, Marsik the cat, showed excessive curiosity and seriously injured his paw. Urgent medical care was needed. The conditions of the veterinary clinic in our town do not allow for a complete diagnosis, and we immediately turned to the Barabaka veterinary clinic. The atmosphere of love for our pets was immediately felt. The doctor Natalia Alexandrovna Gradyushko examined our pet very carefully and carefully, made all the necessary diagnostics and began treatment. A doctor with a kind heart and golden hands!!! It was felt not only by me, but also (I'm sure!) our Martian.

Very good doctors and staff. They are very friendly. Especially how they were able to establish contact with the dog. The dog was very afraid when we went to the clinic. The dog was trembling all over with fear. But as soon as we went to the doctor, the dog immediately stopped being afraid and felt safe. The dog was even able to withstand the temperature measurement and did not even show that he was uncomfortable. But no matter how happy the dog and I were to be at the clinic, I hope that we won't have any serious reasons to visit it. I wish the same to other happy owners of furry and tailed ones. They said an operation was needed, after giving birth there was an afterbirth inside. But they said we'll do the operation, put on a couple of ivs and everything will be fine. On the first day, they took blood tests. They gave away a lot of money every day. For ivs, for the time of the cat's arrival and feeding. She was fed little by portions. But it is not yet known whether they were actually fed or not. They said she didn't need to be put to sleep and the cat would live. Every day it is not clear where new sores came from, they suddenly realized that she had liquid blood, although they did not say so on the first day. The cat was stabbed, she refused water and food. I did not raise my head in the last days of my life. She became very thin. And on the last day, when they pulled out a lot of money, they offered to put him to sleep. It was a very difficult decision to make. But it was a salvation for her, as the cat was really suffering.

We passed the general and biochemical blood tests necessary for the surgical treatment of the dog. The clinic billed 85 rubles for the tests. As a result, no ESR was performed. This indicator indicates the presence of an inflammatory process in the dog's body. The vet is in the vet. The Academy proposed to redo the analysis due to the lack of this important indicator. Of course, again for the money. Vet. The Barabak clinic replied that the ESR test should be done separately, although this indicator is available in the general blood test form. I think that the clinic did not perform the analysis in good faith and took a lot of money for it.

I signed up for 16.30. The day before the appointment in the evening at 18.20 they call and say that the day is fully scheduled. And they say that at this time he will already have operations. And they say there is nowhere to put you on the schedule. How is it possible to conduct operations and receive others at the same time? I just waited for the salary and so that she would end her heat, and so that I would have a day off. And here it is... Here's the question. After all, you saw the recording, why didn't you call and tell me right away. And now, overnight, I have to find another doctor to do the sterilization tomorrow. I'm furious.
