It is mainly aimed at Russian speakers. Although there was a very active Scot and his wife in the bar during our visit. All the staff knows Russian perfectly. The tracks sound exclusively Russian. And Turkish. Very friendly staff. A spacious hotel.
The hotel is clean. The rooms are cleaned every day. For a small "baksheesh", towels will be changed every day and performances will be created from them and bedspreads right on your crib.
✅Separate respect for the kitchen and the cook. I have never seen such a variety of dishes in any of the three. Every day there is a complete menu change. There are at least 30 types of dishes for each meal - it's impossible to try everything.
Breakfast includes eggs, cheeses, several types of herbs, olives, delicious natural yogurt and snacks. The coffee machine makes several types of coffee and cocoa.
Hanselme is a meal at 11:00 a.m. when a colorful, pleasant Turkish woman bakes delicious tortillas in an open circle and poses affably for a photo. Makes them with stuffing. The filling changes every day.

A good hotel for 3*. Cleanliness, friendly, kind and helpful staff. Nice bar. Good cuisine. Close to the sea. Their deck chairs are not conveniently located, but they are not needed on this beach. There is a significant BUT. These are dirty air conditioners that made everyone sick. Especially children. In the future, we will take an antiseptic with us and process the air conditioner ourselves and in other hotels. (PS. The hotel is good for 3*! Special thanks to the cooks and maids. Big smart guys. The food is delicious and the rooms are clean. A separate relationship to the beach... He is not there, from the word at all. Yes, there are sunbeds and a guy who carefully places umbrellas. But to get to the sea, you need to walk to the nearby beach. We visited this hotel with a friend in October 2024. The room is standard, spacious enough, with a sofa that we used to store clothes. Large balcony with access to the courtyard with a swimming pool.
The food was quite decent and uninterrupted: breakfast ended, tortillas began to be baked, after lunch there was a coffee break with cookies. The choice of dishes is small, but everything is delicious. Both fish and Chicken. There are a lot of salads, especially delicious eggplant was cooked there. Fruits - watermelons, melons, apples, pears, plums, grapes, oranges. The bar was open all the time.
The beach is a 10-minute walk away, sun beds, sand. The entrance to the water is not very good, stone slabs. That's why I preferred the pier.
Overall, I liked the hotel and the staff. The optimal price-quality ratio!
Negative Wi-Fi is paid! For $ 2 per day.

On Saturdays, there is a market in the parking lot of the shopping center. They have been since October 3, 2024. Mostly elderly people are quiet. Minus one is the thin walls between the rooms. We complained once about the delay. The girls warned our neighbors and there was silence for 13 days. Cleaning every day. I'll put 5 for the hotel without a plus. This is Heaven on earth!!! The hotel is 3 stars, but it pulls in all 5. Everything is included! The chefs are experts, they cook awesome. The hotel is clean, well maintained, premium class swimming pool. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. We had a family vacation. Room 101 for 4 people is just a class. TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, towel, in short, do not describe everything. Emotions are running high. We will rest there every year!!!

Everything is good for your money, the staff is trying, polite and attentive, the kitchen with lots of vegetables, fruits, herbs, cheese and olives, pastries (bread) are very cool, you will not stay hungry. I didn't eat much for breakfast, so I went to the tortillas. They are very tasty.
Lunch, as I said, there is no meat, but a good way out is soup, it's really delicious here. I consider dinner to be the best meal. I liked chicken fillet and potatoes, although I am a fastidious person, but I always ate well for dinner.you won't stay hungry here, of course, there are always the same cookies, but they are delicious. If you did not have time for dinner or managed to get hungry from dinner, then you can go for a late soup, it is quite delicious.
The disadvantage in food is that there may be no meat and there are really no normal nutritious dishes.

We had a vacation with our family in May-June 2023 and were very satisfied with the rest. Many have already written about the advantages of the hotel, I agree with this. The hotel is very conveniently located, everything is nearby - the sea, big Migros, markets, cafes, shops, bus stop, playgrounds. Always fresh food, cleaning every day, pleasant waiters in the restaurant, friendly staff at the reception, bar, beach and animation in the evenings! It all made our vacation wonderful! A big plus is the private beach with free sun beds, there has always been a place. But I also want to praise the special family atmosphere of the hotel! I especially want to highlight the animator Sandro - he gave our daughter a real birthday party! He and the team took out the cake, lit fireworks on the table, turned on festive music and congratulated her into the microphone and presented gifts from themselves! It was a surprise, and it was unforgettable! The best memories of the holiday! My daughter was very happy! We plan to come again and recommend the hotel for a visit!

I say right away that all the reviews where people visit the hotel "five" do not correspond to reality.
The hotel is very similar to two-star hotels in India. There is a feeling that this building was generally planned for the sale of apartments, but at the last moment they decided to make a hotel because everything is very illogical.
I strongly recommend that you do not come here if you have already vacationed in normal Turkish fours, and you also categorically do not need to go to this hotel with children of any age. Next to the cons, there are a lot of them.
1. The condition of the rooms. They're in bad shape. Everything is old and worn out. We were placed on the 7th floor, positioning the room as "after renovation". I still didn't understand where the repairs were. Just painted walls. Old furniture, air conditioning, a dead shower cabin. TV without remote control. The air conditioner has faded and turned yellow. The tile is probably 15 years old. The room is small, you can immediately climb over the balcony to the neighbors, if desired. At the same time, besides you, ants already live there. But I didn't argue with them.
2. Nutrition. Have you ever stood in a 20-minute queue for food? Here you can do it every time. There are not enough tables for everyone. People start taking seats 30 minutes before lunch or dinner. Then they open a small room with very meager food. And a queue is formed for 20 minutes. The food is sad, I have never seen such food in any hotel. 1 type of meat, potatoes, pasta, a bunch of salads, tasteless cakes and tasteless melon. Nevertheless, this does not prevent many of our compatriots from piling up mountains of this food and enjoying it. Fruits are occasionally diluted with watermelon, which you will not get. Plums and oranges. There is chemical juice and, surprisingly, good coffee. Cocktails, wine and beer are served at the bar. During my vacation, I was afraid to drink it, so I drank what I brought with me. I will say separately about dirty appliances, knives and forks, which are more than 10 years old for sure. It is unpleasant to eat and they are dirty.
3. Infrastructure. The ground floor of the hotel and the dining area. There is no air conditioning. There is heat everywhere and fans that do not save. The murdered respawn. Paid Wi-Fi, which costs $ 2 per day and does not work. At most, you will be able to reply to the e-mail in the wocap and then being in the first floor area. If you need a connection, go right after the SIM card. The Internet does not finish above the ground floor, because there are no signal repeaters on the floors. You shouldn't charge money for such a Wi-Fi at all. Next, the elevator is a separate point of masozism. 1 narrow elevator with 8 floors, which was bought apparently from the scenery left over from the horror movie "silent Hill". With a stroller, you will climb right in there and wait for 10 minutes. This is one of the reasons why you don't need to come here with children. There is no animation here. They include a standard set of music every evening Instasamka, Anna asti and more. The speakers are also from the 90s.
There is no pool, I did not swim. Everything is old and dirty.
4. The beach of the hotel. An unkempt dirty beach with steers. They ride a banana nearby. The sun beds are free, but they are dead. The entrance is stone. There are a lot of stupid Turkish guards who start whistling as soon as you don't look at your sunbed.
5. The contingent. I won't describe it. But whoever needs it will understand.
pluses.
1. The location of the hotel is good. There are many shops. There is a migros across the street where you will buy everything at normal prices. There are a lot of exchangers, cafes, vegetable shops (but fruits in Russia are cheaper and there is more choice). You can make a letim application and pay using a QR code from your phone, replenishing with SBP. I practically didn't take any currency on this trip, I paid everything through letim. There is a good shopping center nearby. Bus stop to Cleopatra Beach. It takes 30 minutes to drive, 30 liras per person. Bus number 1. I advise you to go there. Especially on the beach near the Occo funicular. There, 2 sun beds will cost 300 liras per day, plus they will give excellent Wi-Fi for free. There is a good contingent nearby, a super beach and great music.
2. I will also attribute the quality of the food to the advantages. Yes, it's not enough, but it's normal and you won't get poisoned. You can eat in peace.
3. From the hotel you can go to a normal hammam. Lisa, a woman, works in the lobby. She'll take it and write it down. The price is $25. The price is adequate. They will carry out all the procedures. Sauna, hammam, foam massage and regular massage. Sign up right away in the first few days.
Probably all of the advantages.
Result. I can't recommend this hotel. I won't come here a second time, it's better to pay more and take a four. I came here only for the reason that there was an unplanned trip and a limited budget, plus I was led to good reviews, which I cannot agree with. But with all of the above, it's still better to rest like this than to rest in Crimea, Sochi, etc.

I have not been to barishkan, but I live next to it... and two years ago they installed their sun beds 10 meters from the beach of our house.. Barishkan is not just a second line, but a line where to bypass the city block to get to the sea...the whole beach uses the barishkan shower... the water from this shower flows right under the sunbeds... the mattresses are dead, well, at least the umbrellas were changed this year...people do not stay here, people only in the morning, and then they to go to lunch, and after this special operation, no one returns... so there are always places on the beach... In my (1st floor), the hair dryer did not work, someone seemed to have chewed the antenna at the TV, did not show anything. There is no refrigerator. The Internet is paid, $ 3 per day if you take it daily. A friend used it - there is enough to send text messages via WhatsApp. I decided for myself to disconnect from everything for a week: the TV does not work and okay, I did not buy the Internet. A complete information detox, I recommend it!!! There are no towels for the beach, no shower gel. We gave out 2 soaps for a week. As for nutrition: chicken-yndeyka-liver, watermelons-apples, cucumbers-tomatoes-cabbage. The gozleme are not tasty, the filling spoils an excellent dough! But the staff rustles all day, cleans, washes, cleans, friendly, everything is fresh in the restaurant and there are no temptations, you will not get better. They manage to organize minimal animation in the evenings, invited fire shows, acrobats. There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. The sea is five minutes away, through an underground passage. You can walk around the city, along the embankment, everything is calm and safe. There is a market on Saturdays. Our cards are not accepted in stores. Dollars were exchanged for lira near the Western Union hotel. Rubles are also changed there, but only from 1000 rubles. Considering that 4* and 5* are now becoming less affordable for the price, I choose 3* for the second year, and I rest with pleasure anyway. The food was good, very good for a 3* hotel.

Bar: Tea, coffee, cocoa, juices, lemonades.

The pool is clean, hezlong, umbrellas. All is well)
There is a slide by the pool, open from 14:00 - 16:00. Which is a big plus for children.
It takes literally 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea, an employee from the hotel works on the beach who puts umbrellas and prepares sun loungers.
