We ordered two dishes and a pot of tea, and one dish was brought... Does tea also need to be cooked for 15-20 minutes? You won't get tea... In general, dear management... You urgently need to decide what to do with the service.. otherwise, it will affect your revenue very strongly and quickly ...

The main advantage of these establishments is always fresh and delicious food, in 95% of cases they are prepared specifically to order. The exceptions are various soups, pilaf, manti, etc. The
main disadvantage (for which -1 *) this is a service. During rush hours, when there are a lot of visitors, the waiters do not have time to clear the tables and wait for the order to be accepted for 20-30 minutes. There are QR codes on the tables for self-ordering, but often the application does not work and such an order takes longer to prepare.
Otherwise, everything is fine, the interior was recently updated, the atmosphere is nice and cozy, but it is quite noisy.
